Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review as I sit here in the dental office they have been so sweet from the receptionist, Destiny to the dental hygienist, Italo. They made special accommodations for my disability. Rather than feeling like a problem, they only had solutions. The staff including Emma is happy positive people. The dentist Dr Anna is professional and knowledgeable regarding what is needed for my teeth. Overall, thank you for a positive experience.

Larice definitely made me feel comfortable she is the best! Dr. Macedo was also very knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and was genuinely nice! Such a great team of people. 3/19/26 Clarice, Lola, and Char I met on several other appointments and they just warm my heart. You can tell they not only take their job serious but they also look forward to connecting with patients, which is important to me and for the office! Fantastic experience: Not that I like going to the dentist (who does ...), but Dr. Berkovich and her team make it as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can possibly be. They are very professional, provide expert dental treatment, and are very considerate of their patients' needs and worries. I can whole-heartedly recommend them. Great team! Negative experience: Prior to me appointment I did all my due diligence. Confirmed twice that my insurance is covered, gave my member i.d. etc. Day of appointment BAIT AND SWITCH. Was informed they do not accept my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for a tooth extraction $1,300! Buyer beware. Bad business practice.

Negative experience: This is place is so unorganized. The Dr berkovich she is excellent and larice her assist. The hygienist is great. However they are tricking with money. And not organized with the insurance. The other Dr forgot the name I can’t understand what she says, she barely loookeed at my mouth and then someone else came with a treatment I needed to do for over 2000. I called the insurance and that should not be my copay it should be 750. Don’t recommend this place. Friendly but people there play with your money

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Berkovich and her team — Calet, Summer, Emma, and Laresse. I came in with a wisdom tooth that was causing serious pain from overcrowding, and they went out of their way to move their schedule around so I could be seen earlier than planned. The whole process was smooth. They removed the tooth quickly and handled everything with real care and professionalism. The office is run well, and you can tell everyone there takes pride in what they do. They treat the place like it’s their own, and it shows in how they treat you. I’m grateful for their help and definitely recommend them.

Together her whole team makes it a best experience possible. She is very high tech and uses it all to make your experience better. Digital X-rays, cameras to scan and photograph your teeth. They even use that vs the old messy mold for your crown sizing. I have been coming here for years. They have lots of rooms and have late hours for those work. I can say enough positive things. I highly recommend Dr Berkovich.

She and Corrina, her supervisor, have gone above and beyond in answering all my questions and working out all my appointment requests. Italo, the hygienist, is passionate about the work he does. Dr. Macedo and Victoria, her dental assistant, made getting a crown and a filing a comfortable & pain free experience, even had a few laughs during the process Dr. Macedo is a beautiful, calm soul who is gentle and caring. Fantastic experience: Edit: I was reached out to by the office manager and we resolved the miscommunication fully! Very nice to know they are willing to problem solve with their patients! I went there for a procedure that they didnt tell me I would have to open a credit card for, two separate people on the phone told me I could just pay a $200 deposit, then when I got there the dentist came in and spoke to me for two minutes, they tried to bill me $1k on the spot, when I said no they still charged me $75 just to talk to the doctor, and receive only 2 xrays. The $75 was supposed to be for a "new patient exam". What exam was that? They didn't xray all of my teeth, and the dentist only spoke to me!

Fantastic experience: Dr M was very knowledgeable and gentle when I got my crown .. And Renata her assistant is the bomb Very patient and kind walking me thru the whole process.

Negative experience: BAIT AND SWITCH CAUTION. My wife went to be looked at for a tooth issue. Turned out she needed a root canal. She was offered it and she was also offer to do a pulpotomy. It was explained to us that this would end the pain although it was not a full root canal. She opted for that. The next day she still had pain. Some few days later she continued to have pain and the filling was breaking apart and coming out. I reached out to the office to come in for solution and I was told that the pulpotomy was a band aid and they tried to schedule me for the root canal. Why would I do the pulpotomy if it would not solve the problem at all. That would make no sense. This is clearly a textbook bait and switch tactic. We did a lot of research before and after and it is clear that this procedure will take the pain away. Now if there is some caveat to that, that I am not aware of, then I should have been informed BEFORE the procedure. When I stated to them that that was not what was explained to me, I received no response from them. I will be moving forward with legal action as I was misled and misinformed. Terrible. I gave two stars because the admin staff is extremely nice and friendly. BE CAREFUL!!!

Negative experience: I recently visited this dental office, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the front desk offered me an in-house insurance plan for $199, which I initially considered. However, it wasn’t made clear that without purchasing this plan, a basic cleaning wouldn’t be included. My primary purpose for the visit was to get my teeth cleaned, not just to have X-rays taken. After spending an hour there, I was told that they couldn’t fit in the cleaning that day and that I would need to come back another time, and still pay the $199. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication made this a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dentistry of South Florida with a broken front tooth. Dr Mercado attended to me and did an AMAZING JOB!!! In one appointment, my broken tooth was removed and replaced with new bone, and a temporary replacement which looked perfect!!! Best of all this was done with such skill, that I had ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN OR SWELLING!!! Everyone in this office is both efficient and pleasant. It is my pleasure to highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I am a discerning patient, high intelligence, pre-med in college. It is always terrifying for me to start with a new dentist. Past five years has been one disappointment after another, until I found this office. Yet the terrible experiences that brought me here, turned out to be a Godsend, because the work that was done by Dr Branitz equates metaphorically as the Michelangelo of dentistry. Dr Branitz did perfect work on my crown and fillings. Honorary mention for my hygienist, Stella, who also understood my not wanting Novocain for a periodontal deep cleaning... and still I felt little discomfort. This is a special skill. The office management and team is understanding, thoughtful and cheerful. When it comes to their pre-auth for dental work, they make sure your insurance covers the planned visit. In my case, my Medicare Humana paid everything I needed for 2024.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly and responsive staff. Great tech. Confortable environment. Plenty of parking. Hadn't been to the dentist since moving to Boca 18 months ago. Lots of X-rays, scanning, cleaning, polishing, and an exam. In and out very quickly considering. All-in-all, no complaints and I don't enjoy going to the dentist in any way, shape, or form.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my story… While on vacation in Deerfield beach I had a crown come off! We found the Dentistry of South Florida and called them. They told me to come in even though it was late on a Friday afternoon and re-cement my crown! They were extremely accommodating and professional! I was so happy with the outcome!

Dentistry of South Florida was the place that made that happen. It starts with Marlene and Christie at the front, being welcoming, knowing who you are as you walk in, and always making you feel like family. Cleanings with Janki are a breeze. It isn't always the most fun but she makes sure to take caution because I am a big baby . What really made the whole thing come together was my Dentist Dr. Jessica Shapiro. She always explained everything that was going to happen, checked in with me during the procedure, even did a little trick for me to feel the needle so much less. I wish growing up my old dentist did that! Another pro is their hours! They are open late and also on the weekend. This is a big deal for someone who works M-F . I can easily schedule after work or on a day off. They also tend to play music on the weekends which is great. Having something to take away all the grinding noises makes it almost feel like I am not at the Dentist. It wouldn't be an honest review without some things they can work on to be even better however. The Endodontist didn't accept my insurance but the dentist and hygienist did. That was very odd, and I had to find elsewhere for an Endodontist. The Orthodontist is only there once a month, so for me that is a huge negative. Ease of service is important. All in all, I highly recommend Dentistry of South Florida.

She is so dedicated to do a perfect job! She explains thoroughly the whole process of what the plan for me will be. So professional and friendly! She does excellent work! Dr. Milanes was very friendly and professional. Explained what was wrong and my options to repair and fix. Did the work well. Chrissy was very pleasant to speak with as she went over the costs.
