Fantastic experience: One of the best dental offices around! The entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Masih Rezaei and his staff are consistently kind and helpful. I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. Rezaei, and it was one of the smoothest dental procedures I have ever experienced. They kept me comfortable throughout the process, provided clear explanations from start to finish, and checked on me regularly. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Fantastic experience: I have been into the office twice since the practice was sold to to Dr Masih and staff, especially Ivonne have made me feel comfortable and cared about. Dr Ardeshirzadeh spent over two hours working with my granddaughter, explaining everything she was doing. The entire staff is very supportive and go above and beyond to assist patients. On January 29th I returned to Pearl 32 for a root canal and crown. As a person who has had traumatic dental visits I was terrified. I had explained in advance that I needed to be taken back as soon as I arrived and I requested that Ivonne was the dental assistant for the procedure. All of my request were in place. The root canal was a lot more intense that projected but the team was so accommodating and kept me relaxed for the 3 + hours. The fitting and crown procedure was also uneventful and even with 1.5 hours added to the 3 they treated me with such respect and care. Again, I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist or who is at an office where they are not treated with kindness and care and want a change. The entire staff, front end, dental assistants and the dentist themselves make you feel comfortable from first visit and evert visit after.

Negative experience: After coming to Dr Flora Stenger's dental office for 24 years it's a disaster to see how new owner is running to office. Eight months ago they said I needed $4300 worth work, blow it off, and came back and received a $2600 plan for two crowns. Went for a second opinion and $495. So reported them fraudulent with Delta Dental who covered my needs for 33 years. Wouldn't take my dog to Pearl 32

Fantastic experience: You know you're good when you have a following. Dr. Masih took great care of me when he worked at a practice closer to where I live. When I found him again, I had already done about 3 years of consistent dental work with him. His bedside manner, thoroughness, and professionalism is stellar! I trust everything he recommends and it's obviously working because I get endless compliments on my teeth day in and out. Dr. Masih is now 2 hours away from me and worth it! I came in today for a teeth cleaning and updated xrays. Got really good results with only a tiny bit of additional help needed. All my previous work with him was still excellent! And I've now recruited my husband to be a patient of his.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth emergency. They worked me in promptly, did a great job, and I could not be more pleased! I had been concerned when I received the notice that Dr. Stenger was leaving because I had lots of work that needed to be taken care of and I had trusted her; however, any concerns I had about the care I would receive from Drs. Rezaei and Jahedmanesh are completely gone and I actually look forward to our relationship to come. I was treated with respect, seen promptly, had the treatment plan explained, and discussed the finances so I knew everything I needed to know before any of it happened. 5 stars and my recommendation!

Fantastic experience: I had a filling fall out and feared that my tooth might crack. I called Dr. Stenger's office and they said they were fully booked, but if I was willing to wait from 4:00 they might be able to fit me in. I was and they did, and I got my new filling the same day.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Easy to work with. Multiple doctors means you don’t have to go to another location to get major work done. The only negative is the parking is difficult around the building. But it is like that for all of the medical buildings in the area.

They don't try to "fill-in" 6 cavities in your first visit. They are conservative with their approach and explain thoroughly what they are watching vs what is a problem now. Fantastic experience: This was not only my first time with Dr. Stenger, but also the first time I had been back to a dentist for two years. I just needed x-rays and a routine cleaning, but it was overdue and I was a little nervous. As soon as I contacted Dr. Flora’s office, the anxiety seemed to melt away, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! All communication from Dr. Flora Stenger’s office was prompt, polite, and comprehensive, yet concise. I was emailed new patient forms ahead of my appointment, which I was able to fill out and send back ahead of time. When I came in, I practically walked right in and was out within an hour. I also appreciated that both the hygienist and the doctor had excellent bedside manner and explained the procedure, but spared me questions during the actual procedure. This seems like it would be obvious not to do, but one of my pet peeves about my PREVIOUS dentist was that she would ask me questions during the cleaning, and it was difficult to respond while also having to keep my mouth open. It was nice to just relax and focus on the cleaning during that phase. A follow-up appointment was made, and I was thrilled to be sent text and email confirmation. Particularly, I really liked the dental hygienist, Yvonne (I believe that was her name). She’s extremely professional and personable and made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Stenger was lovely and direct. Please note, if you choose to use the parking structure, tickets are not validated by the dentist office.

Positive experience: I took a star off because the x ray procedure did not go smoothly. I think they have updated x ray machines then the ones they use in the office. The dentist was nice and did my cleaning herself. I don't know how she will do for more complicated procedures and I don't know if she will give me nitrous if I ask for it. Today I saw Dr. Stenger. She said I needed a. couple of fillings and they did not give nitrous. oxide. So I will go see a dentist that does. use. nitrous. the staff at Stenger's office are overworked.

Fantastic experience: Always receive excellent care from Dr. Stenger. Dr. Stenger goes above and beyond my expectations as a patient. During a periodic "Cleaning" visit I mentioned to her that I had moderate pain in an area where a dental implant had been inserted by an oral surgeon. Dr.Stenger ordered an x-ray to be taken. She then removed the "Cap" covering that implant and was able to screw the implant in more tightly solving my problem. This saved me from having to revisit the oral surgeon.

Positive experience: The masked receptionist l was less than personable and seemed to have a cold, which bothered me. The new assistant, Paul, seemed okay at first, despite his heavy accent and apparent lack of deodorant. He didn’t introduced himself, at first, but remembered to do so before taking my X-rays. Dr. Basilio’s amiable bedside manner improved my visit as she cleaned my teeth and addressed my concerns. However, afterwards, Paul polished my teeth—body odor and all—sharing TMI about his personal life and failed relationships, which was unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, so even though I like Dr. Basilio, I have decided to look for a new dental office. Ugh!
