Negative experience: I have had the absolute worse experience here! They have terrible customer service. I had a crown come off 3 times that they made and they charged me to put it back on. Will never go back!

Fantastic experience: Top tier care!! I was a walk in having unimaginable pain (I'd rather be in labor again) and they took such great care of me. They were patient with me... bc I was a mess. Took me back almost immediately. I had a diagnosis, referral, and prescription in less than 30 minutes. I have found my new Dentist office!!

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Amy! I had the best cleaning ever. She removed stains that had been there a long time. She was both meticulous and gentle. Thank you to Inverness Family Dentistry.

Positive experience: Excellent care — the hygienist was gentle and professional, and the doctor was warm and informative. My only disappointment was the phone experience; the staff member I spoke with was unnecessarily rude, which doesn’t reflect the great work done by the clinical team.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Inverness Family for a long time and the staff and providers have all been great! Dr. Buczek has been my dentist for the majority of that time and he does an amazing job as far as all around 1st class dental work. And not only that but is really patient, kind and personable. I highly recommend Inverness Family and Dr. Buczek!

Negative experience: I have been coming here for 10 years; the provider is the best, but the billing practices are horrible. Randomly owed $0.50, 3 months after my visit, and they sent me a letter with a $20 fee, aging fee. Visit them and find out for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Brittany Johnson is kind, compassionate, and very thorough in her care. She tells you what you may need to do to improve your dental health, which will improve your overall health. She is going to be my lifetime dental hygienist.

I have been going to this dentist's office for a couple of months, and I highly recommend this office in the 280 area! Shoutout to Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Destiny for taking excellent care of me! Negative experience: Partners sold. Big company moved in. All the dentists moved on. Totally starting from scratch. It’s sad. I have been going to this dentist since the late 90’s.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient at Inverness Family Dentistry. My hygienist Brittney Johnson is incredible. She did a great job and explained things to me I had never thought to ask before! Dr. Buczek is so warm and friendly and very thorough and informative. He gave me plenty of time for questions - no rush at all! From the front office to the back exam room, everyone was friendly and professional! I highly recommend Inverness Family Dentistry!

Negative experience: Very hurt and disappointed. After 20+ years of using and recommending this dentist-for our last "scheduled" appointment (after multiply "confirmations") 15 minutes (after being in 280 traffic for 45 minutes)-I get a call to "reschedule" me. My husband had an appointment at the same time with another dentist. No offer of another dentist and come on (since i did tell them that I was close, had been in traffic awhile and it was not a short distance for me). Needless to say we cancelled his appointment also. No more-will not put myself out to use this office again.

Positive experience: The only drawback I was there at least 15 minutes before my appointment sitting in the lobby and Jordan the hygienist called wanted to know how far out I was I said I’m in the lobby lady/ reception never looked up to see I was signing in she was on the phone. I saw four other people come in behind me and signed in and she tore top sheet off. The receptionist filed to notice my name on the sheet. I went out to receptionist and told her I was there and I already signed in and she had to go back and pull sheet.
