Fantastic experience: Staff very friendly and professional. Always on time and excellent service. Great experience with Edna the higiene person.

We love you Bela!! You are always welcome!!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Andrea Cardoso at Atlantic Coast Dentistry for more than five years, and I can honestly say she is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Recently, she repaired a cracked front tooth for me, and the result was excellent. Her work was precise, professional, and aesthetically beautiful. You can see the before-and-after for yourself. She has a real talent for this kind of restorative work. But what keeps me coming back is not just the quality of her dentistry. Dr. Andrea is extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. The entire Atlantic Dental team is excellent. The office is trilingual, offering service in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which is a huge plus. Their dental cleanings are also phenomenal. And something I really appreciate is that their pricing is fair. I’ve never felt pressured, overcharged, or like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Quite the opposite. I’ve always felt that I’m receiving excellent care at a fair and honest price. If you’re looking for a dentist in the area, I highly recommend Dr. Andrea Cardoso and the entire Atlantic Dental team. After more than five years as a patient, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends, or anyone looking for excellent dental care.
It's always a pleasure to have you with here!!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Aurora! The best dental hygienist I have ever had. She gets every last bit of tartar and in the end your teeth sparkle. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment at AC Dental because they do it right from greeting you at the entrance to smooth and painless in the dental chair.
Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear that Jess, Emily, and Dr. Cardoso made your visit smooth and stress-free. Creating a welcoming atmosphere is what we strive for, and it means a lot to know it made a difference. We truly appreciate your support!
Fantastic experience: Very professional, everyone is very friendly, the service is excellent. Dr. Andrea is excellent, best dentist I ever had, I have a major problem with needles, we just don’t get along and I’ve had that problem with every dentist ever since I was a kid, (that’s very long time ago), with Dr. Andrea, whatever her technique is is great, I just close my eyes, she does all her work and I don’t even realize there was a needle involved. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the great review!

Fantastic experience: What stands out most is their competence. Every procedure, every consultation, every follow-up is handled with a level of professionalism that puts you completely at ease. I know firsthand the attention they pay to every single detail - nothing is rushed, nothing is overlooked. They take the time to explain what they're doing, why they're doing it, and what to expect, which makes such a difference when you're in the chair. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: AGRADEÇO AOS COLEGAS DA ATLANTIC COAST DENTISTRY PELO PROFISSIONALISMO E CARINHO NO ATENDIMENTO EMERGENCIAL DA MINHA AMADA MAE EM FERIAS NA FLORIDA!! Oral Martins Dentista em São Vicente SP Brasil
It was real pleasure to care of her! Thank you.
Fantastic experience: I had a very nice first visit to Atlantic Coast Dentistry earlier today. The office offered me a special of $125 for x-rays, an exam, and a cleaning. It was well worth the money. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they are fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. The dental assistant was considerate of how irritating the procedure for taking the x-rays could be, and she tried to move as fast as possible to get them over with. I felt the doctor was honest and straightforward with me. She complimented my teeth. She didn't try to sell me wisdom tooth removal or additional procedures, like I've experienced with other dentists. The cleaning was thorough. I can feel and see a positive difference in my teeth. I highly recommend Atlantic Coast Dentistry to anyone who's been putting off that cleaning and looking for a trustworthy office to get it done. And don't be afraid to ask about that special, I'm sure they'll honor it .
Dear Dimitri, we are extremely pleased to know that you are very happy with us. We look forward to see you again! Best regards!

We are very happy to hear you had a good experience! We appreciate you.
Negative experience: January 13 update: I have never been FRUSTRATED as you mention. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED at how your employee was rude and gave me false information! I am not obligated to treat with you so that I can have my teeth cleaned. Every time there was something wrong I never refused treatment, unless you couldn't do it (which happened multiple times and I went elsewhere as you are aware). If you don't want a bad review, maybe you should stop acting as this is the patient's fault and take responsibility for your employee giving me false information. By the way, I had already gone through an exam a few months ago, so I was clear for a cleaning. Again, shame on you! January 12 update: be aware that this office just sent me a letter kicking me out as a patient, when I was the one who told them I would no longer be going there as a patient. Also, this whole Florida law thing is a total laugh and it was used as an excuse to tell me I cannot refuse treatment with them if I wanted them to clean my teeth. They never ever mentioned anything of the sort in 11 years! It would have been more respectful to just own their mistake and tell.me their rude employee messed up instead of calling me twice, and leaving me messages saying it was all a misunderstanding. Also ridiculous to send me a letter with copy of my signed form, thus kicking me out. Shame on you! After almost 11 years going to this office, I was told I have to go through a dental exam once a year in order to have my teeth cleaned. The lady on the phone told me this is a new Florida law, which I had never heard of. She then told me that if I refuse treatment when I have this.annual exam, they cannot clean my teeth. Also, she went on saying I should do my research on the matter and that they have no obbligation of cleaning my teeth. As the conversation grew more and more weird, she told me that this Florida law has always existed, but is only now being implemented by the office. I had an exam done in June of 2024, therefore I am ok for now, but I honestly feel like I am in a trap and, unless I do as she says, I cannot have my teeth cleaned anymore by the office. Needless to say I asked her to cancel my cleaning appointment and won't be going back anymore. And just like that they lost a patient. Great job.
Update:
Why Patients Notice It
• New Patients: Must undergo a comprehensive exam and often X-rays before a cleaning appointment can be scheduled.
• Established Patients: Still require periodic exams to ensure the cleaning type matches their current oral health status.
• Frustration Point: Some patients expect a “quick cleaning” but are surprised by the legal requirement for an exam first, leading to occasional negative reviews for practices that strictly follow the law.
Practical Implications for Dental Practices
• Compliance: Florida dentists cannot legally advertise or provide “cleaning-only” appointments without an exam.
Exams are included in the price and would not have cost any additional money. We are sorry you misunderstood and could not be made happy.
"Florida law (Chapter 466, Statute 024) generally requires a dentist to perform a clinical exam, including potential X-rays and probing, within 13 months before a dental hygienist can provide additional services like cleaning, to ensure proper diagnosis and patient safety, especially concerning gum disease and overall oral health. This law protects patients by making sure a dentist assesses their condition before deep cleanings or other treatments, preventing undiagnosed issues from worsening."

Fantastic experience: Essa é a minha segunda consulta nesse consultório. Eu agradeço a todo o time ! Além do mais, a limpeza é a melhor que eu já fiz, irei voltar lá no próximo mês para fazer a minha novamente ! Gratidão por esses anjos que Deus colocou no Atlantic Coast ❤️
