Fantastic experience: Excellent work and attention to detail. Really went above and beyond the norm

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist because of some bad experiences in the past, but Boca Dentique completely changed that for me. I’ve never been to a dental office where they take so much time to explain everything in detail. They don’t just tell you what’s going on. They actually show you with incredible imaging and technology so you can clearly understand what is happening and why certain treatments are recommended. It gave me so much peace of mind and made me feel involved in my own care. I’ve been there twice already and every single person has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is outstanding and they make you feel comfortable every step of the way. A special thank you to Dr. Martine Forrester Cadette for creating such an amazing practice and to Shantel for being so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout my visits. You can truly tell this team cares about their patients and wants the best for them. If you’ve ever been anxious about going to the dentist like I was, I can’t recommend Boca Dentique enough. They have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist, and for the first time in a long time I actually feel confident and comfortable getting dental work done.

Fantastic experience: honestly this place kinda made my whole day better which i was not expecting at all, walked in feeling a bit nervous but everyone was so warm and chatted with me like we were old neighbors not even like a regular dentist appointment, theyre super careful about making sure youre comfortable the whole time which i really appreciated. the doctors really know what theyre doing too especially with explaining every step so you never feel lost or rushed out i think i asked a ridiculous amount of silly questions about cleaning but they totally went with it. pricing was way more reasonable than i thought for how nice the office is i was actually scared of a huge bill but it was very straightforward. grateful i found this spot definitely won’t be going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Levine dental is responsible for helping me keep my teeth. When I have tooth aches, I have seen the dentist as soon as I can drive there (after calling first). My calls and questions are answered quickly and everything is explained to me.

Positive experience: Been here at this office over the past few years doing minor work. Dr forester is fantastic. Very lovely clean office. Tranquil office rooms . This visit though I was very disappointed. Absolutely insane ridiculous prices. Got two other estimates from just as good places and they were half the price . They start out with completely stupid prices to see if you go for it and then cut them down to still outrageous prices . Quoted 2000 for work then dropped to 1500 where other two quotes were 1000 and 750. Caused me tremendous stress. I went there asking for them to please drop the price slightly so I can stay a patient and I was told no. Well now I have a new dentist who’s doing the same exact teeth on the treatment plan and same exact work in just as nice facility with a 5 star google review . I’m blown away by how ridiculous they believe they can charge innocent patients.

Negative experience: My experience at this office has gone downhill. I was scheduled for a complimentary cleaning due to the long delays and issues with my full mouth makeover, yet I was unexpectedly charged at the end. My usual hygienist who I specifically followed to this practice wasn’t there, and I was given conflicting information about her absence. The hygienist I saw didn’t offer numbing gel and the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. The whole visit left me feeling misled and very disappointed.

Scheduling was easy, and the front desk coordinator made sure to note all of my concerns. The online registration form was comprehensive, and it was evident that the assistant and dentist had reviewed all of my listed concerns prior to my appointment. Dr. Forrester and her assistant, Shantal took excellent care of me. They were both kind, gentle, thorough, and took the time to address all of my questions. This is by far the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. This team is on-point with everything, and each person I interacted with was so warm and pleasant. Fantastic experience: I walked in today with a very swollen jaw/face. Dr Forrester came highly recommended. I had never been there before. the staff took me right away. They gave me a ct scan in office. They explained everything throughly and even spent time on the phone trying to help get me an appointment with an oral surgeon. Negative experience: They are nice people (always smiling and cordial). Their offices are immaculately clean but they are very expensive. My advice - Be proactive - prior to your appointment, ascertain the dental procedure they plan to do to be clear. (If you have insurance) check to confirm that the procedure/service is necessary, covered, or if it can be done by a reputable in-network dentist that offers quality service for less.

The staff reflects this, and you are treated as part of the family from the moment you enter the state-of-the-art office. I cannot imagine going anywhere else! Fantastic experience: Caring, gentle, available! This was one of my best experiences going to the Dentist. They were thorough, and very informative. They communicated perfectly, even showing videos to me! I initially went for a sleep evaluation. They took measurements, and were quite thorough with my exam. They explained every step of the process, including cost, as they went through each step. When I left. I felt that I was well informed. They ordered a sleep test for me and made a follow up appointment. By the time the test was over, they had my appliance ready. Christine made sure that I was able to put the appliance in my mouth, take it out, and was comfortable wearing it. She called the next day to make sure I was doing well. in the meantime, I had a small dental problem, not related to them, yet they took me in immediately and fixed the problem. A real standup practice! I have great faith that they will be doing great things in the area. Definitely would recommend. FYI, I went for sleep Apnea- could no longer tolerate my cpap machine.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr forester for my sleep apnea device and I recently got a cleaning here too where it was discovered I had some 45 year old fillings that needed to be replaced and a crown that is needed for a deep filling I had an allowance left in my yearly benefit so I decided to get some of the work done before year end. I was I. Am out in less than an hour. I’m usually a bad dental patient however I felt absolutely nothing at all and am very satisfied with the results.

Fantastic experience: Stopped into Levine Dental on a whim randomly one day because I hadn't been for a while and decided I should get checked up just in case. First, the facility is clean and the lobby area is cozy and welcoming with refreshments available. Was greeted at the front desk by welcoming staff with happy smiles. I was given a new patient special which included exams and cleaning, and found I needed a filling. The process was quick, easy and painless. Diana is a wonderful personality who made me feel welcome, Kris is a thorough hygienist who made sure my teeth were squeaky clean (literally, I could hear the squeaks against my tongue). Dr. Forrester provided an informative exam and made sure to tailor my visit personally to my needs. And the two girls at the front desk (I'M SORRY I FORGOT YOUR NAMES), were knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed for my dental visit and future visits. I would highly recommend Levine Dental to other people and will be returning for future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I’m beyond glad I made the decision to come to Levine Dental. The office set up is nice, there’re refreshments at the front, the chairs are comfy, and there’s a welcoming with your name and music in your room; it’s very personable. I came for a crown and fillings. The crown I originally had caused much discomfort and the color of it made it painstakingly noticeable. Dr. Forrester and Cristina assessed the situation and they handled business, and in record time. Even the temporary crown they gave me ran circles around my original crown. For all your dental needs, I can’t stress enough how much I recommend Levine Dental.

Kristiana (hygentist) , Christina ( dentist assist), britany (dentist assist) and of course Chrissy at the front desk who greets everyone with a smile that amazingly can be seen thru her mask. Negative experience: I had a bad experience here. I came to Levine Dental to replace my filling and they were forcing me to put a crown instead and asked $2850 (for a single crown!). I declined it and asked to put a temporary filling just for a few days to get to the other dental clinic. When putting a temporary filling the doctor put the filling material directly in the teeth hole without even cleaning inside of the tooth. Don't recommend. Expensive.

Fantastic experience: If you’ve never had a wonderful dental experience, then you absolutely must seek out Dr. Forester at Levine Dental! Although I had been seeing the same dentist for over 10 years, I needed to make a switch for personal reasons and was introduced to Dr. Forester through a mutual friend. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Forester is a professional like no other. Her level of professionalism and thoroughness is like none I’ve ever seen. She has an amazing ability to explain all steps of any process from cleaning, cavity fills, specific x-rays, and even found issues with my jawbone that no other dentist had ever identified in over 15 years, as they assume all is well since I have such healthy teeth! Where other dentists do the bare minimum, Dr. Forester goes the extra mile. Her bedside manner is impeccable, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! 10 out of 10!
