Fantastic experience: The best dentist around hands down!! We had to switch a while back due to moving and ended up right back with honey bee after the first visit elsewhere. Will never take my kids anywhere else even though we drive almost 2 hours to get there! They are very patient and understanding with my son who’s high functioning autistic. They always are able to cater to his wishes to make him comfortable. I have 6 kids who have all gone here and have no complaints yet! You won’t regret giving them a try! I’m sure your kids will thank you also!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things!!! We live Dr. Becca. Since day 1, my son has been at ease, even with operative procedures (he’s needed teeth pulled to braces and such). The entire practice is joyful, kind, and confident. Truly and enjoyable experience for parents and kids alike.

Positive experience: Cleanings are great and quick. However the front desk could use some training on professionalism. Also lack of communication and time to communicate was sub bar. We have an extensive dental plan and none of it was explained. Finally Dr Rhoads is truly so great with the kids, but beyond that if you have an anxious child and need anything beyond cleaning I highly recommended somewhere else. During the chaos of getting an extraction and leaving I felt judged and rushed. . Thankfully my kids are unaware and didn't get scared off from loving getting cleaning.

Both kiddos left with smiles on their face and one telling me “this is the best dentist place ever!” The dental hygienists and dentists were all super nice and made my boys feel comfortable and answered all their questions. Fantastic experience: Dr. Casey and her entire staff were a true pleasure to work with. She was informative and gentle during the exam which meant so much. We had to reschedule a procedure, but they were very warm and helpful in getting this accomplished. Jaila's bright smile and positive demeanor stood out to me and especially my little fella who made menton of how nice she was several times during the ride back to Topeka. Fantastic experience: We had such a great first experience bringing my two kids here! The office was clean, bright, and very kid-friendly. The doctor and assistants were amazing with my kiddos, they took the time to explain everything in a gentle, fun way and never rushed us. My kids were a little nervous at first, but the staff made them feel comfortable so quickly. I really appreciated how they focused on making it a positive experience instead of overwhelming them. It made a huge difference for their confidence about going to the dentist. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a caring, professional pediatric dental office. ❤️

Fantastic experience: We came here by recommendation to get a second opinion for our toddler (4yr). We are so glad we did because it’s been a really great experience. My son has had his back molars capped and while it’s not the most desirable situation, they made it as comfortable as possible! Everyone here is friendly & patient. Highly recommend this office/location!

Fantastic experience: We love HoneyBee! Usually my kids see Dr Becca at the Lawrence location, but we had an emergency and Lawrence was booked. Fortunately the Lenexa location had an opening with Dr Meredith. We’ve never had a bad experience! The front desk staff are usually quiet and mean business, but they are never rude, just straight and to the point which I appreciate. The doctors and staff have always been so friendly and patient with my kids. My son was very emotional over the pain caused by his infected tooth, but Jai’la and Dr Meredith were both very gentle and sweet with him. It is a 30+ minute drive for us to any of the locations, but the drive is well worth it for the amazing care! My kiddos are never afraid to go to the dentist and mainly just look forward to picking out their prizes at the end!

Negative experience: Unfortunately if I could I would give zero stars. Out of all location I have found that prairie village location by far has the nicest staff. The other two I have felt unwelcome and get the sense that the front desk and dental assistant all hate the job the have. When seeing one of the doctors you can tell she is just here for the money. She was in and out of our room and I had no chance to ask questions. also waited three months for a procedure for one of my kids. Got a text for a sooner date. I texted back and assumed I got the appointment. All through December/January emailing and talking to staff about said sooner appointment. No one told me I didn’t get it. Extremely lack of communication and nothing on there part they could fix it. They told me they had no excuse to why I never received a text saying I don’t get it. So be ready for rude staff and lack of communication.

Fantastic experience: We love Honey Bee! The entire staff at both locations is amazing and friendly. We see Dr. Becca and she’s the sweetest. My son is currently 25 months old and has already been to the dentist 3 times now (because of some tooth trauma), and he always leaves with a smile. Don’t get me wrong, he sheds plenty of tears during X-rays and the actual check up BUT these ladies are pros at redirecting his attention and getting him to calm down afterwards! I really appreciate all of them for that. I would absolutely recommend Honey Bee Dental to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist. And a little shout out to Phye Family Dentistry (my dentist) for recommending them to me!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice. Dr Casey is so great. Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming to the kids and parents. Every person in this place from the front desk, to the hygienist and to the checkout desk is really doing whatever is best for the children and seems to love their job. It makes a difference for putting patients at ease.

Fantastic experience: We had an incredible experience today after my son fell and broke his two front teeth. The entire staff was unbelievably kind and treated him like a little king—giving him a ducky and a balloon to help calm his nerves after the X-ray, which they managed to get in just one try! I was so impressed. When I became emotional holding my 16-month-old due to an exposed nerve that required an extraction, they were nothing but sweet, patient, and supportive. They squeezed us in on very short notice, and I truly didn’t mind the wait because I was just so grateful they were able to help us. The office itself is beautiful—the honeycomb details are stunning, and the relaxing color scheme throughout the building was very refreshing. If we ever come back to Kansas, I know exactly who to call for my kiddos. They also sent all necessary paperwork for our next pediatric dentist appointment where we’re moving, which really showed their efficiency and sense of urgency. There were no surprises with billing either—I knew the costs upfront, which is so rare with most dental offices. Overall, I’m incredibly impressed with how well the staff works as a team and how clearly they communicate. Thank you so much, ladies, for your kindness, care, and support. The Monk Family

Fantastic experience: We usually go to the lawrence office and love it, but we ventured to the Lenexa office today since they could see us months sooner. My girls loved everyone they spoke to and had an amazing experience here! Wish they were closer to home I didn't catch the names of the assistants who did their cleanings, but our favorite gals were the one with the hair bandana and the one with the cute bulky glasses/adorable Adidas. The dentist was also very welcoming and sweet. Thank you to them all!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved here and found this gem through a school visit and SO glad we tried them out! Seriously the cutest dentist office with the SWEETEST staff. My son went in with an emergency situation and they made him feel so calm and welcomed that he willingly did a tooth extraction without going under! (At our last dentist he wouldn’t and had to go under). He said it didn’t hurt at all and that it’s his favorite dentist he’s been to. And they are very good with reminders too ;) definitely recommend- 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I have five kids ranging from 16 to 8 and let me tell you what this is by far. The best dentist for my children to go to. These ladies are by far, the kindest, most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to, and I have one child who has anxiety over everything and she actually doesn’t mind going to the dentist. One of my sons thinks these ladies are his best friends. I could not give this place enough stars to account for how good they are at my children. 10/10 Best place to take your child for all Dental needs.

My 19-month-old and 4-year-old have had great experiences at each visit! All staff members have been wonderful. Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed our visit. This was my 2 year old boys first time at the dentist! My almost 4 year old showed him the ropes. The hygienists made them feel very comfortable and Dr Becca is amazing! Will keep coming back and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about HoneyBee Pediatric Dental! I was so nervous to take my three year old for his first cleaning and couldn’t believe how good he did! At his first visit, Talissa cleaned his teeth and was so amazing. She had all sorts of fun tricks to get him to cooperate and he wasn’t scared at all! She also said at one point that this was her dream job which is of course what every mom wants to hear as her kiddo’s teeth are being worked on❤️ we’ve seen Dr. Meredith twice now and we love her! I never thought my kids would ask to go back to the dentist but my boys love this place!

Fantastic experience: Our family dentist got nervous halfway through attempting to patch a tooth on our six-year-old and recommended we go to Honey Bee. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. I was expecting the balloons and prizes…I was NOT expecting the little things like the x-ray bite wings to be kid-sized (“Mom! Those x-rays didn’t even hurt!”), soooo many cartoon choices, and the entire staff operating on a six-year-old’s time expectations (we showed up 30 minutes before our appointment for two fillings and were out the door 3 minutes after it was scheduled to begin…and the biggest time suck of the whole thing was letting her pick the prize while still a little high). Every member of the staff was super friendly (thank you for reminding me to do the survey, Jai’la!), putting both my daughter and this super nervous mom at ease. We came in for two fillings (her first), and my daughter has requested repeatedly that Honey Bee be her new regular dentist. We’re sold. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: We had another great experience at Honey Bee today. Chevy was incredibly patient with my 2 year old. She explained everything she was trying to do, and she was very kind when he was unwilling to participate in certain things. She made sure to answer any questions we had, and she made the experience a very positive one overall.

Fantastic experience: We had our first pediatric dental appointment ever this week with our little guy and had the BEST experience! The staff were so pleasant. The office is so cute and clean. Dr. Meredith and Jai’la were so gentle with our little one and so thorough answering our questions. As someone who isn’t always thrilled about going to the dentist myself, I’m so thankful our baby is going to have such a positive experience from his first time on.

Fantastic experience: Truly the most incredible pediatric dentist. The office is clean without a lot of overwhelming extras. Jai’la and Dr. Bekah were excellent - patient, gentle, and compassionate with my kids. Dr. Bekah takes a more conservative approach to treatment than past dentists we’ve been to. I would give 10 stars if I could. I have a lot of dental anxiety personally and the staff at honeybee soothed my anxiety.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old had a dental injury resulting in needing a tooth extracted and spaced placed. All staff members we encountered were amazing with him. He didn't even know they removed his tooth. He felt zero pain.

Fantastic experience: It was the mostly Amazing Place, the Staff was so good with my lil Grand Daughter and with me as well, to answering every question I had to being so loving with Harmoney. Harmoney was a Lil nervous but they made her feel so comfortable that she took her shot laughed then cried but did So Awesome. Harmoney had so much work to be done and I thought there would be alot of pain and bleeding but there was neither which just goes to show you how Remarkable Dr. Casey is!!!!! I would recommend HoneyBee to anyone with lil Children especially if the needed to be put to Sleep!!!! Thank You Honeybee staff for EVERYTHING!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Was nervous going into my 4 year olds appointment because she hadn't had a good experience with dentists before, but she did so good with the Honey Bee staff and I know it was because they were so patient and kind with her. I drove two hours to visit them and I'm going to continue to do so in the future.

Fantastic experience: We took our almost 3-year-old to Honeybee for a cleaning. Our toddler was very resistant in wanting to attend, but our hygienist, Aspen, was superb! She got on our toddler’s level to talk with her and try to make her comfortable. She was creative in how she described the various tools and gadgets to try to get a buy in. When all else failed, she allowed our toddler to sit on my lap as she cleaned her teeth. Dr. Becca was was very kind and gentle as well, when examining her teeth. By the end of the experience, our toddler had clean teeth and a balloon, which she was so excited about.

Fantastic experience: We Switched care to Honeybee after my 4 yo lost trust in his prior dentist. I was extremely nervous that he was going to come in with the same apprehension he left the first one with but he was very open to Dr. Becca and her staff. The environment was extremely welcoming and light which made a big difference. The Dentist was super knowledgeable in explaining treatment to me as well as communication with my son. Thank you !

Fantastic experience: These ladies are so considerate and friendly. They tell my kids what they are about to do so aren’t worried or scared. They actually volunteered to go first, excited for cleanings and even the X-rays. Thank you all so much for being so amazing! It can be easy for one experience to ruin the dentist and they make it a good experience for them.

Negative experience: It was ok over all but the office called this morning and asked if we could come in 1-1\2 hours early. We showed up today at the new time and found out by the anesthesiologist that there was no time change to our appointment so we were there 2 hours early with a two-year-old and a 6-year-old. After 4+ hours of waiting we were finally able to come home. I just wish the office would of communicated better with the anesthesiologist and us to make everyone's experience better.

Fantastic experience: As a first time mom, I quickly realized I was having difficulties with colic-like behavior in my newborn. As a last ditch attempt to ease my baby’s discomfort, I wanted to have him evaluated for a tongue tie. Dr.Becca and her staff were amazing. Her patient care “bedside manner” was very empathetic, approachable and kind. She took the time to listen to my concerns, address my symptoms/issues and give me ease and comfort in providing the best treatment for my newborn. She performed a frenectomy to release my child’s tongue tie, and within the same day he is already nursing better and overall much happier. I would highly recommend this practice (in a heartbeat!) to any of my family for friends who are struggling with nursing, tongue tie or colic issues for an evaluation. They have saved me from the newborn trenches! Thank you Honey Bee!

Fantastic experience: Honey Bee - Lenexa is not the closest pediatric dentistry for us, we make the trip because our child feels comfortable there. We’ve always felt welcome and that our child was well cared for. Our child, who would not let previous dentists near their mouth, asks about going back when we start our trip home. Thank you, Honey Bee, for creating an environment where children feel relaxed and safe and look forward to their next visit!

Fantastic experience: My eight month old had a consultation with Dr. Rhoads for a tongue tie release. Dr. Rhoads was gentle and thorough when evaluating my baby. She explained the pros and cons of doing/not doing the treatment and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend Honey Bee and Kansas City Tongue Tip Co. enough!

Fantastic experience: We have a lot of kids(some on the Autism spectrum) so finding a pediatric dentist who can provide the care they need without subjecting them to unnecessary procedures is immensely important. Previously we were at a practice in Leavenworth that said my 6yr old needed 4-8 crowns and as many cavities fixed. After insurance that would have been thousands out of pocket and my little guy would have been MISERABLE! Honey Bee reassessed him and his brother and determined that there was some staining, a couple small cavities that needed fixed and one more that was on a baby tooth that was loose. Treatment was quick, easy for my little man and cost under $100. I recommend Honey Bee to anyone looking for quality care where the patient’s well being comes well before stacking the insurance bill.

Fantastic experience: This was my daughters1st dental appt. in a couple of years. She is 16 and upon finding Honey Bee and making the call to schedule, I asked if her age would be an issue? I was told that they usually see kiddos up to the age of 18 and that was a relief and even more so after the appt. My daughter was pleased and I know she'll be in good hands for the next couple of years. The office has a warm welcoming atmosphere and the staff and Dr. were all very friendly and pleasant. Happy to have found Honey Bee!!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter had such a great experience here. We switched from our local dentist due to their wait times and we were so pleased with everyone - from the receptionist, the hygienist, to the dentist. Everyone was so thorough and pleasant. Our 8 year old daughter said she already can’t wait to go back! Ha!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ferns and her staff are incredible with our teen who has some special needs that can make him very anxious. They have worked hard with him and developed a rapport with him that has allowed us to go from having to medicate before even regular visits to doing most procedures without sedation! I highly recommend Honey Bee!!!
