Positive experience: Well I must say the gals at the front desk are very nice. I guess my only knock is cost estimates. I was first told a crown would cost me $600 even though I have never paid that much before with insurance. Then I was told it was completely covered by insurance. Then after the first visit concerning the crown they wanted to charge me $550! Now again it’s completely covered. So my crown is done, hopefully no more issues concerning costs.

Negative experience: Beware of this facility. The front Hispanic receptionist has been very friendly and flirty with my husband and absolutely rude to me always rolling her eyes at me, very snarky, throwing paperwork at me for no reason from the very beginning. I don’t know this lady at all. I actually filed a complaint against her twice. I met my husband at his appointment today. She made a snarky remark when I asked if my husband had already arrived and said “I don’t know what you two have going on but he’ll be out in twenty” I didn’t make anything of it but found it off. We had plans after and she ended up calling the police saying there was a domestic violence incident. Police got there and said the dental office said there was a domestic violence altercation and they said it wouldn’t get documented as such, they apologized for the way they came into the parking lot, and the police left. The police laughed at the situation. Shame on this dental office for keeping this disgusting human being employed. We’re done doing business with them. It’s such a shame because the rest of the staff is wonderful!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding communication when working with Tina and Serena and Dr. E. They truly deliver a caring environment and patiently listen to ensure the best dental procedures and billing experience.

Negative experience: This is an ongoing review as I’ve been harassed with more phone calls trying to collect payment after I settled my overpriced bill ($275) with Missy the office manager. I fortunately found a local orthodontist -Orthodontics Experts of Mundelein that charge $200 for the same procedure. FYI - I was a patient at Lakemoor for 12 years.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this practice! Dr E is so intelligent and knowledgeable. Her chair side manner, explanation & attention to detail; nothing but amazing. My extraction was painless. I can not wait to receive my implant. Thank you to everyone! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: My appointment was cancelled today. The office closed because of the weather, so I don't have a way to actually rate my visit. I didn't get good service since I wasn't there, and I didn't get bad service since I wasn't there, so I will just give three stars.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and facility. Serena at the front desk was very helpful with insurance issues I was having. One stop shop for all dental needs. Root canal there was a breeze and Dr. Teahen answered all my questions and made the procedure quick and painless.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a good and skillful endodontist, look no further. Dr. Teahen is the answer for you. He explains what tools they use, he tells you what he’ll do next, he checks on you frequently, and most importantly he is really good at what he does. I had zero issues after his root canal therapy, and the transition to the crown procedure was very smooth. He also has a great dental assistant who is also really good and well prepared for the procedure. I’m glad that I finally found a good endodontist that I can always rely on. Thanks Dr. Teahen!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy all of the dental experiences I've had here. The staff are very helpful and kind. I'm never left feeling uncomfortable and if there is something I don't quite understand, they always help to explain it in more clear terms. Even when I have concerns such as my partner trying to avoid fluoride, they give plenty of alternative methods to keep our dental health covered! I will always come back so long as my insurance covers me.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Patel since she opened her office in Lakemoor. She has the most gentle touch of any dentist we have seen I in our 74 years. Lately we needed help with our granddaughter due to an accident. She lost her two front teeth. Dr Patel has been instrumental in obtaining treatment for her. This is a girl we nearly had to drag into the office screaming. She now goes willingly.

Fantastic experience: I have to start off by saying that I absolutely dread going to the dentist in general but Lakemoor Dental in Hainesville turned that around for me in the best way possible. Right when you walk in you can see the place is immaculately clean. Upon checking in I was greeted by Skye who was professional, personable and so sweet. Fantastic experience: Location is perfect for SADDLEBROOK Farms residents. And I was seen within 24 hours. (Yesterday and today.)My appts for Oct. 1 was changed to Sept 24 due to my decision, otherwise they would have done my root canal today at 4:00pm. ( I’ll be out of town) They have a cancellation list and they use it! Dr. Feng DMD is calming and was very thorough. Dr. Ryan Teahen ENDODONTIST exactly the same. This practice is in network for me. That is how I found them. I’m 72 all my docs are retiring so this practice is perfect for me. I don’t like to recommend but?? but this practice will take care of you! I’m happy.

Fantastic experience: Kindness and patience and just a bit of discomfort. That's about the best you can hope for when it comes to a dentist, and that's exactly what I found here. All the staff here are super nice and pleasant. And (so far) the work they do is excellent. Shout-outs to: the dental hygienist who answered all of my questions (I had a lot), Dr. Teahen for being so nice and professional and giving me the gentlest root canal in the history of dentistry, and lastly to Dr. Calendar for being super calm and patient with my dental advice and suggestions.

Negative experience: The office and staff members are generally kind and professional, and I appreciate the care they provide. However, on more than one occasion I have had less positive experiences with the receptionist at the exit desk. For instance, at my last visit, I had asked in advance if there were any forms I needed to complete before my appointment. I was instructed to complete the forms that would be texted to me. Unfortunately, I did not receive the forms until I arrived at my appointment and the receptionist at the exit seemed frustrated that they hadn’t been completed beforehand. I understand how busy the office can be, but a bit more clarity and patience in that moment would have been appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional and exceptionally helpful, but special shoutout to Kelsey who helped get me an appointment that relieved tooth pain I'd been having for over a month. She's an absolute life saver! Pleasant to deal with, professional and friendly, very knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond. Give this nice young lady a raise.

Fantastic experience: I've been here a number of times for cleanings and just had my first filling done today and I've been happy with the experience every time. All the doctors and hygienists have been wonderful. Dr. K today did a great job replacing a filling that had worn/broken recently and despite the size it was an even quicker appt than my most recent cleaning. Glad this practice was recommended to us!

Negative experience: Automatically scheduled an appointment and charged cancel fee.

Fantastic experience: I must say that after visiting Lakemoor Dental you couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I had a bridge and crown that just wore out and broke that gave me some pain and discomfort for sure. I called the scheduler, who was very kind and considerate and concerned (her name was Kelsey) who was able to make an emergency appointment for me within a few days. And the dentist and her assistant? ... I have to admit I enjoyed having my teeth repaired by them so much I wouldn't mind if I had to go every week !! Very kind and professional and to sum up the whole experience ... I never enjoyed going to the dentist so much. I may have to eat popcorn and taffy so I break more teeth !!!!

The Dental Hygienist Victoria put me at ease with her gentle touch. After my appointment Victoria went over preventative care on how to take care of my oral health. Surprisingly I haven’t had that experience at any other office. I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consult and they were able to get me in for the root canal the same day. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The doctor took time to explain what was going to be done before the procedure and during it. They made sure I was doing alright during the procedure. I left with instructions on how to handle any pain and what to expect the next couple of days. I was impressed with the quality of service. I am going back to have the process finished. I definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: We are from out of town and my wife had an extremely painful toothache. We were lucky to get an appointed at Lakemoor Dental and she was seen by Dr. Emgushova. She quickly diagnosed both a broken filing and an infection, determing that the tooth had to come out. After a quick telephone consultation with my wife's doctor, Dr. Emgushova proceeded to drain the infection, numb my wife's jaw, and extract the tooth. We are grateful to Lakemoor Dental of Hainesville and the entire staff, and especially to Dr. Emgushova, who showed herself to be a friendly and consummate professional.
