Negative experience: Had 2 teeth rear lower molars 2 root canal both teeth cropped because of risk to pulling teeth were not filled Proper $4200 and now have to take risk of having removed,1 upper tooth rear molar pulled tooth got stitched up got home dissolving sponge almost choked me came out of stitched tooth extraction debating now what I want to do about it discussing options!lawyer for failed root canals and now being radiation survivor have to take risk of having teeth removed !!! Lawyer says I have a case dentist,,William Bacon

Dr. Amidei and his assistant did an amazing job refitting it and putting it back on. I also get excellent regular care from Dr. Cottrell, my regular dentist and Jackie, my dental hygienist.

Negative experience: After going to this place for years I have to say their costumer service mainly front desk people have declined. When you ask for a quote make sure to get a physical copy and be ready to be charged an extra significant amount of money AFTER YOUR TREATMENT surprise that they won’t tell you about . Not only that they will screw up your appointment again back to the front desk communication issues. I think it’s time for you Delany dental care to change your front desk staff and it’s time for our family to find a new dentist. Very disappointing given how much money we have spend over the years. Seems like ALL they care about is money! lack of communication and mistakes of their front desk staff is none of Delany concern. To add on top of it your billing department is no help either! What a shame!

Negative experience: I saw Dr Bacon as a new patient who was very kind to address a repair/replace a fixed bridge failure. Unfortunately it would have been helpful for my Delta Dental insurance claim had he made some specific record notations of the restoration requirements, xrays and details of my dental health at the 2 appointments in June, or if he did, this has not been provided to Delta as requested in order for them to process my claim Delany Dental is an 'out of network' provider and so after 6 months it seems safe to say they have little interest in assisting to get claims processed by providing the insurance company with the information clearly requested on the EOPs they received within 30 days after services. Instead they just billed me for what they said 'was not covered by Delta'. I have spoken with Delta Dental representatives twice and clarified that they are still waiting for info to process the claim. I have spoken with Delany's billing representative 3 times who could not provide me with any specific dates nor details of what info was provided to Delta, only stating 'we have sent them the info'. Something is wrong here as I have had my PPO Individual 'Gold' Plan with Delta Dental since 2017 and I trust them. I have cancelled my f/u appointment and will not return to Delany Dental.

It's been a while since I've encountered someone who made me feel so comfortable. He initiated my treatment late last year, and I was scheduled to restore my tooth completely this year. Unfortunately, the receptionist informed me that this practice doesn't offer payment plans due to corporate ownership. To restore my tooth, I'd have to pay almost $2000 out of pocket, despite having insurance. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since I was referred to Dr. Amidei by a close friend of his. I've always been diligent about paying my bills on time, including medical expenses. Now, I'll have to find another dentist to complete my treatment, as well as address other pressing dental issues. Fantastic experience: I recently switched dentists and now am a patient of Delaney Dental Care. The dental hygienists do a wonderful job on dental cleanings and are very nice. Stacy did a great job taking impressions for a crown I needed for a dental implant, and Dr. Amidei also did a great job putting in the crown after it was made. I was just there again to get prepped for another crown, and Dr. Amidea and Stacy did another wonderful job. Plus they were very entertaining during the procedure. I highly recommend this practice.

Right away he and Jake did everything they could to get me in next door to be examined by an oral surgeon. Jake was so kind to ask me if I would like for him to accompany me for this visit. I said yes because I was so nervous at the thought of this lesion being cancerous. I felt like a VIP getting this treatment right away! Thank you Jake for taking the extra half an hour or so to stay with me while the oral surgeon conducted the exam! Delany and their staff treat you like a family member. Dr. Shapira is the most humble, genius, compassionate, competent, amazing human being. I wish he could adopt me that’s how much love and respect I have for this doctor/man :) He has also helped me with all my TMJ issues.
