Fantastic experience: They take a lot of photos and are thorough in the examination and explanation of any findings. Yetta (sp?) was a fantastic hygienist-careful, accommodating, while also working quickly within my time constraint. Updated technology, with multiple tvs for potential distraction. Dr Sparks was kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly and helpful. Dakota did a great job on the x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Sparks was also friendly and welcoming. Overall good experience!

Negative experience: Awful place, awful service. They will not explain your insurance plan to you before you get anything done and then you’re slapped with an outrageous bill because they didn’t do their job properly. She said “ it’s the patients job to know your insurance “ ma’am you know dam well know one knows their insurance. Save your time and money. Wish I could give no stars because they’re not worth even 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Always such an amazing experience coming to Espire. Dr. Chu is the most knowledgable and attentive doctor. Dakota the hygienist is very accommodating and personable. I absolutely love coming into this office and leaving with relief and a comprehensive understanding of what’s going on with my teeth.

Fantastic experience: My husband had a thorough cleaning today, 07-07-26. Erika at the front desk was super… she confirmed what the dental insurance would cover-which was great news. Yeta actually cleaned my husbands teeth and was just wonderful. Because my husband has Alzheimer’s, Yeta was so gracious, patient, and she would laugh with my husbands short conversations. The staff overall, was great and the Doctor was very good with my husband. I highly recommend Espire Dental in Westminster.

Negative experience: I had an emergency late last night and booked an appointment this morning. I got multiple confirmation texts and emails as well as information on how to contact the practice and provider. I showed up 15 minutes early and waited because I knew they didn’t open until 8. I then proceeded to wait outside the front for an additional 15 minutes while I called their practice. No response. I ended up having to go to an urgent care. This was all misrepresentation and bad automated responses; be wary if you have a time crunch or an emergency.

Fantastic experience: I had a frustrating experience with my clear retainers with the previous dentist. Dr Chu spent time addressing my concerns as well as taking over my treatment plan. The office manager Alexis worked to make it right and I appreciate the entire teams efforts!

Fantastic experience: Visited several dental practices in the area and wasn’t satisfied. I’ve now been to Espire twice and have been very impressed with the quality of their cleanings, the thoroughness of their reviews, and their recommendations. I won’t be reconsidering where to go for future cleanings anymore.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chu and the Espire staff are wonderful. I chipped my tooth one night and left a voicemail asking to get it checked out. They called me back first thing in the morning and were able to get me in same day, and fix my tooth the same day. The staff was great and super helpful. It was a relief to get my tooth addressed and fixed so quickly. Highly recommend Espire in Westminster!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, have to change my 5 stars review from 6 years ago to 1 star. A lot changed in the 6 years, but most importantly quality of service. Why do I call them and nobody answers, ever? I leave voicemail and nobody calls back. I send a text message IN REPLY to their message and never hear back. And when I stop by to pick up my retainer and inform them that I don’t have an appointment because nobody ever called me back - no apologies. When I need to understand my charges - no information available. And the charges oh charges - why do you need to do series xray that my insurance covers once every 5 years, instead of bitewing xray, when I heard doctor say “do bitewing xray”. I don’t know if I ever hear back from them to hear the answer to my question. Anyway, Espire dental is about extracting money from you, not a good service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a strong fear of going to the dentist, which led me to put it off for a few years and unfortunately, I ended up needing a deep cleaning, three fillings, and two crowns - a first (and second) for me! From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly kind and understanding. They never made me feel judged and took the time to clearly explain all of my options and pricing, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Sparks and Courtney have both been fantastic; so patient, reassuring, and attentive throughout every visit. I’ve now completed all of my treatment, and I’m so grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend, especially if you’re nervous about dental work :)

Fantastic experience: Pleasantly surprised. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff who took their time explaining the x-rays and pictures and treatment plans. Going back for regular cleaning and maintenance. Upped my stars in my review as I have since needed a crown and was worried about losing the temporary over the holidays. Temporary was done well and never worked loose and Courtney called as the permanent crown came in early and Dr. Chu and she worked me in on the 23rd of December, in time for our big family meal on Christmas Eve. Made my Christmas

There’s a TV mounted right on the ceiling, so you can kick back and enjoy some entertainment during your treatment. And get this: a large monitor positioned directly in front of the chair displays your X-rays and vibrant color photos of your teeth. As a total visual person, this was a game-changer for me—it made everything so clear and simple to understand what was going on with my oral care! My hygienist, Yera, was an absolute superstar: super friendly and went way above and beyond to ensure I was totally comfortable. My teeth were in rough shape, but she poured her heart into it and got them looking phenomenal! Dr. Chu was equally warm, approachable, and fantastic—what an incredible duo! If I’d known a dental visit could be this amazing and stress-free, I never would have delayed it for so long—I’m hooked!

Fantastic experience: I love my dental office and my hygienist was excellent! I used to be scared to see my dentist, but not here! I am soothed, and relaxed. I can watch YouTube or Netflix to distract me. And that all helps me sit back and enjoy my time.

Negative experience: Dental work is all right The office seems to have issues with billing office will give a quote and then in multiple experiences it ends up costing 3 to $500 more than originally quoted... Very frustrating when you're living on a budget and I don't think it was even billed through my insurance correctly

Negative experience: I had the most worst dental experience of my life at Espire Dental. My hygienist, Dakota, was not only unprofessional but alarmingly incompetent. She sprayed so much water on my face that it was literally running down my neck, skipped flossing several teeth entirely, and had no idea how to handle flossing around a permanent retainer, something any trained hygienist should know. She couldn’t even operate the chair properly. It felt less like a dental cleaning and more like a sloppy training exercise at my expense. I’ve been a patient here for two years, but after this appointment, I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so nice and professional. Dr. Lim is literally the best doctor. He is great, not only in his work but has a great sense of humor. Fantastic experience: I moved to Colorado from Florida and was always intimidated by going to the dentist. I also had some bad experiences with the dentists being very rough and forceful. Because of this I was a little behind on cleanings when I came here. The whole staff makes me feel very comfortable and they are always gentle and check in with how I’m doing. I’ve had a couple more complex procedures done here and I always feel like they have my best interest at heart. They have offered referrals to dental surgeons but if it’s something I don’t want to do right away such as getting my wisdom teeth removed they are understanding and non-judgmental. Negative experience: My granddaughter had made an appointment online and they took her insurance on the documents and than when she walked in there the lady told my granddaughter that they don’t take our her insurance. Even though online it says they did a complete waste of our time. Very disappointed

Negative experience: Was initially really happy when they were still Fox Creek. Loved Vanessa as a hygienist and the original dentist I saw. My last 2 visits I saw Dr. Lim, and he is also a great dentist. However, Vanessa moved to another location and the hygienist i saw in Sept was just...blah. Rushed, barely acknowledged me and seemed like she hates her job. I take excellent care of my teeth so, even with Xrays, my visits are usually 30 min. I had to go back for a crown and Dr Lim and his assistant did a great job. I was told they would book my perm crown appt before I left as it would take 1 to 2 weeks to come in. The front office lady took my money but made no appt. It has been over 2 weeks and I have called 4 times. Three during business hours, yet had to leave a message (left 2 out of 3 calls). Just called again, another VM. Have yet to get a return call. Meanwhile, my temp crown is almost completely worn away, I have constant pain and still no appt. As Fox Creek, they were 5 star. As Espire, it is about in and out and money. Patient care is a afterthought.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Espire Dental for years, and they've always provided outstanding care. A couple years ago, I started having issues with an aggressive bite that affected my sleep negatively. Thanks to Invisalign and other treatments, my bite improved, and my sleep is so much better now. Dr. Lim and the team at Espire Dental really made a difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great dental care.

Fantastic experience: Went for 2 crowns (never had this done before). Dr.Lim was upfront and kept my nerves cool and collected. He works fast, efficiently and keeps you informed through the entire process. Negative experience: The first time I came here it was excellent. Unfortunately when I came back I didn’t have a great experience. For the first time in my life my cleaning hurt- my tech was not very careful and really was hurting my gums. I also was asked if I wanted a fluoride treatment but was not told this would be an additional cost until I checked out. I wish I would’ve known because I wouldn’t have done it. That felt very shady and for those reasons I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Vanessa and Dr. Lim at this location! It was the most fun I've ever had at a dentist appointment. This was my first appointment with them since I recently moved locations, and the new patient process was very efficient and easy to follow. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Vanessa took x-rays and photos of my teeth, and she showed me the photos and was very thorough in explaining everything to me, which I found to be really interesting and cool. I would absolutely recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: Since being acquired by Espire, I don't trust this practice anymore. Out of the blue, we've started getting unclear add-on bills in the mail following appointments. At my last appt, they started using an AI tool to help diagnose, and the number of cavities my wife and I were being diagnosed with shot up significantly. We felt the need to visit two other dental practices to double check what they were telling us, and recently decided to move elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I did a cleaning a few days ago. Pramilas is my hygienist and did a great job. She made me feel comfortable and is super nice! I have also been doing my Invisalign treatment with them. I am very happy with the results so far. Thank you to Dr. Lim and all the staff members here!

Our hygienist Vamsssa is delightful, pleasant and educates us on best practices for our home care between cleanings! We leave knowing more and have never felt that there was anything other than genuine care coming from the folks here. Alexus at the front desk helped me understand our coverage and how to get the most from our insurance. Dr L immediately set me and my kiddo at ease and has a really positive disposition as we work towards our healthies smiles. Thank you Fox Creek team!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I cancelled before my first appointment because they charge $150 if you cancel with less than 24 hours. I understand a cancellation policy, but that is the steepest cancellation fee I have ever seen. I already pay for insurance, if I have an emergency or get sick and can't show up for my appointment, that's just another charge for something beyond my control.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lim recommended a mouthguard device as an alternative to CPAP for sleep apnea treatment and the difference is amazing!! Who knew you could get sleep care at the dentist? I still come here for my dental care despite moving into denver- great office

Negative experience: WARNING: This office uses illegal billing practices as well as shares your information by having patient calls on speaker phone while others are sitting in the waiting room. When I was in the waiting room, the front desk person had a call on speaker and I heard a fellow patient provide their insurance information as well as their social security number which is a clear violation of hippa and personal privacy. They sent me a bill before even sending in a claim to my insurance. They never called me to verify my insurance or information, despite me paying my insurance deductible upfront. They claimed that my insurance denied all of the services I received and that I needed to pay more. Once getting in contact with my insurance and reviewing my policy information, I found out that they had never even sent a claim to begin with. It took me multiple tries to contact the office after I had asked for additional information in regards to the bill because they stopped answering and kept sending me to voice mail. After hours of calls they admitted that they read the charges wrong and that they needed to resend the claim. They also tried to charge me for a cleaning on my bill which I didn’t get and would have put me out of cleaning services for another 6 months. A word to the wise: always ask for the explanation of benefits from your insurance, especially if they claim that the insurance “didn’t cover” the services they provided.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I STILL really love this place! Vanessa is AMAZING! She’s taken care of me the last 2 years I’ve been here when it comes to cleaning my teeth. Dr. Lim is also super super nice and awesome and is always complimenting my teeth! I have been recommending this place to my coworkers!! I LOVE this office! Everyone was super friendly and nice! I felt very welcomed coming here. Vanessa did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my teeth! I highly recommend Fox Creek Dental.

Fantastic experience: I love it here! I’ve been coming to this place for a few years now, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The decor and environment is super nice and the people are even nicer! Everyone is happy and helpful (they gave me a bunch of guidance navigating insurance, Invisalign, etc) and I always leave knowing that they did great work. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to!!

Negative experience: I only dealt with Fox Creek Dental for a year and in just that time I had enough bad experiences that I feel like warning you. They’re incompetent and deceitful in their business and it will harm you, cost you, and they might insult you while they’re at it. It started coming out when I needed a nightguard from them. When they told me how to take care of it, they said to just use water. They specifically said do not brush it, do not use denture cleaners on it. If that sounds wrong, it is. On my next visit, they said brushing it is fine, but just that. On a third visit, they said denture cleaners are fine, too. This is not some innocent mistake because it gave me inflamed gums on that second visit, which required extra and costly treatments. They also told me they keep the nightguard scans on file so they can just order another if something happens to yours. When I asked them about that on a later visit, they told me they delete all their scans every couple months, so that was a deceptive sales tactic. That alone was enough. Then, six months after, I got a threatening letter telling me I had two weeks before they send me to collections for some bill they never contacted me about. These people have every bit of my current contact info and never sent a word about some bill, but I definitely got a bunch of advertisements from them in that time. I looked at the postmark on this letter they sent me. They threatened action within two weeks of the day they printed it, but also didn’t bother to actually mail it for ten days. So, that’s what you should know. Deal with them at your own risk. They may post some response on here, but they didn’t care what I said until I promised I would publicly call them out for the above. Then they were interested. It just shows you what's important to them; profit.

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever, don’t waste your time, they just refer you to another dentist. No communication been in pain for days and haven’t heard nothing from them? Left multiple messages.They just will take your money with no help. I don’t even know how there still in business?

Fantastic experience: Just moved here and was looking for a good dentist and it was great! Vanessa, my hygienist, did a great job of cleaning and helping me learn how to take better care of my teeth. They also have cool tvs for showing X-rays and pictures as well as ones on the ceiling to not be bored. Dr Lim was great and very efficient when examining my teeth. They also took a lot of time and effort to make sure I was comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Vanessa, the dentist I had today, was a genius. The crew, all around was very nice, professional, and I walked out like a whole new me. I just couldn’t be happier about my time today. Vanessa needs to be paid double for her comfort, demeanor, and overall care. Fantastic. Keep in mind, I drive 35 miles one way to come see her, and I’d gladly drive 100.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, exam and technology. I went today for a cleaning and found our new family dentist. Girls at front desk were lovely, hygienist Vanessa was very detailed and knowledgeable, doctor friendly and honest.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome, respected and comfortable as a patient and a fellow dental professional.
