Negative experience: The worst customer service I have ever encountered and I wouldn't recommend anyone .It seems of my experience today the Trussville location is prejudice and this office made me feel as if discrimination was a major factor which my money and time was wasted and the manager Brittany just looked at me and told me the money I paid for my lower was gone and it's nothing I can do about it and she walked away as if I was nothing .I asked the receptionist for a printout she given me a printout in a font size of 10 which I couldn't see and I asked a patient could she see she stated no way and she had on glasses. Also to mention I I didn't see all the payments and I asked the receptionist to confirm she stated she didn't know why and the DFO Candy stated I couldn't have service done unless I paid again on which the office misplaced what I paid for and to tell me I don't even get a credit of what I initally paid for is by far ridiculous which I understood the pre counsel fee of $30 but to repay and not getting service and the delivery of the manager is disrespectful,unprofessional,unethical and degrading.

Fantastic experience: I am here at Affordable Dentures and alot has changed. You all are not trying to help the customers. I have Economy Plus and since I 've had them I can't wear the bottom set. Also to get adjusted it's a big problem. But when I was spending money you can help a person. I will not tell my friends or family to come to this one.

His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to clearly explain every step made me feel completely at ease. Jennifer, the assistant, was phenomenal—attentive, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. Positive experience: Appointment was 9 am but had to wait almost 1 1/2 to be seen otherwise pleased with service. Had apt 3/10 at 8:30 AM drove an hour in dense fog to get there on time arrived at 8 am did not get seen until 10:30 after doing impression was to told to go sit in lobby for 30 minutes at 12:00 they left for lunch and just stuck and sign and left everyone sitting. Ended up being there 5 hours for an impression very dissatisfied

The Dr is the best I’ve ever seen he immediately treated my infection and he made me feel very comfortable when I usually have horrible dental anxiety (which was never disclosed ) . If you need dental work and dentures or implants please go here , they’ll treat you immaculately

Fantastic experience: Affordable Dentures served me great getting dentures for the first time. Each person down the line from start to finish! From the front desk, to the two Managers, Mark and Brittney that worked with me, to the 2 girls Leanne and Jennifer that I know I wore out with adjustments! Dr.Patel is the best. He is kind and gentle, a good listener and a GREAT dentist.And the ones in the lab they make it happen. I didn't get one on one time with many of them but they did any correction I needed. They are ALL kind people and that means so very much in the denture process. Love them all!! They all are the best!!

Negative experience: I suggest any dentist other than Dr. Shannon! Not pleased with her at all!! The day after I had more than 20 teeth pulled I called and was told that Dr. Shannon and her team were on vacation and I wouldn't be able to get any help until they came back 2 weeks later. I was advised to simply not wear my dentures. I was in the worst pain ever and nobody seemed to even care. Had I not already paid almost $10,000 I would have demanded a new dentist. The actual procedure went ok but the aftercare of Dr. Shannon is literally crap. Needless to say my experience with dentures did not start very well but the ladies here have made it as comfortable as possible. Pam and Susan were so understanding and patient with me. Every denture office needs a Pam and Susan!

Positive experience: Can't seem to get my implants correct every since June 1 2021 I've been having issues with my mouth teeth breaking or chipping, dentures breaking top and bottom replaced several times, implants or locators changed out a few times just not satisfied with service BUT the staff is friendly and I do appreciate their efforts ❤️ but every month or so like clock work I'm having some kind of mishap and have to Schedule an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Affordable Dentures and Implants in Trussville since September 2024. They are always very kind and attentive. I am a new Denture wearer and came to them in pain and in panic, my process has been loooonnngg but thats mostly been my fault. My temporary set and my permenate set are beautiful!! My advice is to chose them!! I am still having trouble with my permenate Dentures but I know that the staff will do everything they can to help me get them right! They haven't let me down yet!

Fantastic experience: I, Michael Meadows took my 85 year old Father, Bobby Meadows to have new top and bottom dentures made at the Trussville office. We had an amazing experience. The Manager Brittany did an amazing job taking care of us and even gave us a discount. All the staff, went above and beyond to make sure we received the best costumer care and service possible. My Father has needed adjustments and even then the receptionist Harmony and Brittany got us in for our adjustments as soon as possible. My Father receives compliments every day on how beautiful his smile is. Which make him feel good and smile even bigger. The Doctor's are very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. We feel like the staff at the Trussville Office are our extended family. Since, then I have taken two other family member in for wonderful experiences. I highly recommend the Trussville Affordable Dentures and Implants to EVERYONE!!! They are AWESOME and make you feel like you are part of their family. We love them!!!

Negative experience: I don't know what to say for corporate office manager and they are suppose to be same day. But I can say everyone else was super nice. I just wish I could of gotten them today.

Negative experience: This is the worst experience I have ever had ! They were very unprofessional and very negligent ! They did not listen nor care about any concern that I had . I have Been in healing dentures for over 10 months at this point and they never delivered my permanent dentures. I have been going back and forth with these people to get the help that I need and still to this day I haven't gotten anything I needed done . I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. This is the worst place and service I have ever received!

Staff great, Dr. K., Mark, Celeste, and all others including technician who assisted in fitting dentures in a patient`s mouth and the receptionist who acknowledged my presence several times without me having to come to the window while it was crowded. Had some good conversations while waiting for my fitting which went quite well. 9-16-2025. Returned again for new bottom dentures to replace the ones I inadvertently threw away. Preliminary work went well and I go back next week instead of next day because I have to work. Anyway, I was surprised to learn I will pay less because my new insurance will pay part unlike with my former insurance company. All were very good and especially the lady at the front desk that checked to see if my insurance provider would help with the payment.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is that my own personal experiences with Affordable Dentures has been excellent. First at Pell City several years ago, and now recently at Trussville. Great dentistry & great customer service.

Negative experience: My journey is m9re painful after the tooth extraction, I never anticipated such pain and I suffered because nothing for pain but motrin and Tylenol did not help my pain threshold. I will. Ever let this happen again I wanted to go to the ER but I was embarrassed. There soul be a law against this .

Negative experience: I went to get a tooth on my denture repaired which I was told they could do. After 1 1/2 hrs. I was told they only did one repair a day and I would have had to wait a week but they could do a new set of dentures or implants. They may be ok but I won’t use them.

Fantastic experience: They were very nice and fast. My visit was not long at all.

Negative experience: The dentist broke a chisel and it went down my throat. We went to an Urgent Care Center and they took X-RAYS. After the X-RAYS were reviewed they sent me to the hospital for treatment. At the hospital they took more X-RAYS and a CT Scan which showed the broken chisel in my insides. It took three and a half weeks for the piece of the chisel to pass out of my body. In lieu of a lawsuit I was told by one of the employees that I would get implants instead of partials for all of the misery they caused me. I went back today to talk to the new doctor and was told I would have to pay over $9000 for the implants. Apparently the employee who told me that I would get implants is no longer employed by Affordable Dentures and of course there is no record of what he told me. I would not recommend anyone to go to Affordable Dentures after the way they have treated me.

Negative experience: Place is horrible they had me signing papers while under the influence of meds my implants broke not even 6 months of having of them and they had the nerves to try and charge me 1500 to get them fixed now I will be honest some of their staff are lovely but most of them are unprofessional don’t waste your time this place is a money grab !!!

Negative experience: Drove about 2 hours to get here for my daughter appointment at 12:30 pm and nobody is here. They could call me head of time, side waste gas to get here. Very disappointing .

Negative experience: Horrible office. I made an appointment online ,all my information was taken,as well as my concerns. The office didn't think it was important to capture that information and want to give me implants when I needed a tooth extracted. The female doing xrays is so in her feelings she wanted to start some crap with me, knowing I was in serious pain. So much that she blamed my xrays "looking off" to me not standing correctly. That girl is on drugs or something. A whole day wasted bc they didn't want to read the intake form...don't waste your time here

Fantastic experience: Started my "journey" with Affordable Dentures/Implants a few months ago. I was not sure what to expect coming into it seeing how i have had my share of less than pleasureable experiences @ other Dental facilities. I was pleasantly suprised. The Dentist was very professional & was glad to answer any & all inquiries i had about what he was doing/going to do. I expressed to him my fear of the Dentist Chair & he seemed to make every step of the process as painless & as comfortable as possible. He was happy to take care of any post procedure pain issues that arose without hesitation. His assistant also was very professional & attentive to my needs/questions & concerns. Oh & the girls @ the front desk were a "hoot". Very informative, helpful & kept my mood positive thru-out the whole ordeal. Also always accommodated around my tricky work schedule. OVERALL I WOULD GIVE AFFORDABLE DENTURES & IMPLANTS IN TRUSSVILLE A 10/10 ACROSS THE BOARD & WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !! AND THE COST COULD NOT BE BEAT WHICH IS ALWAYS GOOD !!! THANKS !

Fantastic experience: We visited this location after transferring from another location that we didn’t feel satisfied with. Melinda was in town from Nashville working at this location and she quickly resolved the issue my mom was having. She was so down to earth but so professional as well. Thank you so much Melinda for getting down to the root of her problem and helping her tremendously!!

Positive experience: The experience was pretty good. The employer was very friendly. I was sitting down watching family feud on the TV. Waiting patiently while I get my tooth extracted. The only problem I have is it's too long of a wait. I've been waiting hours at least 3 to 2 hours. That's the only problem I have. I get that they wear doing that surgery for somebody but other than that I thought it would have had more doctors to take care of the other people at least.

Negative experience: I took my nephew there this morning for an emergency appointment to have tooth extraction @ 8:20 they were over booked and slow the receptionist doesn't stay at her desk long everyone van here what rhe dentist discuss with you about your case @ about 11:40 we was told to come back @ 4:00 because they were over booked that was just u exceptable to have him come back @ four it wasn't hus problem they over booked I wouldn't advise this place to anyone nor will he gi back there again .

Fantastic experience: Everything and everybody was really great from desk to the doctor. I received care that was very thorough and the best personalized care ever. I can truly say that I got way more than I was thinking that I would get.

Negative experience: Numerous time's told To come for My appointment , After Confirming it with them that morning to come , Then when I got there told someone had to go or couldn't get anything done today . Damage done to My Dentures. Repaired the damaged area with a patch without even an apology or even letting Me know something about the damage .

I have struggled with my self esteem due to my dental issues for years and have been so afraid to go to any dentist after multiple bad experiences! They walked me through step by step and it was great that I could use the care credit to get everything done up front and have monthly payments to pay it off!

Negative experience: They were super nice but in all I did not have a great experience. The first SCHEDULED appointment I had was to do a tooth extraction and a mold to get an implant. I was there for 6 hours! The mold for my teeth, so I could get fitted a temporary (denture type) tooth, was the usually mouth guard and the foam like substance that grows and hardens. When doing this she applied way too much and it went literally all the way down my throat. I ended up vomiting because of this. She kept saying this was normal but I have had multiple impressions done and I’ve never experienced this. I got a very expensive quote from them, I do not have insurance so I was expecting it. But I received a second quote from another place and it was literally half the cost! When going in for my second appointment just to pick up and get my temporary fitted (was told it would be 30 minutes the most) ended up being a 2 and a half hour appointment. The woman at the front desk and the man doing my quote was very nice. That was the only pleasant experience I had.

Fantastic experience: Affordable dentures is a wonderful place. I actually got grafts done and am going back to get the snap in-dentures. Everyone there has been terrific and I love the new dentist. He is remarkable.

Fantastic experience: My Mom is 91yrs and her exact description for the staff was "professional and kind." Her exact word for the office is "very clean." I agree. I will add, the staff was very patient and communicated very well my Mom as well as with me. They listened carefully to what my Mom wanted done (including an added feature) and explained every step of the procedures to follow including giving an estimated timeline. We're also grateful for the convenience of this location. The waiting room was very spacious. This visit exceeded our expectations.
