Fantastic experience: I have extreme dental anxiety and the entire staff is supportive and kind. They were able to get me in quickly and work with my schedule to set up my care. I have a deep cleaning, root canal and a crown set up but I will update after. Update- I have had those appointments and they've gone even better than I had hoped. I had two root canals, absolutely no pain and two beautiful crowns. I could not have been more blessed to have found this amazing team to take care of me and my smile.

Fantastic experience: I was going to aspen in Memphis but moved to Clarksville and continued to go to Aspen. But the one in Clarksville has a wonderful gem on their team. Absolutely love him . Fantastic experience: I went in today for tooth pain and general dental visit. I am so grateful I choose Aspen-Wilma, because I have always had bad dental anxiety due to past experiences. I really wanted to get back on my dental care so I told myself I needed to get through it. From the moment I came in, front desk staff was amazing and informative. My RDA Epiphany was absolutely a gem, she was sweet, talked me through everything, and attentive. She checked on me throughout my visit as well. My hygienist was just as amazing, she as well checked the health of my gums and teeth and took great care of me, talked me through everything, and made positive conversation with me. My dentist came in next and she was thorough, quick, so nice, and very detailed as well. Lastly came the financial manager for the branch and she was a gem as well. She talked me through every option and treatment stage and cost, helped me find a great plan, and made sure I left satisfied. She was also just personable and great to talk to as well. All in all, my experience was a 10/10, no complaints, no pain or discomfort even with my tooth pain, no issues, everyone is sweet and engaged from start to finish. I will always recommend this Aspen location :)

Negative experience: Have severe infection and toothache refused to remove teeth or do dental work until my A1C lowers. So probably a couple months hopefully. So I guess if you’re a diabetic you just die from sepsis rather than possibly taking longer to heal. A plus though the xray tech was wonderful, pleasant and caring.

Negative experience: The office sucks they say it's going to take a month to get a pre determination leter from my insurance in order to see the cost. All they need to do is call my insurance. According to my insurance company I have coverage and they just need to call to get the information so I can see what it is going to cost. Unacceptable and the customer service line is absolutely garbage.

Negative experience: I called ahead to inquiry whether this facility provided a service, the receptionist could not provide an answer and suggested I set an appointment. I set the appointment, just for them not to cover anything I came in for and suggest that I get braces and schedule a cleaning, I clearly didn’t need having had a cleaning less than 6 months ago.

Positive experience: I've been back to Aspen dental four times in January to have my lower denture adjusted. I wound up getting a sore on my gum which is very painful I saw the dental technician and he explained that I had lost bone because I've lost a lot of weight. I'm curious as to why that haven't suggested to re-fit me with a new denture. I'm currently taking med to aide in the healing of the sore spot. I don't want to go back again for the same problem. I just need to let you know that the staff was very accommodating.

Negative experience: I’m not five minutes out of the office and I am writing this review. I will say the staff was incredibly kind…but this is not a dentist office. It’s a corporate franchise looking to get extra money. I went in for a consultation for a crown/broken tooth. Instead I was told I have gingivitis and needed a special cleaning and additional work totaling 10k. It’s been less than 6 months since my last cleaning with my old dentist and I had never been told I had gingivitis or needed 3 crowns. I came hoping to find a new provider and a place to complete my crown as my old dentist no longer accepts my insurance. Instead I was put in a room asking for thousands to schedule appointments for my many dental needs. No thank you! I’ll just seek out a local dentist office that isn’t trying to create issues just to charge ridiculous amounts of money.
Negative experience: For something that advertised "tooth emergency" they sure put my problem on the back burner rescheduled day of and tried to reschedule 7 days later What a absolute joke

Negative experience: I do not recommend Aspen Dental. They will charge you outrageous co-pays and then bill your insurance anyway for the same charges. Then they will send you a bill and claim you owe the entire amount (that you already paid for) and threaten to send it to a collection agency. Stay away from this dental group, find another dentist in the area.

Fantastic experience: The best time I have ever had in a dentist office. Fantastic experience: The scheduling was very easy, even though that was a mi or issue the friendly receptionist fixed it and I was able to bring my father following week for his dentures. My dad has disability with walking and Hope was so patient ,friendly, helpful with my dad while having him to have x rays done. She was absolutely lovely and sweet with us .Just a wonderful nurse. The doctor was so polite and sweet also. Great visit .

Most of my teeth gone, worn denture at the top but I want you to know it didn't matter what my mouth was like their main concern was what was best for me. Fantastic experience: I don’t consider myself afraid of the dentist but it’s not my favorite place to be. I was nervous about a broken tooth. Hope was polite and reassured me throughout the entire process especially through the X-Rays. Dr. Spaulding was also very personable. Positive experience: The hygienists were nice. The dentist listened but very expensive. The dentist wouldn’t fill a tooth that another dentist already said they would and wanted to do a crown. They wanted me to get a 1400 dollar cleaning prior to the 1500.00 crown. Who has 3000.00 to fix a tooth? And being an Ambetter Medical client that could have gotten the savings plan they told me the savings plan wouldn’t help. Then why offer it? Total waste of an hour and a half because no one can afford that.

Negative experience: Absolutely,HORRIBLE Communication I made appt for cracked tooth a week ago.They called me more than 6 times AND numerous text for insurance coverage information..... Then they "forgot " they have a training at the time of my appointment then rescheduled me and they can only do a consultation for future treatment!!!! No same day treatment.... if in pain they can "possibly prescribe medication!!! I found another dentist that answered my questions took time to listen and can see me same day. My husband told me this aspen dental was not a good place but I tried and he is RIGHT ITS not a good place for me. I make part of my decisions about new co.after I read the company reviews and now I see why this is not the dentist for me or my family! SINCERELY

Negative experience: Save some money, and Go somewhere else. I Went if for an absest tooth. They tried to sell me dentures and take 9 of my teeth. Just to charge me $7,000.

I came in hoping to have a partial made, and I shared how much it meant to me to finally have my smile back after missing my front teeth for years. They truly listened and took every word to heart. They made the process happen so quickly and gave me a beautiful smile that has boosted my confidence 1000%! I’ve never been to a doctor’s office where I felt so welcomed and genuinely cared for. Negative experience: I had a toothache from a filling that came out left an opening in a molar that was probably becoming infected. They did everything except help me with my toothache. I got 18 X-rays... a "cleaning" estimate and then after the Dentist finally looked at me they gave me a plan for $12,000 worth of dental work.. for things that I had no need of... when I said I did not want to do all that I just needed my sore tooth attended to they pretty much said "good day" and sent me on my way. I still have a sore tooth! On the bright side.. they were all very nice;]

Not only is a family member now getting her treatment, but I am going to see about going there myself.

Negative experience: Everyone was super wonderful until it came down to help me the same very day when I schedule an emergency appointment for tooth pain. Assumed this was an emergency dentist and was sadly mistaken.
Fantastic experience: Received an assessment for possible needed dental care. My first visit to Aspen. Personnel were polite, caring and professional and answered all questions. Looking at an extraction then an implant. Cost for one tooth is $8K, likely half that after insurance. They say you get what you pay for, I hope so.

Fantastic experience: Not really keen on dentist’s offices, but everyone at the Clarksville location were sincere and genuine, as far as my needs go. Dentistry is a service, and I felt that the folks working here had my best interests in mind. Quite a relief, knowing the professionals around me care about my well being. Highly recommended. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth pulled today. The Dental Office has the friendliest staff I have ever met. Talk about feeling welcomed and well taken care of. Every person from the front desk all the way to my dentist was so nice and friendly. I felt I had been going there years. They helped me with my tooth and made sure I understood every part. My dentist was freaking amazing. The most soft hearted genuine person I have met in a long time. Definitely my dentist office moving forward.

Negative experience: Refused to take Xrays that were less than a year old from my current dentist, wanting me to pay NEARLY $200 EXTRA as my insurance would NOT cover another set of THE SAME XRAYS. Promptly canceled my appointment. Apparently keeping their costs 'low' is because they charge you additional fees for things that are unnecessary. If you have a choice, I'd go elsewhere. Also didn't seem like they were used to taking children as they did do my daughter's appointment but have no children's toothbrushes and my husband said they seemed uncomfortable working on my 5 year old.

Fantastic experience: I’ve honestly never seen an office or business that was this pleasant, friendly, efficient, and this fast. Their work attitudes were refreshing actually put you in a great mood. Every single person was very detailed on their assignment and explained the procedures thoroughly yet swift. The dentist was extremely pleasant and Tatum, the office manager really stood out as well as her staff member who I forgot her name but they really made my day! Even the dental hygienist who did my X-rays was so fast and efficient! Refreshing to see a business that cares!
