Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist, however Vanessa the dental assistant is so gentle, and friendly really makes the entire experience enjoyable! Maddie is such a wonderful dental hygienist. She’s gentle, patient, and makes every visit feel easy and comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner. Highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I have major anxiety about going to the dentist .The staff always help put that anxiety at ease. Dr Jarmin always explains any treatments he recommends in great detail which is important. The staff never does anything without letting me know before and they check in every step of the way to make sure I'm comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, this is the best dental team in the city. I had used another office since 2017 but changed when the dentist messed up my teeth. The next office I went to was not better. I paid for a more expensive crown, only for the dentist to finally realize something was wrong. He sent me for a root canal and when I returned to his office? He replaced the more expensive version with a cheaper version. To make matter worse, one of the dental assistants hit my tooth repeatedly with the device used to cure and set. So another mess up. I went back to the first office I had been going to because they had new dentist, but none of them consistently stayed. When I found the right one, he relocated to another state. So now I have this new dental home with Cumberland River Dental. I absolutely love Dr. Jarman and his team. They are very thorough and take the time to listen to their patients and in turn provide needed education. You will not be disappointed with Cumberland River Dental!

Fantastic experience: If you have dental anxiety like I do, finding the right dentist is everything, and Cumberland River Dental Care has truly been a game changer for me. Dr. Jarman is incredible. He’s not one of those quick in-and-out dentists. He actually takes the time to talk with you, explain things, and make you feel comfortable before anything even starts. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, which makes such a difference. I get really anxious at the dentist, but the entire team was so kind and attentive. They checked on me constantly, made sure I was okay, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. It honestly felt like they understood how I was feeling and adjusted everything to make the experience easier. For the first time ever, I left a dental appointment not needing to emotionally recover in my car afterward which is saying a LOT. I cannot recommend Cumberland River Dental Care enough, especially if you’re someone who dreads going to the dentist like I used to. Also… Dr. Jarman, next time I come in you better have that Oura ring we talked about!!!

Dr. Ferber did the procedure and his assistant Abby were amazing pain scale like 2/10, barely felt it. I would also like to thank Lindsey, the receptionist for being the ease of scheduling. I called this morning and got treated this afternoon! Could not be more pleased, thank you Lord for a successful procedure, without complications, continue lay your hand on these miracle workers.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was so kind and accommodating! I haven’t been to the dentist since a child and they explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I don’t know if it was because I disclosed autism on my paperwork, or if they are just this nice, but I was also offered glasses for the lights, and a blanket. Macey made the experience easy and comfortable. 100% recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: First impressions are lasting impressions. And I liked my first impression of Cumberland Rivers dentistry. Everyone was nice and kind and helpful. Attentive to my dental needs and explained everything and in death and so I could understand it. I believe I’m going to enjoy remaining there as a client patient. So far from the first impression, I would refer them to anyone that asks, even if they don’t ask, that’s how much good a first impression they portrayed thank you Cumberland River dentistry.

Fantastic experience: They are the best they don’t try to scam you into things you don’t need like laser gum treatments that aren’t covered by insurance but will cost you $125 per treatment and you need 5 before you see results but you want be able to eat after each one because your gums will be sensitive. Yeah they are Great and legit I’ve recommended several people to them and will continue.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was amazing and the doctor was so kind. It was my fault I didn’t check that they were not in network for my insurance. While I loved them, I could not afford the 2000 dollar out of pocket for out of network services. They are amazing, but please verify thy are in network before falling in love with the staff. My insurance is clearly listed in their page, yet not in network, unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: My multiple experiences with Bernadette and Dr. Kiffin have been a pleasure, considering those involved visits to a dentist. They were both very professional and meticulous. Bernadette kept me thoroughly informed at every step of the way and Dr. K. was clearly a perfectionist. I generally do not enjoy dental visits, but their combined expertise put me at ease. Additionally, 3 crowns (1 with a root canal) and no pain felt at any time. That’s impressive. I have already recommended Cumberland Dental to friends.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called their office I knew I was in good hands. I had an emergency and my pain was awful, the receptionist got me in that day. The moment I walked in I was greeted from the office staff who were very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Kiffen and his dental assistant (sorry I forgot her name) could not have been more wonderful. He took the time to not only address my emergency but to assure me that he would keep my anxiety in mind while doing my procedure. My tooth was out before I knew it, I didnt feel a thing. I woke up this morning finally pain free due to Dr. Kiffen and his amazing staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate dentist with amazing staff from the time I checked in until I left. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with Cumberland River Dental and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I have always dodged going to the dentist due to past experiences but this office by far put all of this experiences to rest. Dr Kiffin, his colleagues and staff are A-1 and treat you like family and with utmost respect. Family and friends are all transferring here because of the high quality of care. I highly recommend this practice!

Positive experience: On 9/11 I was seen by the greatest dental hygienist ever. She was warm, engaging and knew exactly what to do. She offered me a service that I never had before, oral cancer screening! She praised me for taking good care of my teeth, how about that! She cleaned my teeth well, then my wonderful doctor came in a gave me a clean bill of dental health. Kudos to Dr. Kiffin and dental hygienist Kathy!

Fantastic experience: I called to schedule a same day appointment; the gentleman on the phone was so gracious, patient and understanding. We were able to come in and get care and a referral. We will be coming to Cumberland River for all our dental needs. Thank you!

Negative experience: I went in expecting a basic cleaning (btw what a dentist is supposed to and expected to do) and left with a "payment plan" of over $4k.... Asked my parents and they said find another one they're obviously grifting. I'm going to another place asap and having them review my x-rays and book another appointment. Then proceeded to claim I'm "Jamaican"... Obviously not, I'm a proud American and know when someone is just trying to get money out of me. No wonder why the lobby was cricket-like empty. Wish I could put a lower star for this place.

Fantastic experience: I do not like going to the dentist at all. Any doctor really but I go and I'm usually super nervous. This dentist made me feel so comfortable. I left with a plan and he was detailed. CASEY was just as amazing! I highly recommend! Especially if you are looking for a dentist that seems to care and isn't just interested in money. This dentist is conservative, preventative, personable and just kind which is what I really appreciated. Thank you to both DOCS and staff for the superb care!

I have gone to three different dentists in Clarksville and they want you to get things done that are expensive and you really don’t need. This office is not like that at all. Fantastic experience: Aidan is an awkward teen struggling with his social skills. Our person was great as he was able to speak and interact with her for the most part. When he struggled, there was no judgement and she was very patient and understanding. This helps us parents encourage our kids to be independent! Thank you!
