Fantastic experience: Rice dentistry continues to exceed my expectations. On my most recent visit, I had some sensitivity in a certain area of my mouth. Dr Taylor Rice quickly diagnosed the potential issue, and acted on it immediately. There was no waiting, or rescheduling for a later date. Within moments, he was removing an old filling and replacing it with a modern one. He, and his assistant, Ophelia, worked with amazing efficiency. The whole procedure was completely painless, and over quickly. I received the usual outstanding levels of service from Mary at the front desk, and Ann in the back. The entire staff at Rice dentistry really seems to care about their patients. Bravo!

Fantastic experience: One of the things I appreciate at Rice Dentistry is something I read in their mission statement " We are dental fanatics that are committed to continuous improvement by levering the latest technology and techniques," This was evident in my last cleaning when they presented a new polishing system called Biofilm therapy. It is an air polisher that removes all the biofilm and plaque and left my teeth feeling so clean and smooth. Got to experience a new cleaning technology today utilizing AIRFLOW polishing and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). Less abrasive than traditional polishing, light, cool and refreshing. Targets impacted areas more efficiently. Another wonderful experience with Dr. Rice and staff!

It also helps that my favorite RDH works there — my mom, Melissa Chang! Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott Rice had been my go to Dentist for decades. He is an artist and an engineer when it comes to everything he does. Out of the dozen or so dentists I’ve visited, he’s in his own special league. His son is now a dentist in his office, but Scott is not thinking about retiring. His offices are beautiful with the very latest in high end diagnostic equipment. Tracy is the very best hygienist. I’m 73 and have perfect teeth and gums thanks to both Dr. Scott and Tracy’s instructions to keep everything great for life.

Fantastic experience: First time at this clinic, I was greeted as soon as I checked in . Andrea was amazing and she explained to me all the options I have. the owner ( dentist) was a really above and beyond in explaining to me all the issues I had after I got my x ray . I can’t forget the x ray person that did the imaging for me she was very nice and gentle . I recommend highly this dentist . Can’t wait to go back for my next visit. Keep it up.

Fantastic experience: There is no better combination of professional, caring service in an immaculate modern environment in the dental industry today....i my humble opinion. From the moment one walks in the door and is greeted by the reception team, you know you're in a different environment than the usual dental office. Whether in for a routine cleaning, or complex procedures, the hygienists and dentists are all highly skilled, respectful and sympathetic. It's so clear that everything comes from the top down, as owner Dr. Scott Rice has certainly created the only full service all encompassing dental practice that I would ever consider for my dental help needs.

Fantastic experience: I don’t have a lot of time to write too much, maybe I’ll come back and update this but I have to at least take a sec because this team of people truly deserve it. And when I say team, I mean, they work as a legit team. They operate with a structure that makes you as a patient feel welcome, cared for, and important. Every single being that works there is extremely knowledgeable about all things dentistry and they do a really great job ensuring you understand what you’re there for, what you may need, what you may want, and all the the options surrounding your needs and wants. They take their time to sit down with you before and after you’re in the dentist chair to create the best plan for you (payment plans offered if needed). Each time you meet someone new, the team member who was previously with you will make sure to greet the one joining you with a summary/update of what you’ve discussed, learned, of your concerns, the possible plans, etc. I’ve got to wrap this up but quickly, key points….the office is very nice and clean. Even the first phone call I made to them resulted in a convo that already made me feel like I was going to be taken care of by true professionals. So far I’ve had 3 visits there and I’ve never had to wait even though they are busy. I had a tooth extracted and was nervous beforehand but it went so smoothly and didn’t take very long. Every step of the process is explained to you and they even display your X-rays on the wall where you’re there. Dr. Rice (I’ve only met the son) is super warm and friendly, cool, patient, all the stuff you’d want in a dentist. The surgeon is awesome too, he knows what he’s doing. I also dig how he’s very to the point as he is clearly very busy. My mom always told me it’s a good thing when doctors have somewhere else to be, that means they must do good work to have people always waiting for them. Anyway, going to the dentist usually sucks. But I enjoy being there. The people are professional yet real….very sharp people though. When you’re there they make you feel like you’re a friend, genuinely. Oh and they have cookies in the waiting room. Naturally. Lol. 11 out of 10 so far for me.
