Fantastic experience: Went for my first appointment today. Christy and Dr Ryan were most kind. Looking forward to the follow up appointments. Went this afternoon for a crown preparation. The whole thing was very pleasant,from Dr Ryan and the two young ladies working on me. The lady at the front desk was very kind! Thanks so much! Will be recommending friends and family. I have undergone extensive dental work over the years, and my experience with Dr. Draiss was truly the best I’ve had. The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional, and they made me feel comfortable and respected throughout my visit. He is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! His staff is pleasant and goes beyond to provide excellent service. This week,Kelly assisted my 86 year old neighbor in loading my walker in her car. The same sweet lady cleans my teeth each time (her name starts with a “C”). She is always gentle and thorough. Dr Draiss is extremely nice and thorough. The office is very calming and friendly. I never have to wait for my appointment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND “CCD”!

Negative experience: I hope this review stands out to anyone considering going here. BEWARE. Going to begin with I absolutely have no idea how these crooks have such good reviews. I could go into great detail but long story short, they did a root canal on me and first of all both assistants gave me a feeling as if they had no idea what they were doing by the comments they were making. Secondly, not only did my husband paid for this procedure IN FULL because my insurance wasn't active but once my insurance was active, they got paid then again by the insurance company. They refused to refund any money to us what so ever. They LITERALLY stole money from my husband and the insurance company. Went to another dentist and was told the whole procedure basically was done completely incorrectly and they had so much cement on my temp crown that they were baffled I wasn't having pain or discomfort. Ended up spending more money to get it corrected. They also started either blocking our calls, or just not answering because they knew our number. The lady at the front desk became super disrespectful and told me I should've came back to THEM to fix what issues I was having. Just a insensitive completely fraudulent place. I have warned everyone I can possible warn about not going here. Not only I have had issues but I've came across several people that they did terrible work on and messed them up to the point where it basically could not be repaired. Absolutely ridiculous.

I almost fell asleep well I was getting my teeth clean, Savanna is that gentle. Dr. Darius is gentle with you. From check in to check out this place is very painless. Love going there. Going to the dentist is pleasant and not scary.

Fantastic experience: I live in Chelsea and have been in need of a dentist. So I decided to give Dr. Draiss a shot with something simple. First appointment was for two crowns! I was nervous going in but as soon as I got to reception, I was greeted with a smile and was told exactly what to expect. The entire process was incredibly smooth and painless. Dr Draiss and his staff are phenomenal. He will be my regular dentist from here on out. They are super accommodating and patient comfort is a top priority. They also do a fantastic job explaining everything and informing you on what they’re doing but also your best next steps after the appointment is over.

Fantastic experience: I am having to have my bottom teeth replaced. I could not afford implants so I have chosen to have a denture. Dr. Drais’s office has the newest and most up to date technology in Dentistry. So far I have had 2 different short appointments. Each one was a different kind of impression of my lower teeth/gum to make sure that they would fit properly. I am so excited to see what the outcome will be. Savannah was my hygienist, and she was amazing. Very informative and engaging, and helped to ease my tension about the entire experience. Christy the hygienist I was with, was the sweetest person you will ever meet, She did not make me feel like I was in a dental office she truly cares about her profession, her calling and her patients.Christy was incredibly thorough! They also made sure to fit me in the schedule to accomplish my cleaning in a timely manner that worked for me. I would definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: Terrible. I complained that the cleaning was hurting a little bit, and the nurse took that as an offense, so she proceeded to make sure that hurt even more after I said that. And then polished one of my teeth and smeared over the rest in about five seconds, and said she did it because she didn’t wanna hurt me. Everyone has an attitude. Like a specific nurse, whose name starts with C, and has fake tan….don’t go there.

Kelly was so helpful and patient when it came to uncovering and explaining the many layers to my insurance coverage. Dr. Drais was thorough and also quite affable. The entire experience from my initial phone calls to my first appointment was a positive one and I would recommend this office to everyone I know.

Positive experience: Will not return. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude. She literally made my 4 year old grandson cry. She’s the only rude person there but she is at the front reception area so it’s makes a bad impression on the business.

The hygienist was excellent and the Dentist examined me and answered all my questions. It was a very good experience.
