My first exam with Dr. Okhovat was great as well. He was very friendly and explained everything to me thoroughly. I love that he didn’t push to have work done that was not necessary which I really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Okhovat for nearly 10 years now, and have continued to be impressed with the quality of care I receive at this office. I have also had great experiences with the new dentists who have joined the practice recently. Also have to shout out my hygienist Michele who is incredibly kind and gentle - no pain at all during my cleanings! I just got a partial crown put in today - my first time having such a significant procedure - and Dr. Okhovat did an amazing job yet again. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and felt zero pain during or after! I recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest, compassionate, gentle and high quality dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff. I have been going here for two years now. I had a hard time finding an office I liked. They are very nice, fit me in during my lunch hour and the cleanings are very thorough. I have also had two bridges done by the Dr. I am very happy with it. The office is very up to date and high tech. Everything is done from your chair (X-rays). Appointment reminders are sent to my phone. I would recommend this office (and I am picky). Update: they continue to be amazing and their newer location is great. My whole family comes here and they use the latest technology.

Fantastic experience: I just had to get 2 crowns on back molars and while I am a big wimp Dr Roshi and her team were amazing! She was very gentle and caring about my sensitivity to pain. Today I had the permanent crowns installed and they fit perfectly!! If you are looking for a great dentist I highly recommend Roseville Top Smiles and Dr Roshi.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here since it was Courtyard Dental Care, and there were different owners/dentists. There was a lot of change, and I truly believe that it must have been so stressful for all of the employees, who handled it so gracefully. I recently had an appointment with Jamie, who I HIGHLY recommend. I was extremely anxious, as I’ve had extremely sensitive teeth for quite some time due to lack of home care. Jamie was so patient with me, offered me different options for treatment to make me more comfortable, and even wrote a kind note to me. The note meant a lot to me, as I’ve been going through a lot, and she was really patient and kind to me. Plus, it had her personal recommendations for a tongue scraper! If you get the chance to have Jamie as your hygienist, you won’t even need to be anxious about dentist appointments!

They are transparent and will work with you about how to best use dental insurance and still take care of what’s important. Positive experience: I went here because of an infection from a root canal procedure and my regular dentist was on vacation. The staff and dentist were extremely polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very professional all the way around. I was diagnosed and prescribed a prescription to alleviate the infection until I could see my regular dentist. The only problem I had was when I went to get my prescription they misspelled my last name and I had a little argument with the pharmacy technician but was still able to get my prescription. Attention to details could be a little better. All in all if I didn't have a regular dentist I'd feel comfortable going here.

Fantastic experience: 7/10/2024 Sometimes when you find a great business and they grow, the service level can change. Not with Top Smiles! They have grown and I'm consistenly amazed with everything, from the lobby, to the hygenist to the dentist. The fact that I have gone regularly and now need no medications to go, tells me I have found the right place. Hope you do too! 12/9/22. Just a quick update. They are still fabulous and I no longer have any hesitation going to the dentist. To be honest, I get such a rush hearing that everything is good! Better than a lollipop! Impressed! I rarely go to the dentist. It had been years and I looked for any reason to cancel. But from start to finish I was amazed at the friendliness, care and professionalism. Making the appt was so easy and accommodating. The hygenist Michelle made me so comfortable that I stayed for a cleaning. I think I'd had only had one professional cleaning in my life. Dr. Okhovat was friendly, relaxed and a great listener. He made sure I understood why he was suggesting the work I needed. They were very thorough at check out time and made my options clear. This is the dental office for people who struggle with dental visits! 4/4/2024 One more update: For the first time in my life, I had a dental procedure with Dr Okhovat and I didn't have to use meds. I think he was as surprised as I was. This is the only dentist office I will go to and recommend to others. They truly are the best.

Fantastic experience: Went for an appointment to have an implant cap examined that had loosened over time. The Dentist reviewed the history of work done which included specifics about the cap and tightened too seal at the gum properly. The procedure didn’t take long and went very well. The doctor and staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my short visit. I will continue to use Topsmiles service for my dental needs.

Positive experience: Roseville Top Smiles, formally Courtyard Dental, sadly has become a corporate dentistry environment. The hygienists and dentists seem nice enough, but a bit pushy on having costly procedures done. The new frontline administrative staff are verbally aggressive, inefficient, disingenuous, and rude. I do not like what Courtyard Dental has become and will be searching out a new dentist for me and my family. My family and I have been into the dental office 4 times since the change over. Yesterday was our last try and last visit with Roseville Top Smiles.
