When I left, I fully understood all of my options moving forward because everything was diligently explained to me and I am thankful for every last professional I encountered in there. Negative experience: Unfortunately we were told after our appointment that they did not verify coverage. The hygienist that worked on my daughter was rude and disrespectful.

Fantastic experience: This is a really good dentist, I’ve gone there three times already, first to take a tooth for my mom, and the last two times it was for me, I had to fix a tooth for myself and I was in constant pain because I couldn’t take the anesthesia well, and I was even crying in the chair (I know embarrassing) but the doctor took precautions and was really gentle after knowing this, so I got the root canal done and I’m almost getting my crown soon so I really recommend this clinic, it was an amazing team.

Fantastic experience: Went for a routine checkup and cleaning to another dentist and left for a $6000 dental plan and tears in eyes. Dr G examined my mouth and only found one old feeling that needed to be replaced and that was the one tooth that the other place happened to miss. I then showed them the plan from the other dental practice. He was surprised and looked again. I am very thankful for an office like Jessica, Dr G, and Martha, who love and care about their clients like they are family.

Fantastic experience: I felt pain in lower jaw on a late afternoon. So I contacted them. It was all through text which I appreciated.l made an appointment for a few days from then. But by 10pm it got so much worse. I texted them at 10pm and jessica responded they could see me the next day at 10am! Amazing. I got in right away. They took care of the problem and in and out. Office is very busy. Staff is wonderful including the dental assistant. The dentist is all business and I appreciate the no chit chat approach lol. I need more non emergent work and will go back to them. By the way I found them on ChatGPT which is also super cool.

I was in and out for a wisdom tooth extraction in less then a hour. I was very nervous and they did not get annoyed by it, instead they held my hand and talked me through every step which I appreciated a lot. This is my second visit there and they are my go to place for any dental work I need. Definitely highly recommend. Keep up the great work

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute PLEASURE of meeting Dr. Laz and Jessica (office manager) TODAY. I did not have an appt. I was driving a friend to his office. I have dentures and they barely fit in my mouth. I am in pain everyday. But, again … this was not my appt! My friend explained my problem… I have lost over 120 pounds so my teeth do not fit into my mouth properly. These wonderful people in the office… He offered to see me although I have no insurance and no appointment. He took my dentures adjusted them and for the first time in eight years, I did not feel pain. That was just his very nice adjustment! They did not charge me for the visit and advise me of dental insurance that would cover my problem. Extremely helpful, extremely polite and accommodating. I cannot express enough how nice and giving the office staff is. Thank you thank you

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a good friend. Let me start off by saying the drive was worth it, 'over 1 hour drive' the ladies on that day 19th of December 2pm was amazing. Very professional, very friendly, made me feel so comfortable The atmosphere was light and clean. The setup in there is very cute. The doctor was amazing, very honest, and very gentle when he spoke, I understood him. Very nice he spoke to me and gave me options and gave me knowledge on my choice. He did his thing he's a boss. After everything they gave me my information. One of the ladies, when through the paper with me, told me how to care for my procedure. Boom, i was out of there fast and quick. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: No words to express the gratitude I feel for Laz and Jessica! My amazing dad has Alzheimer’s and while he was in the hospital, confined to a bed, the hospital lost his bottom dentures. Laz came out that day and everyday for 5 days. My dad received his dentures in a week. We contacted other emergency denture replacement companies. However, they all had bad reviews, refused to give me an estimate on a price and told me the denture's would not be ready for at least six weeks. Laz came to the rescue and had my dad‘s teeth to him in five days. I did request that these be made for him in an emergency. Price was reasonable. Service exceeded my expectations.

They were able to see me within an hour and a 1/2 of my phone call and did a great job pulling the tooth and aftercare. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency wisdom tooth removal yesterday with Dr. Jaramillo and his team. I woke up in so much pain that I couldn’t even close my mouth. Other places I called said they could extract it in a few days or even weeks, but I couldn’t wait that long. Dr. Jaramillo was able to see me the same day. The procedure took less than 30 minutes, and I already feel so much better than I did yesterday morning. Thank you so much for your help!

Negative experience: I would give 5 starts to the denture guy, this guy do excellent job and really professional and care of the business. I start doing business with this office last year and still have more work to do. A this time everything was ok. On January I have new dental insurance and lady said she must check because they have issue with this insurance concerning network so she said she let me know. Few weeks after I was there for adjustment of my prothese and she said she have to contact my new insurance, she never call me back. 2 weeks ago I was there again for finalizing adjustment of my prothese and I told technician I am still waiting for that lady and he said he spoke with her and she will send estimate to my insurance to find out how much I will have to pay. So today I received letter from my old insurance concerning estimate send from her I don't understand why estimate was send to my oldest insurance, I give my new insurance information to the lady in January. So now I need to moove on and schedule appointment somewhere else. I still can recommend this place if you need service done specially for prothese!

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient for years. Absolutely the best DDS and denturist team in Florida. The denturist is a true artist. Custom detail to each denture they make in house. Other than a few tweeks, no multiple return visits as my dentures fit right from very beginning. Dentures look so genuine that no one even noticed. Very reasonably priced for this level of quality and customization.
