Helped me with a problem with my dental implant and were able to fix it perfectly and properly for me without having to redo the whole thing which was terrifying. Negative experience: Denkst quoted me a price then went to another dentist co pay was more than one third less, plus dentist gave deep cleaning never told me crown filling was missing , I think this practice is all about getting as much money from Patients as possible

Negative experience: I have been coming to this dental clinic for 2 and a half years. Personally, I know I am very sensitive to pain, and I understand that I may not be the easiest patient. However, I always appreciated the care and continued to come back because I trusted this place. However, today I left feeling shocked and deeply discouraged. During my 5-year-old child’s appointment, we learned she had cavities for the first time. The dentist told me, “Why does your child have so many cavities?” in a cold and dismissive tone. Instead of support, I felt judged. For the past five years, I have done everything I could to protect my child’s teeth. 90% of her meals are homemade. I limited soda and candy carefully. No matter how tired I was, I brushed her teeth . I even put a large vegetable poster on the wall at home to encourage healthy eating. I truly tried my best. I am already confused and sad about why she developed cavities despite all my efforts. Hearing those words made me feel blamed instead of supported. It left me feeling discouraged and questioning myself. I hope dental professionals can speak with more empathy and understanding, especially toward parents who are already trying so hard. Sometimes a kinder tone can make a huge difference.

If only we had been patients of Dr. Seifi's since he started his practice, I know for a fact my dental health would have been much better. Since hindsight doesn't help the present, I want potential patients to know, Dr Seifi and his staff can care for all your dental health needs and cure "the fear of going to the dentist syndrome". Fantastic experience: My husband and I are newer patients, just within the last couple of years. We're very happy with all of the staff and the doctor as well. The facility feels brand new with technology to streamline your visit, and our favorite part is there is enough conversation to let you know they care, but not too much that you have to do that awkward mumble talk while they're working on your teeth. My husband had to completely redo his front teeth that was preciously bonded and it did not look very natural and had changed color over time. Dr seifi did cosmetic crowns and bondings and gave my husband a new smile. We have been coming here for a couple of years now. We highly recommend four lakes dental. There are also nice and clear about the costs up front

Negative experience: I’m done with this place. If you need implants replaced do not go here. I had 2 replaced and wasn’t happy with either one. One is too short. The other too long. Dentist never offered a solution so I thought it wasn’t too bad so I’d live with it but it still bothers me. I paid for perfect teeth and didn’t get them. I also agree with the other person here who posted about their ridiculous 50.00 fee if you cancel. First they make you sign that you know about that policy. Then every time they call to remind you of the appointment they repeat it. I think the excuse of double booking is just that another excuse to charge the patient. Also I am a patient with a hip replacement so I need to take medication an hour before the appointment. I asked them if they could put a note on my account to remind me of this important fact. They never reminded me. I did forget once snd they wanted me to go home home take the medication and return in an hour. Lastly I had to have a tooth extraction. The dentist told me that it was covered by insurance 50%. Well I found out today the guy he brought in to do the extraction wasn’t in network. He should at least told me to call my insurance company. I really didn’t understand that this guy was going to bill me outside of Four Lakes Dental. Four Lakes is covered under my insurance and the other cyractipn eas done at Four Lakes Dental. And of course before you do this there is a form you signed. I should have been told this dentist was not part of Four Lakes Dental. I am so done with them and the office personnel.

Positive experience: Nice doctor but a little disappointed with the clinic. I had to call to cancel an appointment a day prior because my daughter was sick and was charged a 50 dollar missed appointment fee. I also got work done there for a tooth that should have needed a root canal and I feel these should be addressed.

The hygienists are always contentious and careful, attending to any pain and discomfort. I appreciate that Dr. Seifi employs locally trained staff and encourages ongoing professional development. They also play good music. At my first visit, I was asked what music I'd like to listen to in order to put me at ease.
