Fantastic experience: What a great experience at Greatest Smile Dentistry! I’m always afraid of going to the dentist, but they help me through my anxiety and pain and felt calm right away. The office is modern, clean and just beautiful. The whole staff is amazing! Sharon was incredible with my cleaning and Dr. Alex and Dr. Erika are just wonderful and so knowledgeable! I will bring my whole family here!

My two crowns were fitted without incident with impeccable skill and professional care.

He is very knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to clearly explain everything. His assistant Deyvid was also incredibly caring and the front desk lady, Jaqueline, was very friendly and helpful . My mother felt very comfortable, especially being able to speak Portuguese. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at this dentist’s office! First off, I recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to fill out the new patient paperwork—it takes a little time, but once that’s done, everything moves along smoothly. The office itself is beautiful—super clean, modern, and welcoming. They even had refreshments and cookies in the waiting area, which was a nice surprise. I was especially impressed with the hygienist I saw (a lovely woman whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch). She was incredibly kind and friendly—very talkative, but in a way that made me feel comfortable and at ease. She actually gave me a little tour of the place and explained what the different rooms and equipment were for, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The appointment ended up taking almost two hours, but they were really thorough and took their time. They recommended some treatments and procedures, but there was absolutely no pressure when I declined—just honest, respectful care. Even though I came in with a Groupon, I was treated like any other patient. The whole staff was genuinely kind and professional, and it didn’t feel like they treated me any differently because of that. All around, it was a fantastic experience. I left feeling really well cared for. Highly recommend!

The cleaning itself was thorough, and the hygienist did a great job making sure my teeth felt fresh and polished. During the exam, the dentist pointed out some damage caused by nighttime teeth grinding—something I wasn’t fully aware of. They took the time to explain the issue and provided a solution, which I really appreciated. The staff was professional and friendly, and I never felt rushed. Fantastic experience: I really like this dentist. This year I came for a regular cleaning and Jacqueline, the receptionist, was so sweet and very helpful over the phone and once I arrived! Tiffany, I believe in charge of finance, was also so sweet and very nice! What made me come back this year, and also made me make this my go to dentist, was because last year I came for a tooth causing much pain, and Dr. Guilherme Ribeiro so thankfully was able schedule me in and fix the cause of the problem the same day!

Fantastic experience: Dr Gui is the first dentist I am Glad to comeback to. I needed a broken tooth removed and I never felt a thing as he pulled each root out. Nor did I feel anything as he deep cleaned the infected gum and stitched it all back together. I’m 80 and have a history of dental nightmares as a kid from being held done and worked over by dentists who never should have been given a license. I recommend Dr Gui Roberto as the best of the best. And the whole office is also 5 star. Actually 10 star, REALLY!

Negative experience: Went in for cleaning . Was told 2 good filling have a small gap . It may lead to cavities. So can not do cleaning until fillings removed ,root canal ,crown . What a scam . I guess the new office has to be paid for by conning new patients

It has been 2 months now since I started seeing Dr. Ribeiro but let me start from the beginning. All the staff: Cecilia,Carolyn,Sharon,Tiffany,Tawana are extremely poline and friendly and makes you feel great.All my appointments were on time. After my first visit, I was given a treatment plan by Tiffany with all the cost and what should be done. I have not had any overcharges and I am also very pleased with their prices!This place have a wonderful equipment and they definitely are not overpricing their patients.I currently received the most perfect implant crown, which feels amazing!!I am saying it's perfect because I had one before from another dentist that was not good at all and had to return it! Will continue posting my experience here.

The office is gorgeous and they have top of the line equipment! Super clean and the ambiance is second to none. I had an emergency and they took care of me the same day. Fantastic experience: I was seen today for the first time by Dr. Guilherme and his staff. I actually know him from church and many of our friends highly recommended him. I don't have insurance and, as you can imagine, going to the dentist can be very scary due to the high costs. But I was actually very surprised in a good way. The initial consultation was amazing! They took x-rays, scans and several pictures. Dr. Guilherme explained what needed to be done besides the regular cleaning and I was very happy with the estimate. Negative experience: I do not recommend this dental practice. In February 2023, I had an excruciating tooth ache. I made an appointment . They took full set of X-rays. Not one , not 2 but three dentists examined me and NOT ONE OF THEM PUT ME ON ANTIBIOTICS TO GET RID OF THE INFECTION I HAD. Then they presented me with a plan for work they said I needed to the tune of $28,740 #GTFOH Sharon the hygienist is the only good thing about this place ✨ DO NOT GO THERE !!!
