Fantastic experience: I really appreciate when I can go to a dentist and they’re straightforward and they help you with what you need. I went to two dentist before I came to the dentist to get a third opinion they were fast and efficient. They fixed the problem the same day and it was very affordable. I wasn’t in any pain afterwards, which was a plus I recommend this dentist 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Lauren was amazing. I hadn’t been to the dentist since before COVID (they give me really bad anxiety). She made me feel comfortable and walked me through every step. She didn’t rush to try and get through the process. She took her time and was extremely careful. She’s made me excited to go back to regular cleanings. If you need a cleaning I highly recommend booking with her!

Fantastic experience: Went in with a loose filling and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. Set up a cleaning in a couple months and happy with service. Didn’t try and sell me products I didn’t want. Just fixed the issue and readied for a follow up.

Negative experience: The first time I went to Warfield Dental in July was amazing. I had Jess as a hygienist. I just had a cleaning mid January, it was a temp hygienist. The worst cleaning I have ever had. So forcefully, pushed so hard with the floss that it broke. Stabbed my lip twice with the cleaning tools. She acted like I was livestock.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my kids here for a couple years and always had great experiences. Yesterday was my first visit after my previous dentist was trying to charge a lot of unnecessary costs for things. This office is friendly, professional, and I really appreciate that they are not trying to over charge you. I will definitely be back! Also Jana is a sweetheart and I was so happy to meet her yesterday!

Fantastic experience: I experienced tooth pain for 3 days and I wanted an extraction. I booked the appointment online at 1130pm the day before. The doctor explained everything and gave advise about keeping the tooth. I chose a root canal and it was PAINLESS! This was my first visit to this facility and doctor but will now be my preferred dentist!

Laura, my hygienist, took such good care of my dental situation and went above and beyond to fit me in her schedule prior to a moving. I was nervous and fretful about my teeth and she was very practice in my care, I am grateful! I feel very confident recommending dental patients here.

Negative experience: I was told that my insurance was accepted by their answering service and an appointment was made. Well, the day of the appointment, I was told that they didn't accept my insurance. The front desk employee advised me that they would re-check and verify my insurance. The front desk employee put the blame on the answering service that advised me that my insurance was accepted. Classic example of passing the buck, no communication between the answering service and the office staff. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Negative experience: We have just moved to a different dental practice. From long waits to rushed and rude staff to last minute cancelations, this practice just doesn't seem to value us as clients.

Positive experience: I really liked this dental office. The front staff specifically was nice and behaved so sweet and friendly towards my kids. The Dr. Seemed so young but very cknowledgeable and nice. The lady who handles finances handled all the topics of information with care and kindness. One star taken away because the procedure I wanted to get wasn’t able to be done. The Dr. Suggested two other procedures that in the long run are better options. However, one (the preferred one) was so expensive (may very well be a great and competitive price in the grand scheme of things), and the second procedure was more evasive than what I’d prefer. Unfortunately, I’ll have my chipped tooth until I can either afford the first option (I should add that I was offered a payment plan, it’s just a hard expense for our family to justify in this season.)or someone who will do the more in between procedure all together(the initial one I went in hoping to get but was not offered/ turned down) All that to say, I respect the Dr’s stance on the matter and the decision to hold his ground on what he thinks is best. The things that made me take a star away are very personal and I can’t even say to not give this place a visit or a try!

Fantastic experience: My appointment at Warfield Dental Clinic what's very pleasant the staff there greeted me asked me how I was doing and I didn't have to wait very long to be seated in the chair a dental technician who assisted the doctor I won't give you her name but she was very nice she comforted me made sure I was comfortable and I was feeling relaxed which I told I was very nervous and I never enjoy going to a dentist but my experience was very good I even had a window to look out while I was sitting in the chair looking at some birds outside I enjoy doing that overall experience is very good

Negative experience: My appt was at 3pm and the lady was finished at 3:13 pm. It should take more than 13 minutes to do a teeth cleaning in my opinion. When I left it felt as if I never even got a cleaning. I will not return to warfield dental.

Since that initial visit everytime I've gone back either for cleanings or work to get my teeth back to where they should be, the staff has been nothing but courteous and kind and has never made me feel self conscious about my teeth

Negative experience: Had an emergency extraction here in 2022. The dental tech was very nice and comforting. The dentist however seemed rushed and like I was an inconvenience to his day. I've never experienced anxiety from dentists before but the experience I had caused me to have a panic attack. I have had teeth extracted before at another dentist and they all healed beautifully and pain free. This one however is painful even today, I don't know if it's because he was rushing but it's been a problem ever since.

Negative experience: Warfield Dental has a very good dentist. However, the staff are rude, and do not like to be challenged. I have since moved to a dental clinic that is more focused on my oral health than my wallet. In addition, I suggest you perform your due diligence to be sure that any performed services are covered by your insurance. If not, like me, you will pay 100% out of pocket. Warfield, I paid you in full for what I owe for these “upsell” items, and I will no longer be bringing my family business to your clinic.

Negative experience: Terrible dentist office. They'll make sure they rack up your insurance with the works; so that what you go in for is paid straight from your pocket. It also takes an ungodly amount of time to get an appointment. Stay away. Go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: The office staff was very friendly. She helped me save money on my appt. And upcoming appointments. I felt comfortable talking to the staff and they explained everything to where it was easy to understand. I have found my new dental office and glad I picked them.

Negative experience: I want to preface this by saying the dentist is absolutely great. I have had no issues with him. However; the staff leave much to be desired. They will send you a bill and then become unresponsive (including the office manager Wyatt) when you try to do a three way call with the insurance which he suggested doing. Although it should not be my responsibility as the customer to even call the insurance to dispute what they paid the dentist, I still did my part and attempted a three way call more than once where staff at Warfield then became unresponsive. The biller also does not know what she is doing and it is evident once she forwarded me the officer manager after being called out on the bill and making them aware of what the insurance had stated. I have called my dental insurance, more than once and have everything documented, and they stated that I should not owe the amount this dental office is saying I owe. They even questioned one of their staff on three way yesterday and they could not even answer why they are trying to charge me more than what insurance states I owe and said I will have to be called back, which of course never happened. The insurance company even stated that it is illegal for them to attempt to collect more while being in network and confirmed this dental practice is currently under investigation by them as a result. I have been patient with this office and wanted to avoid a negative review as I know how much it can impact a business; but I also realize if they can ignore my messages to include leadership and continue to send me a bill that the insurance has stated I should not owe; who knows how many others they are doing this to that don’t understand insurance the way I do. I have never been late paying a bill to this office and more than enough have the funds to cover it but I’ve told their staff more than once I will not pay a bill my insurance states I do not owe and since then, they have ghosted me to include the insurance company who stated they have not been in communication with them either. I am just glad they are now under investigation and I have more than enough proof of my interactions with them and my attempts to resolve this matter on three way with the insurance company despite their unprofessionalism by the billing team and officer manager, Wyatt.

Positive experience: May 28, 2018 was my first time visiting Warfield Dental Center. First impression walking in the office was eye pleasing. Very inviting and clean, even their bathrooms are very clean. My experience with the staff was pleasant. X-rays and pictures taken of my teeth were explained thoroughly and the cost of the deep cleaning that is needed was explained and broken down to make payments budget friendly. The examination of my gum was painful, but even in the discomfort the Dental hygienists Rachel was very caring. I met Dr. Varghese and he had a very pleasant personality. I'll definately plan on being a regular patient and I would recommend this Dental Center to family and friends.

Positive experience: Overall experience has been pleasant. Most recently had work done which was not to my satisfaction and after repeatedly asking about the work to be done prior only to still not have it done is frustrating

Negative experience: The front desk receptionist failed to call to confirm my appointment, I got there and she said they wouldn’t have time to do the full cleaning. Why not tell me before I come? She then proceeded to ask me to write down my SSN on the back on a sheet of paper for her to look up my insurance. Where are your formal documents? Why doesn’t your website portal work? I’ve never been asked to scribble the most important number of my life on a sheet of paper at a dentist. Back woods and unprofessional. If this place has fraudulent claims in the future you know why. Stay away. It’s moldy inside and could really use an upgrade or demolition. The receptionist did not look me in the eye or express empathy. Get rid of Karen, she’s a dark cloud.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing not only did they get me in the next day, I was in and out. They listened to exactly what I needed and didn’t try to force things that I didn’t need or want. I have been searching for a new dentist since mine retired and finally found one. I have went to two other places previous to this one. If you aren’t happy with your dentist or just need one I would 110 percent recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My Dad is elderly man that needs assistance with movement. Everyone who worked with my Dad was extremely above and beyond the call of duty accommodating to my Dad. The receptionist even walked my Dad to the car, helped him in the car before I could even get out of the car. This type of service needs to rewarded! Fantastic experience: I love this Dental Center. Jessica is a phenomenal hygienist!!!!!! My teeth really felt clean and refreshed after my dental appointment. She was very thorough as well while examining the x rays of my teeth and bite from previous orthodontics treatments elsewhere. Dr Chris and staff are great as well. You will definitely want to go every 6 months as recommended to prevent cavities.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in 3yrs but I take pretty good care of my teeth. My intake appointment was quick and relatively painless (lol). Took about 1.5hr but now i know I'll be able to get my 3 small cavities taken care of! I was recommended by the VA of Clarksville because the VAs dental clinic wasn't able to see me. Update: I've been with Warfield Dental for 4yrs now and my teeth have never been healthier!! They know and understand how to navigate the VA/Tricare insurance and their dental technicians are amazing. Cassie isn't there anymore but Megan is absolutely wonderful too! Thank you for caring!

Most recently he took care of a tooth on the lower left in the front. It embarrassed me so much but no longer. I have the most beautiful crown. However, Cassie and Dr Varghese were phenomenal. Alleviated my stress and educated me on the process. Professional, thorough and took time to explain each step. Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist and dentist were very thorough in establishing me as a new patient. Cassie was great! She was explained every thing she was doing as I received a deep tissue cleaning for sensitive gums. I was pleased with my first visit.

An issue with cost agreement over changing prices was solved patiently by the senior finance official, proving they stand behind initial agreements and put integrity before profit. Thanks guys! Negative experience: There were traffic jams all over Clarksville this morning which also made it difficult to turn into the location. My appointment was at 7:50 and I arrived at 7:56. The receptionist was so rude that I decided to go somewhere else. She said that “they would get as much done as they could.” I could see if I was 15 minutes late. I am sure the dentist is great but reception needs better customer service skills. Also the woman who called to confirm my appointment was rude and dry.

Negative experience: I would give this place a zero if I could, unfortunately I have to give a star which they do not deserve. Had a tooth extracted, the dentist performed the procedure mediocre at best. Forced me to wait 40 minutes in their office after procedure was completed. Then sent my prescription to bowling green Kentucky. Then was informed it’s my responsibility to fix their mistake. The staff was rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: A few months ago I made an appointment with this office solely because of the good reviews While the dentist and the assistant did an amazing job I can’t say this followed thru. I really hate to write a review because who has time to write these honestly. I’m writing this only to warn the next single mom who has a dental emergency and finds themself in tears unable to foot the bill before the service is even started that Dr Yargase may tell you he will accept what your insurance is willing to cover and then months later a receptionist and office manager call you to resolve payment on a past due balance. This is where the experience turns unfortunate the office manager will explain that all this will be in the clinical note if this discussion was had. Unfortunately the clinical note that the dentist wrote did not reflect what happened at the visit and she will raise her voice and talk over you because push back isn’t what she wanted from you , especially when you came to their office made it clear something wasn’t within your budget and you would rather leave with your problem and just put a bandaid on it then resolve it with debt. Unfortunately the office manager was more interested in herself being heard and letting me know she couldn’t erase debt because that’s fraud but he apparently can only commit FRAUD when it’s clinically notated. I did not want my balance erased. I would have like to express my issues and concerns .The office manager didn’t make a lot of since and I honestly could care less what she said afterwards because her attitude and speaking over and derogatory to me just pissed me off. I thought she would know this. However if you’re yelling at a patient over the phone why would they continue that conversation in a positive way but hopefully this is a learning experience and she can keep her cool next time and resolve something because the attitude paired with talking over me just pissed me off and I’m sure i called her a few names and hung up. I hate to have to go to court over a stupid thing like this but will gladly show up so hopefully the Dr stops giving fake sympathy and understanding discounts only to say he didn’t causing unnecessary debt to patients who don’t know any better.
