Fantastic experience: We left our previous provider due to constant schedule bumping due to hygienist shortages…. Today was our first visit with Dr. Stanford and team. It went really well. Negative experience: This morning I called and politely asked whether my insurance is accepted. Without answering the question or saying anything, the receptionist hung up the phone. Negative experience: ⸻ I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I went in to have a minor chip on a fake tooth repaired, and instead of offering solutions, I was told the damage was my fault due to teeth grinding, which I do not have an issue with. No temporary fix or support was suggested, and the only option I was given was to remove the tooth entirely and pay $4,000 for a new one. Additionally, the lead dentist did not seem confident in handling the situation and repeatedly relied on contacting the lab instead of providing guidance directly. Overall, I left feeling that the focus was more on money than patient care. I have never had a dental experience like this before, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: our family can’t say enough about these guys, i have moved my whole family over. Also they will give you a warm blanket for your lap! As someone who has never liked going to the dentist this is a nice comfort.

Fantastic experience: I began as a new patient at MDA recently. I was having an issue at the time, and was able to have the problem addressed quickly. Everyone there is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Stafford took care of the failing crown and adjacent tooth that were giving me the trouble. The new crown feels and looks great, btw! Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so nice and friendly. They always make you feel comfortable and they all do a great job. I have had a couple big things done and they were so wonderful and helpful with the entire process. They work hard to give you the best treatment plan possible that works for your budget and with insurance. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great place for dental work. Fantastic experience: Love coming here, everyone is so friendly and sweet and makes it feel old school and personal, like it should be. Some of my other family members come here too. They always do a thorough job with cleaning, I look forward to it. Had to get a crown in the front of my mouth, (the referral for the color match was great) it was quick and they did a great job putting it in, can’t even tell.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say that I appreciated a few very key things about this dental facility. I called them a few minutes before I came in so they knew I may be late, and the front desk ladies were extremely nice. I was greeted by both of them, but one checked me in and asked for me a small water bottle and checked me in and informed me that I would be checked in shortly. She also went over the pricing with me over the phone the day before which I also really really appreciated. Thirdly the dental assistant was very nice, she answered a few of the questions that weren’t too complex for the doctor to answer. Also got me a blanket, Not sure about anyone else that goes to the dentist but. Those places are always freezing, so I really appreciated that. And lastly my diagnosis seemed very very clear and they referred me to the proper people to have my mouth looked at. Super thankful for the help ladies and Mr. Stafford!

Fantastic experience: The staff is Amazing! Professional, courteous , personable and knowledgeable!!! The Dental Hygienist is soooo thorough, and gentle I wish she could clean my teeth every day! As for Dr Stafford, he is the BEST!! He Was not only concerned with ensuring my teeth were well taken care of. He also inquired about my overall health, which is not the norm! While my time as a patient is coming to an end, with my move to a new state…if I could pack up the office and the Entire staff, I most certainly would take them with me!! Fantastic experience: Another great visit! This was a long 2 hour Perio scale and Gingival irrigation. The staff is awesome. They go out of their way to make it comfortable and pain free. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stafford and his staff are AMAZING! They make you feel like family. The whole office is friendly, professional, patient and compassionate. My son has special needs and is in an adaptive wheelchair. They did a wonderful job with his fillings. He was calm, comfortable and slept through the whole thing. I am taking an elderly person to this practice, and there's transport difficulties. A staff member voluntarily assisted me with the wheelchair entering and exiting the building.
