They replaced a crown on one of my teeth and conducted a root canal and new crown on another, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He is an extremely skilled dentist and the whole staff was very friendly and informative. They also took care of all the insurance and just made everything so easy.

The office is spotless and uses the latest technology. I had a partial denture made and it came out perfect. I don' t even know its there.

Fantastic experience: So, I've previously not had great experiences with dentists, so I ultimately prolonged finding a new one or going. Although I ended up having to go due to some dental issues, I landed on Green Dental, and I am forever grateful. The staff are wonderful and each experience I feel like ive been remembered and valued. Each visit is clearly explained and understood and that includes the cost of everything and what insurance will and will not cover. I am coming up on a year now going to Green Dental and I don't see myself going anywhere else. Dr. Kwan thank you and your staff for everything so far!

I was surprised by the level of attention and professionalism the team at this dental clinic provided. Dr. Kwon was excellent. Very attentive and kind. Explain everything clearly and in a calm and patient tone. I could tell he was very experienced. Im not sure where the negative comments are coming from. I had a very positive experience. I felt like i was an actual human patient!

Negative experience: Theresa was very rude on the phone. I told her my insurance. She said only older people have that. I said no disabled people do too. She then tried to argue with me. I asked to speak to someone else. Then she told me she wasn’t going to argue and hung up. How do you work in healthcare and have no idea Medicare is not just for seniors?? How do you think it’s ok to actually tell me rudely three times in a row that I’m wrong about my own insurance?? I really feel bad for her family and those who must live or work with her, the type who is never wrong and never apologizes. Narcissistic, ignorant, toxic. I’m glad I never had to see her or speak to her in person! She seems to possibly write all the replies to reviews for this business, and just saying there’s no record of that patient doesn’t mean much when there’s a dozen reviews like that, that move loses effectiveness. Sounds like you all need a deep honest look in the mirror

Fantastic experience: The office is very modern and up to date. The staff is very kind and knows what they are doing, from front office to the back office staff. The dentist is amazing. Has a great gentle touch, very kind and caring. I am so happy with this dental office and highly highly recommend this dental practice. (I am not to sure about what these others are talking about, with the dentist not being gentle or kind, he is amazing)

Negative experience: This dentist claims to be “gentle and kind” but do yourself a favor and stop lying to yourself. You are by far one of the worst healthcare workers I have encountered. The arrogance, the unnecessary remarks, the lack of respect for your patients is astounding. The education a person has says a lot about them, and yes Dr. Kwon may have a lot of knowledge, but his attitude says otherwise. If you can’t be patient or kind to your patients, reconsider working in the healthcare system because this visit was truly disappointing. Muchas gracias por nada.

Negative experience: One of the most challenging, arrogant dentists i have encountered. Part of what makes a good healthcare worker, is having a good attitude and making sure the patient feels safe and comfortable in this environment. I can say this man is not a good dentist because of that. Both of my family members who have come here have had unpleasant experiences with him, and it is truly upsetting. If you don’t act with kindness and patience to EVERY patient, then i am truly sorry for you Dr, Kwon. Do better in the future, and stop acting unprofessional and petty. If I could rate this place 0 stars would gladly do that.

Fantastic experience: Front Desk is always friendly and efficient. Dr Kwan has been my dentist for 3 years now. I had to have a crown replaced on short notice and Green Dental got me in quick. I just had my teeth cleaned and even though it's not an enjoyable experience due to some gum recession, Dr Kwan is gentle and I feel treated as a person and not a job. Thank you Dr Kwan.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kwon is very thorough and listens to my concerns. I once had a tooth infection with severe pain. Dr. Kwon came in on Federal holiday to prescribe an antibiotic and pain medication. His response to my dental emergency has made me a committed patient.

Positive experience: They were ok. Went in for an infection caused by an old route canal. When I got there I waited a little over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and greet me. The general staff was very nice when assisting me. But the Doctor said very little to me when I was there. Felt like he gave me a prescription and pushed me out. I don't know if I did something to offend him while there but I don't understand why he was borderline rude to me while I was there. Aside from that he fixed what I came for with minimal pain and got me in and out quickly.

Dr. Kwon and his staff are very kind and have provided me with excellent dental services all the times I have been there since 2016. All my dental cleanings, cavity fillings, and other dental treatments performed by Dr. Kwon and the dental hygienist have been bearable, thanks to their gentle and caring nature. I know how important dental hygiene and care are for my health and Dr. Kwon and his staff make it easy to decide to go there again. The office is immaculate and organized, and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. I would recommend Green Dental without hesitation to anyone.

Negative experience: Assistants and desk staff are great. Doctors lacks any bedside manner and seems to treat medicaid patients differently. Which is unfortunate because I have only been in it a month.

Negative experience: BEWARE: These people are scam artists. I decided to go here after a couple years of neglecting dental checkups so I was a little worried what sort of attention my teeth would need. My previous dentist took good care of me and I needed a filling here and there, nothing major. During my Green Dental visit, the dentist told me I needed 13 fillings and a crown. They told me a tooth had split in the middle down past the gums. The crown alone was quoted around $800. I was shocked to hear how much had gone wrong in just the last 2 years between checkups. Skeptical, I decided to get a second opinion. I went to another dentist and forewarned him that I probably need a crown and several fillings. He laughed and said "let's not jump to any conclusions yet." I pointed to the exact tooth Green Dental said needed a crown and he laughed again. After doing a thorough inspection, it turns out I only needed one very small filling and NO CROWN. The total for the filling was $55 versus the $1500+ Green Dental would have had me pay. If you've been visiting this place for dental work, I suggest switching providers since you've probably been scammed into paying for things that don't need to be done.

Fantastic experience: I had to change my dentist this year due to insurance and I was a bit worried about going someplace new after being with my previous dentist for about 7 yrs. However, I am extremely happy with the choice I made. Theresa (the Dental Assistant) and Dr. Kwon were both terrific. Nothing felt rushed, as they both took the time to clearly understand all of my previous dental issues. Dr. Kwon personally did the basic cleaning while performing the initial exam. I can easily recommend this dental office without any reservations.

At my daughters suggestion, I signed up for the Beta Dental plan and went to meet Dr Kwon and his team. I can't recommend Dr Kwon and his staff enough. I am so thankful I found Dr. Kwon and the Green Dental team! I was in need of major dental work that resulted in a root canal. Because of my high dental anxiety, Dr. Kwon gave me a referral to a great oral surgeon and I returned for post-op visits. Every step of the way I was informed of what was happening and there were no surprises! Dr. Kwon, Theresa and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing! They have found a customer for life! It is a welcome change from the last dentist I had!
