Fantastic experience: Great experience! This was my first appointment at the dentist office, and everyone couldn’t have been more open, friendly and kind. Knowledgeable staff that explained everything and answered all my questions.

Positive experience: Its right on the edge of 5 stars, but I just don't really like going to any dentist. The staff are nice, and the proscess doesn't hurt. Not what I imagined that the first dentist spot I would go to would be like. The waiting room is wonderfully decorated n there's fish, some Lego sets. Staff at the front desk were also the nicest people I've met in a while. There's also a miniature arcade, which my little brother has great joy in during our visits.

I was traveling this week to Michigan for business and wound up with my bridge just killing me. My wife contacted them and just a few hours after I landed back in Denver - I was in a chair being taken care of. Fantastic experience: Excellent care, accurate diagnosis and reccomendations for treatment, kind and encouraging communication from the team working on my oral health. They will give you clear and helpful advice and options. Their focus is your health and alleviating pain and distress, not upcharges or increasing their profit margin. Many years ago we received expensive recommendations from other dental groups and then we came to the Family dentist , and they were politely saying , well , that's not probably needed. We would recommend these steps which are likely to give you the best outcome. And they were proven right over the years. We have excellent dental health.

No one called me back not even my Doctor’s office except Dr Smith. He called in a prescription, then root canal followed. He is my new dentist. I am forever grateful he called back. Fantastic experience: Dr. Smith and his staff were so friendly and patient with my nervous Dad. He needed extra time & patience because he was having a difficult time hearing and understanding the Dr. I was able to stay in the room & help translate. Dad was shocked at how painless the extractions happened. He also was amazed how quickly his sore throat disappeared after getting two infected & broken teeth taken out. Dr. Smith's professionalism seems to have taken Dad's fear of dental work away.

Fantastic experience: I don’t think I can say enough about Dr. Alexander Smith, his staff and his practice. Today, they had two people call out sick and with the Amazon web services experiencing a global outrage, the practice had no access to their software. Most practices would fall apart and I would be rescheduled or waiting for hours. Instead, Dr. Smith came out, brought me back for my XRays and did my cleaning himself! It’s a huge difference with a private practice where the physicians truly care about their patients and put their patients above their “bottom line”. When I ask Dr Smith the last time he did a cleaning, he smiled and said last week! And the staff is just as great! Just overall a great family dentist practice!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here since middle school, so about 17 years now. The entire staff has always been so wonderful. They truly make you feel important and valued. My toddler son had a cleaning 6 months ago and Kelly, one of the dental assistants, asked him what toys he would like to see in the treasure box for the next time. He told her he likes trucks. Today, 6 months later, she had toy trucks in there for him. I thought that was so thoughtful. They have made his introduction to dental care an exciting one. And I’m sure any parent would be beyond grateful for that. The whole staff is incredibly personable and my whole family looks forward to our visits. Thank you Dr. Smith and his amazing staff!

A year later- still the best. 08/19/24 There are times I actually enjoy myself and forget I have had horrible teeth since I was a kid. They make me want to keep up with what I need done. Thanks, Family Dentist team! Update: Kayla - great kindness and care w my tooth cleaning. Update: just got a tooth cleaning from Missy, and it was the first time I wasn't tense. Just the right amount of pressure and precision. Update: They are following the FDA and many other agency recommendations by staying closed other than emergencies. I had developed an extremely painful infected or cracked tooth and they found a way to see me, in a carefully staggered appointment so it was an empty office. I so appreciate this team. Dr Smith is STILL paying his staff, even though his income has drastically and understandably dropped due to his conscientious and responsible precautions. Great guy. Great skills. Great team. #grateful Update: Sept 12 2025. STILL the best. I had a worry free, very successful first implant procedure w Dr Smith and have returned for my second. 100% fantastic so far. If you're going to get an implant - it's going to be time consuming and expensive. That's just the nature of the procedure. But, if you do choose to get one I absolutely recommend getting it done here with Doctor Smith and his team. The expertise kindness and caring are unparalleled.

Positive experience: The dentist and staff are wonderful, however, my wife and I are existing patients and we are being schedule a full year out. Unfortunately, this means we will be looking for a new dentist that can schedule us in a reasonable time frame. It’s a shame because we really enjoyed this place, but a year out is kinda ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Smith is always sure to give you explanations about the steps of whatever procedure he is doing which is very comforting to me. As I have always had anxiety about numbing shots he is the only dentist in my nearly 70 years that has been able to give me those shots without major pain. Office people and assistants are also friendly and easy to talk to.
