My 100 year old father lost his dentures, and no one was willing to help him because he is in an electric wheelchair and unable to transfer into the dental chair. First Impressions and Dr Quesada and Bill went out of there way to help my Dad. Bill even went into the van in the parking lot to deliver his new teeth. My wife and son go here too, and we all feel genuinely cared for every time. The front desk team deserves special mention, they’re always warm, upbeat, and organized, which is rare these days. Karina, the hygienist, is outstanding. She’s gentle, thorough, and takes the time to make sure we’re comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The dentist is just as impressive, friendly, professional, and quick to get to the root of any issue without overcomplicating things. It’s hard to find a practice that blends kindness with real skill, but this one does it perfectly.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Staff was terrific from the very beginning on the phone making an appointment. Dr Quesada took his time & thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. I had major work done that took almost 2 years…but it was always fun going there! Finally finished & we all agreed we’d miss each other. That’s a true testament to great people. Already have my cleaning scheduled.

You'll be happy to know that they will successfully take care of all of your needs.

Fantastic experience: These folks are always the best. They are always either exactly on time or have taken me early when I arrive. So unusual for a dental practice. I picked them out originally because of their location but what a home run it turned out to be. They’re brand new facility is spotless, of course, but superb and state-of-the-art. A really welcoming team that has always done right by me. I am very loyal and all of the ratings prove it.

Fantastic experience: My one criticism or negative experience is getting a text message at 7:51 on a Sunday morning to ask for a review I've been seeing Dr Quesada and staff for years they're awesome

Negative experience: I waited a month for a dental cleaning. Last minute they wanted my X-rays from previous dentist but they gave me the wrong email address to send them to. They assured me I would have my teeth cleaned even if they didn't get my x-rays in time. I went there and was told they couldn't clean my teeth without x-rays after all. I have cancer in my jaw. What did they think? That I would change my mind and get x-rays I wasn't cleared by my oncologist to get? And, of course, pay them for the x-rays. Glad I found out how bad they are before I had them do any work. I'd give them a zero ranking if I could. I really don't appreciate being coerced and lied to.

Eveeyone is super professional and they have very high-tech equipment . I had the best evaluation for my teeth. Liz was my dental hygienist, and she couldn't have been more knowledgeable, and kind. She really made me feel at ease since I am not a great patient when it comes to going to the dentist! She ia the best- Doctor Quesada came in and recommended some treatment for a painful tooth, he was compassionate and thorough, and I felt very well taken care of . I will be following up for my future visits. I highly recommend them. They are top-notch.!

Fantastic experience: We are new in town and needed a dentist in Fort Lauderdale. Our dentist in Boston recommended First Impressions. We are so thankful they did. From the support staff to the hygienist to the dentist, everything was first class. We had no problem getting an appointment and when we showed up we were treated with great professionalism and respect. We cannot say enough great things about First Impressions

Negative experience: The worst service I've ever had in the dental area. That office is only looking to extract additional money beyond what my dental insurance covers. They told me I had to pay $700 because I had a gum infection and needed to have it done. That same day, I told them it was impossible for me to have $700 in my pocket, and they practically forced me to make a payment plan, which I didn't accept. Seeing my annoyance, they told me there was another option, which was a deep cleaning, which would cost me extra. I accepted because I needed the cleaning. But today I received a bill from my insurance for another amount, which is absurd. This clinic is the worst I've ever been to. I don't recommend it. They only know how to extract additional money from the patient.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into First Impressions Smile, I knew it was different. Different from my last dentist operation, because here, everyone smiled, was friendly and actually introduced themselves. I almost cried with happiness when the dental hygienist finished cleaning my teeth-who does that? She was thorough, didn’t hurt me and didn’t seem to want to avenge everyone she hated by going after me (once again, like my previous dentist operation). Dr Quesada was amazing, and instead of trying to push various procedures on me, he said I could take my time deciding. Who does that? Certainly not my previous dentist operation. In case you’re wondering , I would highly recommend First Impressions Smile Center!

Negative experience: The one review star is not for the doctor, Dr Quesada is knowledgeable and very kind. This is in particular for part of his team at the reception. The woman on the phone canceling my appointment was extremely rude and unhelpful. Showed not interested or respect in the way she talked to me. She called to cancel my appointment and then offered one over a month out of the original one. Once I complained that it was unfair I had to wait for so long she told me I was in the wrong and couldn’t do anything. So I will just not reschedule, the doctor is good but can be replaced by many and should pay more attention at the way his stuff treats patients.

Negative experience: The dentist is an old friend, and I've been using this practice for 25 years, back to when my wife actually worked at the practice. Dentist and hygienist both great, but only two stars because the "corporatisation" of the practice makes me sad - my most recent visit I had to completely re-enter my history on an iPad (all of which they have since I haven't seen any other dentist during those 25 years). Most disappointing is that included in the digital forms on the tablet was a form where I have to opt OUT of my medical information being used for marketing purposes. That is offensive and I worry for folk who pay less attention to those forms than I do.

Fantastic experience: Dr Quesada is the Best dentist in Fort Lauderdale. Rena is the best dental hygienist in Fort Lauderdale. New facilities are awesome and very centrally located in front of Galleria Mall. All the equipment is brand new!
