Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Wozny’s office for years. The location is convenient if you work downtown and they open early so you can fit in an appointment before going to the office. Everyone at the practice is super friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Rudolf is not really my name - I use it for privacy purposes. I have been a long term patient to this practice (something like 20 years) anything from teeth cleaning to bridge replacement. I have been around many well meaning practices, but this one surpasses them all in terms of professionalism, technical expertise, state of the art equipment and overall kindness.

Negative experience: Has continually declined over the 9+ years I’ve been going there. Dr. Wozny was great when I got to see him but eventually was fed up with the new dentists and today was the final straw. The dentist was rude and I wasn’t going to stay any longer so I got up and left before they even did the cleaning. Not going back.

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent a routine wisdom tooth extraction here with Dr. Lin and his dental assistant Jazmyne. This procedure turned out to be anything but routine when the tooth refused to budge as would’ve been expected. A typical extraction became a very taxing surgery procedure spanning nearly two hours. As an individual who struggles with ADHD and anxiety, this was undeniably stressful. Throughout the entire process however, Dr. Lin and Jazmyne were nothing short of phenomenal in their handling of the procedure and of my care. They were both constantly monitoring and asking for any signs of pain and if any was felt, the procedure was immediately paused, I was given a moment to rest and numbing was reapplied. I was offered multiple breaks for as much time as I required. Both Dr. Lin and Jazmyne remained highly conscious of my comfort and security and even when the procedure began to run past its scheduled time, there was zero loss of focus and no attempt to rush or hasten the procedure to completion. I was also allowed to utilize an X-ray vest as a weighted blanket when my anxiety began to rise which helped me immensely. After all was said and done, Dr. Lin went another step further and graciously offered to waive my copay as another step to ease my experience of the entire procedure. Additionally, he has also demonstrated strong, quick communication in keeping up with my recovery and he is very responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns I might have. Every procedure has an expected chain of events but you never know when a challenge or a surprise will pop up. The difficulty of this extraction caught everyone by surprise but Dr. Lin and Jazmyne proved themselves to not only be absolute professionals when it comes to dentistry but incredibly caring people too. I can say without a doubt I have never experienced such amazing and affectionate care not just in my experiences with dentistry but in any healthcare scenario and it makes traveling into Boston completely worth it! I simply cannot recommend this practice and Dr. Lin enough.

Fantastic experience: I am a longtime patient of the practice. I had an acute dental problem. I was seen within a couple days. Dr. Wozny quickly diagnosed the problem and the practice arranged a same day referral for root canal. Very pleased with all aspects of my care.

Professional, friendly, clean, and in the age of COVID, they take the necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s health. Good dental hygiene is a reflection of one’s overall health. I wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else. They have the most up-to-date equipment and techniques. Further, when additional work other than a cleaning is required, they will contact my insurance co. prior to scheduling the work to let me know what my co-pay will be. There are no surprises. Negative experience: The cleaning was painful. The dental hygienist was not friendly nor gentle :( although I have very healthy teeth, they said I have to do the X-ray otherwise they wouldn’t see me in the practice

Fantastic experience: Had a crown done. After my appointment for the temporary crown, I experienced vertigo for 4 nights straight, disrupting my sleeping. I mentioned this to the dentist. Although he hadn't heard of this as a common thing from his patients, he actually listened, took care to do things differently when I returned to get the permanent one in. I really appreciate that he recognized it was a problem for me and he tried to help. And it did. No vertigo after second visit. Thanks for listening doc!

Negative experience: My review is based on their booking system: Don't book online! They send you an email confirming the appointment, but when you show up they don't have your appointment. They barely apologize for it, and blame you for not calling.
