Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I felt that the focus was more on making money than properly evaluating my issue. The provider recommended a significant amount of work, which seemed excessive, so I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. I’m very glad I did — I was told I only needed less than half of the procedures originally recommended. I was also uncomfortable with the way staff spoke to employees in front of patients, which felt unprofessional. When I called to request my X-rays, I was told I would be charged $150 per hour for canceling an appointment — even though I canceled by replying to their text reminder and received a response saying, “Thank you for letting us know.” That was extremely frustrating. Overall, I did not feel valued as a patient and will not be returning. I would recommend others consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to major work here. I give them a negative 1. They are the worst.

Negative experience: They have horrible customer service , I was simply trying to make a appointment and they kept disclosing to me because I never “rescheduled “ my cleaning from last year that if I cancel my current appointment , even before 72 hours I can never reschedule again ? Seems very odd, and not loyal to customers . I would advise letting people cancel and reschedule … if doctor offices can figure it out , so should you.

Una semana después Ellos me llamaron faltando pocas horas y, aún así, la doctora muy grosera, enojada porque no podía asistir a la cita, me dijo que por la cancelación debía pagar $420 y misteriosamente me programaron más citas sin mi consentimiento. Luego me llega un bill a mi casa; la doctora amenazado con mandar a un collector si no pagaba el bill.

Fantastic experience: Quiero contar mi experiencia con la doctora Aida Padromo . Soy madre de 4 niños y tengo años de traer a mis hijos con ella manejo 40 minutos de distancia cada visita .Mi hijo mayor está en college y desde pequeño la doctora Aida lleva el cuidado de sus dientes así mismo los 3 más . Siempre las experiencias han sido que los niños llegan con miedo que les va hacer han llorado y se han puesto nerviosos , y después que hace el trabajo ellos salen lo más de felices no sienten cuando tienen alguna extracción. Cómo le digo a la doctora que ella hace magia . La recomiendo al 100 x 100. Sin duda súper profesional!!

The dentist not only found some gum inflammation, which she explained is common with age, but she also identified signs of sleep apnea that I was completely unaware of. Her proactive approach to my overall health was truly incredible. Beyond the check-up, my experience was truly life-changing. They helped me get a proper diagnosis for my sleep apnea and, most importantly, guided me through the process to get the treatment covered through my medical insurance. It was a seamless process thanks to their knowledge and assistance. I also received a deep cleaning, and my teeth have never felt so fresh and healthy. They also replaced two crowns that had been poorly done at a past dental practice and were falling apart. The new crowns are a perfect fit and look fantastic, making my smile feel completely renewed. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a comfortable experience. Mystic Dental has not only improved my oral health but has also restored my confidence in my overall well-being. They are truly top-tier professionals, and I'm so grateful for their exceptional care. He had his teeth removed and he himself said it felt like magic with the doctor. He nearly didn’t feel anything. I was so happy as he was very anxious before coming in today. Negative experience: Stay away from this place. Not sure who those are that give this dentist a good review. You can hear her fighting with patients every time. She try to do threaten that is not needed. When I was there the first times she told me I needed 3 crowns so I said okay the next year she told me I needed 2 more. I went to another dentist and they told me my teeth are heathy. Then she sent me letters for pending payment that makes no sense when I ask for the real bill she does not have but she threatens me to send the bill to collections

Negative experience: Mystic Dental Studio – Do Better. Seriously. Let me set the scene: my mother was in agonizing tooth pain — not cosmetic discomfort, not a vanity issue — actual pain. So naturally, we booked with Mystic Dental Studio because they were the nearest office that accepted her insurance. Big mistake. Instead of addressing the immediate and very real issue — the pain — the dentist zeroed in on her appearance. Apparently, the missing tooth was a bigger concern than the fact that she couldn’t eat or sleep without discomfort. Over the next few months, yes months, we played the back-and-forth game. And sure, her smile is lovely now, but guess what? The pain is still there. You know, the reason we came in the first place? Unresolved. Then — plot twist — about two months ago, they let her know they’d no longer be accepting her insurance. So obviously, we canceled the next appointment. Why on earth would we keep going somewhere we can’t even use her insurance? Be serious. But wait, it gets better. They call last week out of nowhere to tell her she has an appointment on 5/28 at 3 p.m. News to us. But she goes anyway — just in case. When she arrives, she’s ambushed with a cancellation fee of over $100. For what? A mystery appointment we never confirmed, at a place that doesn’t even take her insurance anymore? This is not just bad business — it’s manipulative, predatory, and frankly shady. This is extortion dressed up in a lab coat. If I had been there? Let’s just say it would’ve been a very different conversation. Count your blessings, Mystic. Do better. Before someone really calls you out.

Negative experience: If I could put zero stars… I would. This is the worst dentist to go to. Not only is the dentist not professional, they are not hygienic either. On top of that, there is insurance fraud going on with my insurance. She charged my insurance for something that she never did to me. I could go on and on but all I’ll say is if you care about your teeth… don’t come here. EVER.

Negative experience: Tuve una experiencia muy negativa en esta clínica dental. La atención fue muy deficiente, ya que la doctora que me atendió fue extremadamente grosera y poco profesional. Desde el inicio, mostró una actitud despectiva y no me brindó la información necesaria sobre el tratamiento que iba a realizarme. Además, sus respuestas fueron cortantes y sin empatía alguna, lo que hizo que me sintiera incómoda y desinformada. Me esperaba una atención más cordial y profesional, pero lamentablemente no fue el caso. Definitivamente no recomendaría esta clínica y no volveré a confiar en sus servicios. Mientras trabajaba conmigo queria trabajar con otros pacientes al mismo tiempo y además le hablaba muy fuerte a sus empleados quienes le tenian miedo. La limpieza dental fue muy brusca y quedé con mucho dolor después del procedimiento. No recomiendo esta clínica a nadie.

Negative experience: The most Terrible Dental studio I have met. I rated one star because this is the lowest rate I can give. I received anesthesia with pains and then the doctor told me to reschedule the cleaning Because she is not sure if my insurance (a decent insurance) will pay for that. She asked me to go back to re-read the documents the insurance sent to me a couple of weeks ago which said they would pay. I was asking that if I could ask the insurance right now and receive the cleaning service now. She said she had some other patients waiting during my appointment time! I hope Before any anesthesia they should tell the patients about the truth. It was painful!!! Also, she charges a lot that the insurance doesn't want to pay. This dental studio Just extracts money from patients' blood. Never come!

Negative experience: I have great insurance, BCBS dental: I went there to get a tooth repaired: which was the priority. This should have taken 1 appointment maybe two at the most. I end up getting only X rays, the first appointment. Next It took two appointments to get my teeth cleaned. ( because of the sensitivity I did need to get my gums numbed ). Everyone knows that teeth cleaning should have taken, one appointment. All my insurance for the year was used up, and I still didn’t get the tooth taken care of. Plus I still received a bill. Now I have to wait till next year to have my tooth fixed. I just hope I don’t get a tooth ache until then. You be the judge.

Negative experience: Mystic Dental Studio in Chelsea, MA proved to be an unsettling experience marked by unprofessionalism and significant time wastage. Despite a simple task of capturing four x-ray photos, it consumed nearly 45 minutes due to the evident incompetence of the staff. Upon proceeding to the cleaning session, I encountered the head dentist, Dr. Aida P. Padron Costas, MDM, whose approach resembled that of a typical salesperson. Aida informed me that she detected several cavities. She told me she was retiring soon and I was “lucky” because she could give me a good deal while she was still around. She even proposed performing the procedure without anesthesia, which raised serious concerns. However, upon consulting my longstanding hometown dentist, boasting 21 more years of experience than Aida, I received the reassuring news of having ZERO cavities. Confronted with such a glaring divergence, Mystic Dental's credibility is shattered. Should I trust the proven expertise of my 38-year seasoned dentist OR gamble with sketchy Aida's dubious recommendations? Its a 0/10 rating from me. Mystic Dental in Chelsea is unequivocally unfit for patronage. Avoid it like the plague.

Negative experience: Definitely a bad experience. My mother had a tooth being pulled, at the time it was being done she started to feel a lot of pain during the extraction and she screamed out in pain letting out some tears. She also let dentist know that it was painful & that the anesthesia was not working. Instead the female dentist asked her why are you screaming & that she was making a big deal for reason. Let’s see if the dentist feels no pain when getting a tooth pulled with no anesthesia.

Fantastic experience: Always in and out fast. And understanding with my concerns. Came in for an emergency gum issue and she saw me that day.

Negative experience: The worst service they will receive in their lives month after month and then they start giving you appointments every 2 months even if you are up to date with the payments apart from a lady who all she does is treat you with contempt I am going to complete 3 years going with my brackets there and unfortunately I have to wait because I have already paid them and that is the only thing that matters to them today, February, my last appointment was in October, apart from the fact that they will always attend to you 30 minutes after the time they tell you, you practically need 2 hours of your time for a 15-minute appointment. It should be noted that the dentist does a very good job, but it hurts the staff and organization.
