Fantastic experience: My entire family has gone to Sheldon Dental Group back when our wonderful Dr Larry was with us. Fortunately his great son Dan followed in his footsteps. Our oldest son even went to high school together. So it’s kinda a family thing we’ve been around so long! Had to go in just yesterday for emergency tooth pain and see Dr Christie for the first time. She was wonderful, put my mind right at ease and her assistant as well. Great staff. Bottom line if you are a little nervous about going to the dentist, don’t be, Dr Dan and his staff will completely make you feel completely comfortable, just like family! Now I am getting older and experiencing more issues with my teeth and Dr Andy is my care provider these past few years. In every situation I feel cared for, informed and it goes beyond procedures. Special care is taken to meet my needs with both high tech science as well as personal connection and understanding of my concerns. I cannot stress enough how important these dental professionals are to our family for generations now. Greg's family before we had our four children, all the way down to some of our ten grandchildren that live locally now go here for their dental care as well. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Dentist office for 40 years. I saw Larry Sheldon and now his Son Dr Dan Sheldon. One of my biggest fears is the dentist and Dr Dan always listens to my concerns and is understanding and gentle. None of this happens without the office staff who make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. With all that being said I highly recommend this Dental office. They work with you and your insurance so you know up front what you are looking at.

Dentistry doesn’t have to be something that causes PTSD! Dr. Andy cared about my comfort and explained everything before he did it. No surprises!!!

Fantastic experience: Spectacular! I moved from CA and needed to find a dentist, for my very complicated mouth and a loose cap that was on an implant. Unfortunately, I have a difficult set of teeth that has had everything under the sun needed. Long story short, I am familiar with my share of dentist from Cleveland to CA. I know when I find a good one, because they are often times hard to find, no matter how renown they are. My husband’s experience last week and mine today, SPOKE VOLUMES! Through a mere acquaintance, I was guided and led to Sheldon Dentistry and to Dr Andrew Sousa (Dr Andy) specifically. A added bonus was his assistant Dana! She was young, but knowledgeable and had the best disposition and aura. Let me tell you!! They care about you, not your wallet! If you want the real deal, real truth, real expertise without a hidden agenda of money, I beg you to seek them out, for your sake.

They knew I was in pain and met every possible challenge to get me in right away. Most important, they listened to me. Quickly got me through the X-ray process and, as a team figured out the problem AND solution. Most of all, they truly care, right down to bringing my husband in so he clearly understood the challenge and helped review the solutions.

From the moment I walked in, they both put me at ease. They were incredibly friendly, genuinely conversational, and took the time to answer every question I had (I even learned their birthdays!). During my crown procedure, I kept feeling “zingers” despite the Novocain, but Dr. Brandon and Val went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout administering additional shots of Novocain. Their patience, professionalism, and kindness stood out in every way. I was so impressed that I had to take a moment to recognize them both. If you’re looking to make a change in dentists or simply want a practice that treats you like family, I highly recommend Dr. Brandon and Val at Sheldon Dental Group. I’ll be a lifelong patient of Dr. Brandon’s and I can only hope Val is my hygienist. They are truly exceptional and one of a kind. I can't say enough good things about them both. They made a not so fun experience...not so bad.

Fantastic experience: Dental work is necessary. I had an old crown removed and a new one put on. Not my favorite activity but the doctors and staff at Sheldon Dental do a fantastic job of making it as easy as possible. I was given pillow and a blanket which was a first for me. Everyone is kind and patient. Don't want to have to do it again but as I said- it's necessary. I have been a patient there for a long time and will be in the future.

Fantastic experience: I was having pain that kept me from eating so i wanted to rule out a dental problem. I was able to get an appt quickly. Sheldon took numerous x-rays and showed compassion for my issue. X-rays ruled out a dental problem so i was able to search out another doctor to address the issue which I did.

Fantastic experience: Xrays are usually uncomfortable for me due to the shape of my palate. Sue, the hygienist that worked with me excelled. She was able get them done quickly and painless. Martha who did my cleaning also excelled at her job. Both of these woman were friendly and performed their jobs in a timely and painless manner. Dr Sheldon performed a root canal and crown earlier this year. I had put off doing that work due to fear of pain associated with the procedure. It truly was not a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today getting my teeth cleaned. The cleaning was thorough as o had some issues with plaque under my gums and in between molars. The dental hygienist explain how this condition could affect my overall health if left unaddressed . They recommend I obtain a water pik to help with flossing. Also recommend a RX toothpaste for some cold sensitivity and it also has additional fluoride to help prevent plaque. I’m coming back in 4 months to see if my teeth are benefiting from these recommendations. The doctor also spent quality time to explain things and answer my questions. Great appointment, I feel like they are really helpful and concerned about my overall health.

She is really, really good at her profession. She is genuinely concerned for the patient's comfort, and that's a good thing for a dentist! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sheldon Dental for 20+ years. I have been well taken care of by some of the kindest, most compassionate folks on the planet. It’s easy to make an appointment, they are patient with my anxious moments and Cindy and Debbie can always be counted on for a smile if not a laugh. Lydia is my regular hygienist, and she is top tier! But all of the others I have seen have been just as great! The office manager goes out of her way to meet the needs of patients. They always make me feel like I’m the only patient. I’m so grateful for their care!!

Fantastic experience: I called the day before and got in the next day. I had a light toothache. They called and told me if I wanted I could come in early. I did and I'm no time they figured out the problem and got it taken care of! They are the best! Edit: I cracked my tooth and called them about 10am and they scheduled me for 230 and by 330 it was fixed and I was able to eat again. Edit: 4 Aug 2025. I went in again and they were wonderful still. I don't think I've ever had a bad appointment there. I realized today we've been seeing them about 20 years. That should tell you how great they are or i would have switched!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 great experience, I was able to get scheduled on a very short notice. I chipped the composite on my tooth, and Dr. Fangman did a great job fixing the chip. Her attention to detail is superb, I could really tell she cared about making sure I was happy. She took her time, and overall was just really pleasant to be around. She was very funny and nice. The whole staff in general was extremely friendly. Also I was shocked with the price and how affordable it was, I was expecting a much higher cost, so I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely plan on returning to Dr. Fangman for all my dental needs.
