Beyond that, everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists is warm, gracious, and service-focused—and always attentive to the patient’s comfort. There’s a willingness to go out the way to attend to the patient’s needs. The office is beautiful, welcoming and spotless, and in a convenient location in Copley Square. No one likes going to the dentist, but we have to go—and this practice is as good as it gets! Fantastic experience: Had an tooth extraction appointment with "Prudential Dental" the doctors and nurses are so friendly where you don't feel like being in a dental clinic. Dr. Gheddaf dam and her whole team took care of my tooth deep cleaning and extraction followed by it in a proper interval after 2 weeks. Feeling better after the extraction too, medications which they prescribed helped well and more than that the follow up they did to check up on me. Finding them is very simple, Once after you enter the building which has AFC urgent care in the floor level, press "7" on the elevator number TWO (to the right). Then they'll take care of all your dental needs. Thanks to the doctors and nurses in prudential for such a great dental care provided to me. Definitely suggesting to many of friends If they needed dental care.

Fantastic experience: 11/5/25 I wan't aware that I didn't report about another successful and pleasant visit at Dr. Gheddaf's office in September, the time I received an implant that luckily didn't cause any problems and was healing perfectly. Yesterday was just a visit to confirm that I was ready to receive a crown - by her husband whose practice is just a couple of blocks away. Since I was somewhat handicapped walking (due to a fall) she offered to proceed with the next steps, but I felt I had to decline because I would have messed up the schedule of 2 professionals. Without a doubt Dr. Geddaf and her assistant are there to help in any way! 9/3/25 A couple of month past since my tooth extraction and yesterday the wait time for my second tooth extraction ended. Dr Gheddaf Dam and her assistant Claudia did everything to make this procedure as easy as possible. Anesthesia where I am always afraid to pass out, as it happened before (not in this office!) went smooth, so did the rest of the visit. After a restful day after the visit and a good night sleep, I woke up painfree No painkiller need - hurray! Hoping for a successful result of my next office in a week. Dr. Dam and Claudia a 5 star rating is well earned! Prudential Dental Associates was recommended to me by Back Bay Dental Yesterday I received my new crown after I had a long procedure of bone crafting and implant. A day to celebrate? Yes! I might be one of the few people that like to go to the dentist office. As a kid, I loved to go to my parents dentist, because he always had one of these tiny exam mirrors for me. Since my arrival I had a dentist for about 30 years with whom I shared the love of classical music. He retired and now I ended up with Dr. Hamasat Ghedaff due to recommendations. I couldn't be luckier - starting with the friendly staff at the reception to the assistants and of course the professionalism of the doctor herself.. But that's not all. The environment that was created for all of them is simply wonderful starting with the color scheme and ending with tasteful artwork on the walls. About a year ago I reported about my excellent experience this dental office. Unfortunately I had to see Dr Gheddaf Dam again today. This time, I knew that I am with an experienced practitioner. I went there without any dental anxiety. She and her terrific assistant Claudia know how to put their clients to peace even before a tooth extraction. I reminded her to go slow with anesthesia but she remembered from my last visit. I felt totally at ease with the procedure and got excellent after care instructions. Looking forward to come back in 10 days for a visit regarding the healing process.

Fantastic experience: Prudential Dental removed and replaced my old dental implants that lost effectiveness due to repeated infections. The old design of my bridge prevented proper cleaning, resulting in bone and tissue loss. Dr Gheddaf Dam leads a terrific team that exhibits skill, professionalism and compassionate care throughout the process. In coordination with Back Bay Dental, I now have new implants and porcelain crowns. I’m grateful to their hard work that I have my smile back!

Dr, Gheddaf Dam was anszing and especially Claudia, her partner for the procedure. explaining everything and making things easy for me. If it wasnt for Claudia, i never would have come back after the initial consultation, I would never ever go anywhere else. They both gave up their day off to accommodate my schedule. Talia is invaluable, she's an incredible advocate for patients at this practice; she has helped me challenge my insurance company when they've denied claims and is persistent in her efforts, it also helps that she was a technician and knows her stuff. She is patient with my questions, and makes sure you are getting the benefits you're entitled to. I appreciate her calming presence and as the person who sets the helpful and accommodating vibe at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gheddaf Dam and her team (Lauren, Claudia, Colton, and Talia) are all amazing - providing great customer service and wonderful dental care! From Talia and Colton's help with scheduling and billing to Dr. Gheddaf Dam's Invisalign wizardry that finally corrected my bite. Lauren is the best hygienist I've seen and Claudia kept me calm during a lot of dental work including whitening my teeth with great care. I recently moved away from Boston and this practice is one of the few things I will miss!
