Fantastic experience: Staff very attentive and knowledgeable Dr. Lee discussed what needed to be done and what was needed to accomplish all of the work needed. She was very thorough being sure I understood all. Jess the coordinator explained everything to me, including the cost for it. Help me with arranging financial so that I could get to work done and pay over time. Thank you to all the staff for a great job done

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Alaina Teeter did a great job cleaning my teeth today. Dr. Kandati thoroughly explained some issues that I have and a recommended course of action. Also, I was helped by Ashley, who was very courteous and polite in taking care of my future dental procedures. She was patience in working with my availability to schedule my future appointments.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was top tier. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while but it was the most comfortable experience ever. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, the assistant made the xray process a breeze and was very nice and helpful, dentist Nisha was amazing and very informative, and lastly the office manager Stacy was TOP TIER. She was very helpful with getting my payment process set up and is actually my vision of an ideal boss. I was able to get all of my treatment done same day. This place is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Kandati and the dental hygienist Alaina for my routine cleaning and whitening treatment. From start to finish, everything was professional, smooth, and comfortable. She was incredibly gentle yet thorough, my teeth felt perfectly clean without any discomfort. She explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Kandati was just as impressive, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated how they both took the time to answer my questions and explain the whitening process.

Fantastic experience: Dr.JaEun Lee was great I didn’t feel any pain when she shot me in my gums to numb me for the root canal ! I got a root canal and Dr. Maneshwari and Alexa were great! It was a very quick process and not painful I was scared for no reason lol !

Fantastic experience: I went to Clarksville Modern Dentistry for 2 root canals. There are so few specialist dentist that take my insurance so I had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was very thankful for Dr. Maheshwari and her assistant Monica. They took their time and were very thorough and methodical and cleaned out the infection so I can heal. These are two very hard working kind girls!

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous. I thought I was dreaming. Went in as a new patient, TODAY, was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes and literally left with no cleaning, nothing. What a waste of my precious time. People, do not go here if you are looking for a new place. They would leave the room for 30 Minutes at a time, didn’t explain a thing, someone else would come in and do the same thing. It took the office manager to tell me my guns are too bad for a regular cleaning which is funny because I also go to the dentist every 6 months and have never! She tried to tell me it would be $650 for a deep clean, she the got it down to $185 that I owed out of pocket but they couldn’t do a regular clean that was part of my insurance. Then they said I need 2 crowns. I didn’t even see the doctor they told me I was scheduled to see. What an absolutely horrible experience and waste of my time! I will never go back and trying to see who else I can contact to report them. Maybe the BBB I cannot seem To find a corporate number to report them. If anyone has that please let me know. I have lawyer friends, we will figure it out.

Negative experience: I had to have a root canal redone by another provider less than one after an appointment here. My current provider is very familiar with this place and gets a lot of redos from their poor work. I was charged for a root canal that was only about 20% completed. Negative experience: I went to get two fillings one went well put in the right spot no further pain the second has me in so much pain and was placed in the wrong tooth it's been 19 days since this happened my face is swollen and I can hardly eat I have been put on medication for the meantime but I'm still having to figure out what the next step is I haven't been able to work and I love my job I want to work this sucks I don't understand how a dentist could spend 30 minutes to an hour drilling into the wrong tooth with multiple breaks because I complained about the pain they also wouldn't refund the amount of the filling and have yet to refund the amount I paid to get my wisdom teeth taken out despite saying I would get my deposit back

Fantastic experience: I have not been to a dentist in ~3 years, but I called in on Monday and was able to immediately get an appointment the same week. Dr. Ja Eun Lee was awesome, super knowledgeable and took great care of me, ensuring my imaging was up to date and getting me in and out extremely fast. I could not reccomend this office more.

Negative experience: Imagine trespassing a literal CHILD for playing? Like children do? Im glad yall are only dentists and not real doctors lmao, what a sorry excuse of a business.

Positive experience: My visit was satisfying. I did the check-up knowing that I had a cavity in one of my wisdom teeth, and I was so pleased that I could get a same-day extraction. Thanks to Dr. Lee, she did it quickly and seamlessly, and the X-ray tech and front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The only downside is the time wasted while in the check-up room. Maybe because it's the holiday week and there’s a possible staff shortage, I’m not sure, but having one dentist care for more than one patient at a time causes long wait times while on the dentist chair. I hope this can be addressed.

Negative experience: Not going back. Came in for a 6 month cleaning, and they told me I needed a root canal and a couple crowns. I only changed dental offices to this one because my previous dentist was in Nashville, and I no longer travel there for work. My previous dentist never saw these kinds of issues with my teeth, and he was rated highly in the Vandy area. The second I said no to the crowns and treatment plan, I was treated like a second class citizen. They had one of the other hygenists do the cleaning, and it was the worst one I've ever had (and I was in the Army for 5 years!) I feel like this place is a cash grab. They rush you through the process and present you with very expensive treatment plans. You are then highly pressured to choose a plan before you can think about it. I suggest before you go through with any of the treatments that you get a second opinion first. If this was just my experience I probably wouldn't be so critical of this place, but my wife had the same exact experience. She thought her previous dentist just didn't do a good job after she got an examination here. She was impressed at first, but then I went knowing my teeth were in pretty good shape (I've only had 3 cavities my entire life). What are the odds that I needed a root canal and crowns? Buyer beware! Update: A crown my wife received from this establishment has fallen out. She had to get it recemented and because it wasn't done properly the root is decaying underneath. The tooth now has to be completely extracted. The initial work on the crown was quick and shoddy at best. Again beware of getting any work done here

Fantastic experience: Clarksville Modern Dentistry provided me with a level of care that I have never experienced with a dental office. Dr. Ja Lee is a top-notch professional. Her knowledge, patience and kindness made me feel at ease and confident with my treatment. Also, Dr. Lee’s assistant, Shanaya, was really great too. I equally had a very positive experience with the ladies at the front desk. Jen, Jessica and Ashley went way above and beyond anything I would’ve expected and I am so very grateful, truly. I am pain free now, and I feel amazing and healthy again!

Negative experience: I'd give them a -10 if it would let me. They are unethical, deceitful and we will be filing a malpractice suit for my 1st and last experience with them. They lied about what my insurance actually covered and over-billed me for a cleaning that somehow ended up taking 3 1/2 hours, They were trying everything in their bag of tricks to con me into over $4,000 of work I didn't need done. They are despicable to take advantage of anyone but especially us military families. I will not be quiet about this and will do everything in our power to let people know they are the worst kind of peple who lie and deceive their own patients for financial gain. Shame on you Clarksville Modern Dentistry. I’d expect this type of behavior from a pawn shop. Not from professionals who peple put their trust in.

Fantastic experience: Every since having to go to military dentist, I've had an phobia of the dentist. So over time, I've been neglected my oral check ups. Clarksville modern dentistry and orthodontics along with Dr. Lee Ja Eun and her staff, have alleviated my phobias today. I came in for a cleaning and an extraction. The procedure went as planned. Fantastic experience: very happy with service . my bridge fell out while i was sleeping choked me awake. called in the morning receptionist said i can come in now or at 1300 today i went immediately. Shania was extremely kind and comforting, she has the street facing office with the big windows you can see the traffic , counting cars. Shania made a bad morning really good. Doctor Lee(female) listened to my concern and gave me multiple solutions taking into account i just started a new job as a over the road truck driver. Doctor Lee (female)and her team fixed me up good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ja Lee, I cannot say enough to how amazing Dr.Lee is. Going into the dentist I already have/had bad anxiety . Before today I never had a positive experience at the dentist and today my views have changed. My first positive experience. I went in for a fractured tooth, and Dr Lee took a look at two others my right side I was concerned about. Turned out needed 3 removed even though I was not feeling pain I knew they needed to go. Dr Lee soothed my anxiousness and had me feel welcome and relaxed during a very difficult procedure. Dr Lee handed it and had me feel the most relaxed I ever have been at the dentist. Shania, part of Dr Lee’s team. By far one of the most professional and kindest dental assistants I have ever encountered. Shania stayed with me the entire time and helped ease me to be comfortable during the procedure. Shania definitely went over and beyond and I am extremely grateful. Rynell, part of Dr Lees team, exudes professionalism and kindness. When I didn’t know next steps Rynell helped explain everything and can make one heck of a mold for a crown. The combo of Dr Lee, Shania and Rynell is by far one of the best dental teams I have ever encountered.

My hunch was correct, two cleanings and a fresh bridge later, correcting some under-attended work. More to do, but appreciate the thorough consideration of Dr. Kandati and her staff.

This dentist is reasonably priced and although all dental work is expensive, they do what they can to make sure you get a payment that you can handle. They take carecredit, have their own discount program you can join and also have in house financing options.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Nisha was very upbeat and professional, constantly checking during my exam that I was comfortable.Amber was great with my temporary crown making and placement ensuring I know everything that she was doing and the reasoning why making the process extremely pleasant.

Negative experience: Went in a few years ago and needed two crowns went there cause they can do them the same day. Within a few years both have broken and had to be replaced. I know crowns do not last forever but I have one several years older that was done somewhere else that I’ve had no problems with. And they called me about six months after my appointments and told me I owed them more that I had to pay when I paid in full when I got them done.

Negative experience: Let me start by saying the people here are great people. Everyone is always very nice and friendly! But this office is a giant scam. This is the only place in Clarksville that would take my insurance for a while so I was stuck going here, and two different times, they told me I had multiple cavities, needed a crown, and a root canal. Mind you, I have always taken great care of my teeth, never had any pain, etc. And not even 6 months prior to this when I was there last, did I have a single thing wrong with my teeth. I felt very pressured to schedule all the procedures that same day but eventually said no and left. I went elsewhere and paid out of pocket for a second opinion (two different times) where I was told I didn’t need a single thing this office said I needed. It is a corporate office who just wants you and your insurance to pay for every minor thing they can get you on.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Lee JaEun and Rynell were awesome and kept me as comfortable as possible through my appointment. Jennifer up front was also very thorough explaining everything to me. I had a bit of a wait to get in but they were all very apologetic and kind to me
