Fantastic experience: I am a semi new patient, three visits so far. This time I had to get two fillings plus my cleaning, the doctor was so patient with me concerned about my pain and how I was feeling doing all my procedure. The cleaning technician was just as kind and patient. I am very, very pleased with the location with the surroundings with the employees and most of all with my dentist. Fantastic experience: Omg I just recently located to Birmingham, Alabama. I have been so used to rude customer service until it’s almost like drinking water. I was in total shock today when I went to the dentist office the customer service was outstanding. The doctor at the minor emergency recommended grant family dental the best the best the best you have to be crazy if you go somewhere else other than dislocation, outstanding customer service. The dentist is on top of every day giving you multiple suggestions not just leaving you hanging I tell you this is the best dental experience that I have had and I’m 55 years old thank you for a good experience in all of you guys help there. Fantastic experience: My recent visit was a first cleaning and exam at Grants Mill Family Denistry. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and a pleasure to interact with. But I spent most of my time with the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was a joy: personable, knowledgeable, patient, inflicting no pain, and great at explaining some complex issues I'm having with my teeth. Wow, a great place to receive dental care. It's now been 3 years since I started receiving dental care from Dr. Wiley and staff. They are consistently wonderful, treating this old sissy with kindness, expertise, and reassurance. I continue to reccomend them without reservation.

Everyone here was gentle and soft spoken and explained everything that was being done before they ever touched me. Fantastic experience: Staff was a 10/10, cleanliness was a 10/10, wait time was super short and they made me feel so comfortable. The woman who cleaned my teeth was thorough and gentle. She talked me through everything she was doing. There was a trainee/ student in the room that sat quietly in the corner and observed. Her presence was barely even noticeable, which is OK by me. I needed to be in and out because I was on my lunch break. When the dentist came in, she did a phenomenal job of going over my X-rays, and what steps we could take that she thought would be helpful to me. She gave me multiple options and it didn’t feel like she was just trying to push me into the most expensive treatment plan. I loved it And they definitely have a permanent patient.

Fantastic experience: My former dentist is retiring so I needed to get a cleaning done. I went here and was met with smiles and greeting on my entry. The hygienist was very informative and checked all boxes for cost and expenses that I needed as i inquired on certain issues. My cleaning was done with care and after she was done Dr Wiley came in and gave an additional check up. Both were professional and polite. I do recommend this place.
