I’ve never waited more than five minutes, and anytime I’ve needed major work, I received a clear, upfront estimate showing exactly what I would pay with insurance—no surprises. I have a little staining on one tooth, and my amazing hygienist, Julia, always goes above and beyond to leave me pearly white. Some of my friends say they never even see their dentist—Dr. Vorono personally checks every patient after their cleaning! Friendly, professional, punctual—A+ every time.

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain after a filling fell out and my tooth became infected. After visiting three different dentists who were either impersonal, extremely expensive, or caused additional pain, I came here feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Dr. Vorona took me in and was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle. When I returned for my root canal, it was honestly one of the most painless dental experiences I’ve ever had. I typically hate going to the dentist, but he made the entire process feel easy and fear-free. The dental assistant, Bri, was also amazing, so sweet, careful, and personable. Both Dr. Vorona and Bri made me feel completely comfortable, encouraged me to ask questions, and explained everything clearly throughout the visit. I truly enjoyed my experience and have officially made this my dental office here in Fort Lauderdale. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist who provides such painless and comforting care.

Negative experience: Called to see the price for a cleaning and x-ray as a new patient… they gave me a new patient promotion and I asked them for the regular price so I know for the future if I wasn’t a new patient and she told me she couldn’t give me that information and that she’ll schedule me to find out. That’s really weird and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

It was my first visit - I badly needed a second opinion due to shabby work from another dentist. Note the five stars above. I came in for a consultation and left later with a new temporary tooth. Negative experience: I was a patient here when I lived in the area 7 years ago, and had a wonderful experience so when I moved back here a few months ago, I was excited to return. The cleaning itself was painful but the main focus of this office is selling Invisalign and pushing you to buy it. When I went to check out, I was told I haven’t met my $50 deductible, to which I showed I have spent over $800 on dental and I had. After multiple calls with the insurance company, having Aetna verbally confirm this to CRDA as well as send a fax, I was told I would be receiving a $50 refund but that it would take a MONTH. After leaving several voicemails for CRDA and not hearing back, I received a bill for $5. I finally caught them on the phone and they let me know they were incorrect from the beginning about the $50 and I had met my deductible (as I said and my insurance confirmed already), that the $50 was for something else, there would be no credit, and I somehow owed $5. They’ve sent me another bill and a payment link, but never replied to my email asking them to make this right. I wasted so much time on the phone with this office and with my insurance company, all for it to end up being their mistake and them to tack on an additional $5. I hope the $5 I just paid was worth losing what would’ve been a long term customer. As other reviews have said, beware of this office as they do not having their billing straight and you will likely have surprises of extra costs.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist office for probably the past five years and they’ve always been really fantastic. Their staff is super nice. The office manager is extremely wonderful. Julia my new dental hygienist was so sweet and knowledgeable, and Dr. Verona is very cool and very talented. I’ve always been super happy with my visits.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. The entire operation is well managed and everything there is up to date. Exam rooms are neat and modern and the staff is top notch. Dr Lane and Reena (sp?), explained everything in plain English, which did a lot to boost my confidence. Yes, I will return.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE!!! I was told today by Coral Ridge Dental Arts my $12,000 procedure was guaranteed for 12 months after competition just a few months ago. Obviously this makes sense. However, upon informing the practice that I was still having trouble/discomfort with the crowns, implants, gums, etc, I was told they would not help me because that particular dentist was no longer at the practice and therefore Coral Ridge Dental Arts WILL NOT provide any resolution or fix for their work. Why would it matter if the dentist who did the work is no longer there? They have a team of dentists. I am S.O.L. Ridiculous!!!

Fantastic experience: I went for a second opinion. I was given a thorough check up including a full set of x-rays. The reasons for the doctor’s conclusions were explained using the x-rays. I feel that I was given an honest and credible second opinion. All the personnel in the office including the dentist himself, are very personable. After many visits, I continue to value the care I get at coral Ridge Dental Arts.

Negative experience: Ever since Dr. Lane sold the practice and Rose left this place has been in shambles. The kid who’s in charge has zero integrity and tried on multiple occasions to put crowns on teeth that did not need them. The office over-bills us on a consistent basis since they left. Find another dentist and beware.

What separates them from your average Dentist office is the staff. Katie is far and away the best hygienist I have ever had. Fantastic experience: Where to begin?! The expertise in that office indisputable. Katie, my Hygenist is far more than a Hygenist- she is a clinician, who truly can be trusted to give advice, recommendations and even guide you on things necessary to avoid future issues. Negative experience: By far one of the worst experiences at a dental practice ever. I explained to them I go in for routine maintenance every 90 days before we even got started. Tried telling me a basic teeth cleaning was $272 due to the fact, my teeth are deep which they are not. Bait and switch overall cost was 108 which is still to high. They use a itero machine which was practically wotthless for a 3D scan. A basic cleaning takes 30 minutes on average I was in their practice for over 90 minutes. I highly recommend the Kotch dental group way more efficient and fair with their clientele.

Fantastic experience: I’m down here for six months and I didn’t know where to go for a good dentist and I heard about this place and the staff at this place is exceptional and I had a root canal done with a crown and they did excellent job. Definitely my new go to dentist.

I experienced no pain or discomfort during, after or since the lengthy and complicated procedure, and there is no swelling or bruising at all. Fantastic experience: I’m very well pleased with the services provided by Coral Ridge Dental Arts. The staff is nice and accommodating. The staff is also warm and friendly. I had my wisdom teeth removed along with X-rays and deep cleaning. The results were impressive. I felt almost no pain while getting my wisdom teeth removed. My recovery time was 2 days and my gums stopped bleeding by the end of the night. I had zero issues with having dry sockets in my gums. The results of my procedure were better than expected. I’m glad I’m on the right track to preserving my teeth and smile. Thank you for all that you do.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time in this office and it was great. The office is clean and organized and staff is kind and understanding. With past dentists I have struggled with trust here they walked me through everything and even pointed out any flaws in x-rays. I got stuck in traffic for 2 hours and missed my original appointment time and the staff was so understanding about it and let me come in later. This office looks clean and lit up brightly. You don’t even feel like you are at the dentist. Staff is outgoing and and very enjoyable.
