Fantastic experience: I do NOT enjoy visiting the dentist!! But I must say that the staff was welcoming and very understanding of my plight. I appreciate their friendliness and clear explanations about my upcoming treatment plan. The dentist herself was patient with me, which I appreciate!

Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who has wrestled with a fear of going to the dentist I have had nothing but good experiences at Phye Family Dentistry. I can say this as someone who has been a patient there for 20 years. I have always gotten comprehensive and compassionate dental care as well as feeling comfortable to bring any questions.

Crystal has been our hygienist the whole time and she couldn't be more kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. All doctors have been terrific and any referrals they have exceeded expectations. Fantastic experience: I always receive very thorough teeth cleanings from all the dental hygienists. They are experts, as are all the dentists. I joked with Debbie, who cleaned my teeth today, that my visits are most enjoyable, and that I’m glad they don’t charge me more because I am having so much fun!!! Seriously, I told Kathy Miller, who is retiring soon, that not only do I receive professional dental care, the bonus for me is that I get to work with great people—Debbie, Heather, Brittany and Kathy, and the rest of the staff. They all do excellent work. I will miss my visits with Kathy and wish her much continued happiness in retirement. Positive experience: I had a great experience at Phye Family Dentistry! Everything ran on time, and both Dr. Alton and hygienist Abbey were excellent. Abbey was incredibly gentle and made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time, even with my dental anxieties. Dr. Alton was also very reassuring and helped me feel relaxed. I really appreciated their caring approach and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly listens and cares.

Fantastic experience: I was a referral from a good friend of mine and today was my first visit. Absolutely loved it the atmosphere and all the staff were amazing and very friendly. I met with Dr Alton and he did a great job explaining my treatment plan and next steps for getting a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. I was very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. This is an update and I just want to say that this whole team is absolutely amazing and I love coming here. I've been following my treatment plan for the past year and honestly there kindness and customer service exceeds my expectations every time. Everybody is so friendly. Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. I'll never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr. Gomez at Phye Dentistry today. I needed a crown, which can be harrowing. From the x-rays to the numbing process to preparing my tooth and making and seating the new crown, everything was as calming and efficient as possible. I was reassured I could take a break if I needed to and both the assistant and Dr. Gomez were friendly and efficient. I am not nervous about dental appointments generally but I do sometimes clench my hands or “tap” my foot during drilling. I felt no need to do that with Dr. Gomez. He drilled for a short period of time, let me rest and swallow, then began again when I was ready. I have had experiences where they drilled for such a long time the friction built up and I smelled as if something was heating up inside my mouth! I appreciate the experience I had today! Thanks Dr. Gomez!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Phye Family Dentistry for several years and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the receptionists, to the hygenists (I'm with Brittany now), to Dr Alton, to his assistant, Brandon, to the billing girls, they are all kind, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and explanatory. Dr. Alton is a wonderful dentist. He does what is needed in a gentle manner, explains well and doesn't push for unnecessary procedures. I won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Our doctor Adrian Gomez is amazing. He makes me feel comfortable and is gentle when working on me. Never feel a thing, he is really nice as well. I’ve always had a little bit of anxiety when going to the dentist and he always makes me feel better about it.

She was amazing and met all our different needs, was so thorough, and so gentle. Our hygienists were Holly and Debby. They were so detailed and all three of us thought it was the best cleanings ever. Also, Emily was so kind and even gave our son a tour.

They asked detailed questions, took their time, and made sure everything was properly evaluated before moving forward. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Greg Alton and his assistant Emily are absolutely fantastic in every way. They are both so genuinely kind and helpful. They are thorough as they explain everything that you need to know throughout the entire process and they also take the time to listen to you. I can tell that they care about their patients and don't just rush you in & out. That's something that I personally place value on and appreciate. I recently had a bit of an emergency situation and they were able to see me the very afternoon I called. I appreciate the way they take time to talk to me about what’s going on with my dental health. Dr. Jasmine is so easy to talk with and makes sure I understand all options regarding my care.

Fantastic experience: Called from the airport on a Thursday with a very unpleasant feeling gum that had a piece of bone sticking out of it. The extremely nice & kind staff member who completely understood the problem was urgent got me in the very next day at the time I wanted!! When I arrived I was greeted by two smiling front office staff members who very politely & quickly checked me in. While waiting they informed me that the dentist was running about 10 minutes behind, I did not mind since they were kind enough to communicate that with me, & then in less than 10 minutes I was in the chair getting x-rays. The dental assistant introduced herself and quickly got to work while informing me with every step. Dentist introduced herself and we made small talk and then she got to work, again informing me about everything she was doing. Luckily she was able to get the small bone out with no pain & no complications. Next thing I was checking out with the friendly staff member. I absolutely love this dentist office, everyone is so happy, helpful, kind & they truly care about their patients!!! I’m very grateful to have found them & will never go anywhere else.

I believe I have seen multiple of the Drs here now however I recently came in with some cosmetic issues that have been bothering me for quite some time and met with Dr. Sara. I saw another dentist previously at another location as well that seemed to have written me off despite how much it really bothered me. Dr. Sara Gasaway and her team made sure to listen, ask questions to clarify, research my file and explain everything fully. She fixed my "problem areas" better than I would of hoped and even made sure to double check more than once that I was happy with the result. They went above and beyond my entire appointment. Thank you so much Dr. Sara and the Phye Family team! :)

The whole team, Dr Sara, Maddy, and the hygienist whose name fails me right now, were all so wonderful. They took great care of me throughout the X-rays and consultation and entire appointment. I look forward to the future appts there just because of them. The check out gal was very informative and helpful to me as well with my financial questions. My Godgiven gifts are to serve others so I am not high on my list of priorities if at all. But these ladies at PHYE were a blessing to me this morning!!! Second appt: just as great! Met Addy today and Dr Sara was amazing again. Very caring people at Phye who know what they’re doing. Such a blessing! May God make His Face shine upon them!

Fantastic experience: Being a high-anxiety patient-suffering through numerous dental procedures since age 11, ..finding Crystal B and Dr Gomez is an anxiety release. Crystal B makes concise notes for each concerning area..addresses the concern..discusses the next step; all which relieves anxiety. Dr Gomez is a warm snuggle enveloping you into his confidence which satisfies! I’ve not had other hygienist in this practice but can’t imagine quality is sacrificed in care of a patient. Fantastic experience: Phye Family Denistry has been caring for me and my husband for years. We moved away, but we drive an hour to continue our care with Phye. Crystal is my hygienist and is lovely! Always takes time to tell me what she is doing, answer questions. She truly cares about her patience. Every Dentist is fantastic, I usually take whomever is available, and I've been happy always. Recently, Dr. Gomez took care of me and did great work, was careful and the whole thing was relatively pain-free. Credit to his assistant, Celia as well, who was so good and kind. Facility is beautiful and spotless! Never any wait...they are a "well-oiled machine"!

Fantastic experience: I actually no longer dread going to the dentist. Since the first moment I stepped into their office years ago, I knew this practice was different. They really care about their patients, they know who you are, even if they don’t see you for 6 months, and they are incredibly friendly and personable. Dr. Jasmyn is the BEST, and I simply love Bailey. They make going to the dentist an actual pleasure. They offer all of the products, I just finished my Invisalign treatment today and got my retainer, and they made it feel like a celebration for me. Just can’t say enough good things about this practice.

She is attentive to everything thing making sure sure I was comfortable and doing okay. She is really pleasant to talk with. Fantastic experience: Sharon cleaned my teeth today and it was a great experience. She is the first dental hygienist that has handed me a mirror so I could see problem areas, firsthand, so I can concentrate on plaque removal by flossing and brushing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jasmyn Thole is THE best dentist I have ever had. If you’re neurodivergent, you are safe with her. She is so incredibly kind, funny, and passionate about her job. I had 3 intense 2hr rounds of dental work (fillings and 2 crowns) done over the past 3 weeks (one a week) and she and her team have been phenomenal. Multiple times through these appointments we were laughing with each other and having a genuinely good time. I have absolutely no anxiety going to her and I 100% trust that she will take me seriously in anything I say. My partner was also able to stay in the room with me as moral support through all 3 appointments and they were entirely supportive. I am so happy I found Jasmyn, and I promise you will not be disappointed if you use this team. You’ll thank yourself later PS - I also have a pretty bad epinephrine sensitivity (the numbing shots make me super jittery for a while) and they were also incredibly patient and understanding with it too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Phye Family Dentistry for at least 20 years now and when Bryant and Vanessa retired last year. I was really nervous about getting work done by somebody else other then Bryant but today I had a crown installed on one tooth and a cavity filled on another by Dr. Gomez and he was absolutely awesome. I have to say he was every bit as good as Bryant, definitely younger and better looking. Everyone at Phye’s is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Only DDS that all three of my kids have ever seen and only the 2nd one I've been to (had my first for 40 years!) Just had a cleaning and a broken filling fixed by Dr. Alton, excellent finish on the filling, do not need to come back to get adjusted or anything.
