Fantastic experience: Dr. Mosley and staff made me feel very comfortable about this procedure. Due to my medical history I had to go to a surgery center. I just walked out with my temporary upper only denture. After 30 days they put a permanent soft liner in and they fit really good! Can’t wait to get the permanent final! These people are so nice! I chose them based on what a customer who was waiting told me. He loved them so well that his wife got her full set replaced. He also mentioned that he didn’t have to use any adhesive! These are not your mother’s dentures! The process has surely evolved! Thank you Dr. Mosley and staff for!

Negative experience: You walk in and immediately there is smugness. They are overpriced. They charge more then all the other affordable denture practices in that franchise. The other franchises are $400-$500 cheaper. The one in sacramento is great same service same product but hundreds less.

I have referred 2 of my friends here already and my teeth were almost $3000 less than the other place I got a quote from.. nobody knows I have dentures unless I tell them.. I literally have people ask me how I keep my teeth so nice.. after awhile I decided to take to compliment and not tell them they are dentures.. i wouldn't reccomend any place other than affordable dentures and implants in roseville.. 100% reccomend this place and this place only..

Fantastic experience: So far so good...just did consultation so far. Dr. Mosley is very thorough and takes extra time when needed to explain things...even things you don't really want to hear but they need to be said anyway. Office staff is super sweet. Dr. Mosley makes you feel like you are important, thinking about best options for you, not just for him and thinks of your situation and how best to help you. That's rare. I am not a fan of dental industry but prices are competitive with industry and he is honest about about how things will be...doesnt try to sugarcoat or paint a prettier picture than what your individual reality is which in my situation I appreciate.

Fantastic experience: I get my dentures this Thursday and I am beyond excited. I have been treated with great care, including staff tolerating my children when I did not have a sitter after extensive consultation, I decided to go for both a bottom and top partial denture even though I was just in there for cosmetics as I am missing a front tooth, but it was very apparent the entire staff cared about the health of my remaining teeth and my ability to chew food better. I know I have limited time with my remaining teeth and I will be coming back for my full dentures when the time comes. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: I’m usually not one to post about the professional services I receive. However, my experience with Dr Haitham Mosly, DMD and staff stands out. Dr Mosly is uniquely skilled at the dental procedures he performs. He is pleasant, attentive to patient needs, and a good listener — traits that are hard to find in a good practitioner. He is also respectful and strikes me as a genuinely nice person. In my experience, having being treated there several times since 2019, everyone on his staff has been a pleasure with which to interact. His dental team is truly a rare find. Nobody I know much likes going to the dentist, but Dr Mosly and staff make the whole process a much more positive experience — and for that I am thankful.

Positive experience: Love these people!! Ron is always making me laugh. Joy is such a sweetheart. Dr. Mosely is a very caring doctor. In my opinion, Affordable isn't really affordable. It has cost us an arm and a leg. If you make an an appointment at a certain time, stick to it, not have us wait another 15 to 30 minutes. With all my negativity, I would still recommend this place for dentures and implants.

Fantastic experience: I had my extractions done and dentures put in on the same day. I am amazed with Dr. Mosly and all of his staff. Everyone is professional, friendly and thorough. I was anxious about the extraction surgery but Dr. Mosly and his assistant did an incredible job and made sure I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist and am so embarrassed of my teeth. Everyone here is so nice, welcoming and just have a way of making you feel comfortable and much less anxious. I've just started my process with them but I can say I'm not dreading my subsequent appointments as I would've expected. Negative experience: This practice is a complete joke, and I can’t believe they work so shamelessly. No doubt, the practice will respond to this review with more lies, as they’ve done before. They'll likely tell readers how different google reviews are from yelp which is really interesting to me. The difference between two sites is not really normal I wonder why? I took my elderly mother to this doctor after one of her front denture teeth broke. The doctor examined the entire denture and informed us that it was very old and needed to be replaced. He mentioned he could provide the cost estimate for new dentures but said he could fix the broken tooth in the meantime. Before going in, my sister and I called to confirm the fees, and we were told it could be up to $270 plus a $25 visit fee. However, when we got there, we were charged $380. When we questioned the price, we were met with unreasonable explanations while they looked us in the eye without any shame. Since we needed to have the tooth fixed, and we trusted the doctor, we agreed to proceed. After a few hours, we were called back to have the new tooth put in. The office itself was incredibly outdated and unclean, which made us uncomfortable. The assistant was unprofessional, asking my mother to place her dentures in a filthy sink. Despite the discomfort, they eventually placed the tooth, and it looked great, so I was willing to overlook the extra cost. However, within 45 minutes of driving home (an hour away), the new tooth broke again. I called the office immediately, and shockingly, no apology was offered. We were simply told to return to have it fixed. When we returned, the atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable. The doctor repeatedly said this had never happened before and blamed my mother’s old dentures, even though he had earlier claimed he could fix them. He kept insisting he wasn’t legally responsible, and oddly repeated, “I will not put you down, I’ll take care of you," which made no sense. The assistant took my mother’s dentures out five or six times to adjust them, and I watched as he sawed them down each time. After an hour, they said everything was fine. No apology, no discount—just that same bizarre line about not letting us down. We left unhappy, and I called the next day to explain how upset we were. The receptionist rudely questioned why we were upset, asking if it was only because no one said sorry. She was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever dealt with in an office. She kept saying the issue was with my mother’s old dentures—if that was the case, the doctor should have never touched them in the first place. The next morning, my mother showed me her teeth, and I was horrified. They had ground down her lower teeth so much that they looked like toddler teeth. This was beyond unprofessional. I deeply regret not going elsewhere, even if it meant paying more. Now my mother is left with damaged dentures, and we’ll have to spend thousands to replace them because of the terrible job this place did. Do yourself a favor—stay far away from this unprofessional doctor and staff. For privacy reasons, I’m not posting the photos I have of the damage done to my mother’s dentures, but I’m prepared to use them in the other actions I’m taking. And doctor, please learn how to communicate more professionally with your patients—they’re paying you, and you're not doing anyone a favor.

Very knowledgeable, informative, NON-JUDGEMENTAL, and commited to giving thier patients the best information possible and even how to go about services that might not even include them profiting from services elsewhere. TRULY DEDICATED TO THIER PATIENTS with actual care & concern for thier overall quality of life's happiness with the services they provide! Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience at their office today. Everyone was friendly and caring. I am diabetic. And I had a low blood sugar in event while I was there. All of the staff were very understanding and concerned. I really appreciated the extra care that I received. When it came to the dental work for my Dentures they were also very good and took good care of me.

Positive experience: Th initial consultation was very thorough. Th Dr. explained everything completely. I am not a candidate for dentures even tho my teeth are in bad shape. To b fair, th Dr. did give me a Rx for an antibiotic & suggested I see a dentist to have my broken teeth pulled & take my blood pressure pills. Maybe even get something for my depression/anxiety. To quote someone, "Life is short. Smile while you still have teeth." I will not b smiling much cuz NOW, I'm even more depressed since with my teeth gone, I'll look like a meth user & smiling will show my gaps. BUT, if you are a candidate for dentures & can afford implants, this is th place to go.

Dr Haiz was so on point, efficient and had a perfect balance of gentle and forceful, that I barely felt a thing! I was incredibly impressed (and thankful) that the insignificant amount of pain that I DID experience was infinitely less than I was imagining that I had to write the doc to let em know how much it meant to me... (since I couldn't talk very well directly following the procedure). Here is that letter. Fantastic experience: Well, it’s time to give my review since golf is over and no more basketball games today. Fortunately, Zeina was able to get me in on Friday morning to get my lower denture relined. Dr. Mosley and crew did a very good job fitting me and making the necessary adjustments so my lowers fit real well now. I wore them more this weekend than I have in sometime. Almost didn’t want to take them out! And eventually all the blue goo did come out of my beard! My only complaint is I didn’t get a senior discount! Maybe one day he’ll offer that discount, but not holding my breath! Mike

Fantastic experience: I’ve needed to get dentures for awhile. Made an appointment and went in, not sure what to expect. I wondered if it was some sort of denture college, it’s not. Real doctors, and with personalities which you don’t always run across… They have an on-site lab, which unfortunately doesn’t mean they make them while you wait, but still only a few days. And the best things are worth waiting for. Now make an appointment and get some teeth. Eric

Fantastic experience: I first went here to do a repair on my lower partial 2 years ago. I went back today for a repair to my upper, that completely broke in half. After doing buisiness with the Affordable Dentures in the Yuba City location, these professionals found the cause of my dentures always breaking in the same spot all the time. Even though my present dentures are almost 10 years old, they were not intimidated. They gave me a fair price to repair my existing denture, and went over and above. I will use this staff to replace my aged denture in the near future. Secondly,I will bring my wife to this location for a lower implant procedure. 10 stars if I could. Fantastic experience: Wonderful work on my partial upper. Attention to my unique situation with my crossbite and around my other previous work (crowns etc) and made it fit for me just perfect. Adjustments are included don't hesitate to go back multiple times if needed until it's adjusted just right. Personalized attention to detail. Knowledgeable advise regarding other work I needed before getting full denture even though it's work for a general dentist he still knowledgeable to work in coordination. This is my second partial from here after I lost the previous one . The personalized attention to unique individual and the ability to have the person working on your mouth also be the one with an on site lab crafting the denture itself makes the process easier. He's eager to have you come back to adjust because he cares about getting it right for you no matter what. Easy to talk with and have your needs understood. Great bedside manner makes patient comfortable with their situation and is all about helping you whatever you need.

Fantastic experience: I visited the office for a consultation to have some implants placed to stabilize my lower denture. From the moment I scheduled the appointment all the way through present, the staff has always been super friendly & kind and I found Dr Mosly to be very thorough & professional. Unfortunately, I cannot do the treatment plan set forth for me because I am now unable to travel the 1.5 hours to Roseville. But they were so nice, I cannot say enough nice things about them. Dental assistant Ron was extremely affable & patient, even when I had to call in to say I ran late due to road closure. He laughed and said don't worry about it, just get here in one piece, don't speed & drive safely! I appreciated the generous time allowance because I was in a panic. Thanks Mr Ron ❤️ Today I called the practice to request a copy of my full mouth pano x-ray because I was set to see a local oral surgeon closer to my home and was amazed when Dr Mosly's practice manager, Zeina, didn't hesitate to agree to send it right over through email. I was even more shocked when I had the x-ray in my inbox within like 15 minutes!! You cannot ask for better or faster service than that. Thank you Zeina!!❤️

Fantastic experience: Gina,( edit, Gina isn’t there anymore but she was amazing)Joy and Dr Mosly were awesome. So nice and made me feel so comfortable and not nervous. Did not judge me. Highly recommended!! Update: went in for an adjustment and they got me right in. Fixed my issue and I’m feeling better already! Love this place and would recommend to anyone needing their services!

Fantastic experience: They are perfectionist. I got awesome dentures 2 years ago. Fit good, look good. Gave me some quality of life. I took my mom in today, and I am sure her dentures will be beautiful and give her some good quality of life as well. I highly recommend the Roseville facility. They work well as a team. I will never go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit. They got me right in. The yuba City office had temporarily closed leaving patients hanging. I contacted Roseville. They were able to get my records transferred and got me right in within a couple of days. I will be going back in a few more days to get my permanent denture started. The staff was very professional and friendly. Make you feel very welcome. I look forward to seeing them again. John. S
