Fantastic experience: Dr Bill and his staff are very kind and put you at ease. Dr Bill has a sense of humor which helps when you're nervous. The whole staff really tries to accommodate you. Even when you have to change your appt. Make sure you call ahead and very kindly rescheduled my appointment. Everyone really try and help with whatever is going on. They also try and help on finances. Don't wait until you're old like me. Go to this dentist and get your teeth checked out. So important and no fears here. Also cookie the dog feels your fear,uncomfortable or scared. Cookie comes over my first visit and put her head on my shoulder. So heart warming and I was nervous the first time. Bless Cookie with her big heart. Awesome dog Cookie.

Positive experience: Its the dentist, nobody likes the dentist however, Doctor Bill really knows his stuff, so overall it wasn't terrible! I am still in a little pain today.

Negative experience: Everyone was very polite and engaged in conversation. I was very comfortable until l went back to get my cleaning. They did a deep cleaning on my teeth only one side. Numbed me up which was extremely painful. They used the high spraying water pick on me. I've never been numbed up for a deep cleaning or any cleaning. My teeth on that side of my mouth have hurt ever since l've had this done. I did not go back for the rest of my cleaning. I feel like they damaged my teeth.

They are informative, take my concerns serious, keep the time there lite and most times entertaining. The decor is also not typical of a dentist office, which I find very fun! 100% recommend this office!!!

Negative experience: Went here for the first time and oh my gosh ! This office is very unprofessional everyone is a mess , staff has no clue what they are doing . They gave me a treatment with the ink running out and quoted me a price under Medicaid . I have worked in dental offices and have worked for Medicaid . They are charging me the difference on white fillings vs amalgam fillings which is not allowed per Medicaid. The doctor never once came to talk to me about the patient treatment . All I could hear was the assistance and doctor laughing having a good old jolly time . Also assistants that they hire off the street with no dental background could not suck the spit out. Also they applied fluoride without ever asking !!! Dr Nevin is really unprofessional . No wonder this office always has new faves and are struggling . Corporate needs to step in.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bill asked the right questions in regards to my oral health. Did a quick exam and had his assistant(Bill) take x-rays. He did not find anything of immediate concern but recommended pulling a descending wisdom tooth. Then assistant Bill did cleaning. Very easy going, efficient and informative. Everyone in office was curtious. Very satisfied with everything.

Fantastic experience: So I went a little too long between checkups however, there was no guilt or shame thrown my way for neglecting my teeth. Just some solid pain in the days afterwards, but that’s on me. Most professionals I’ve run into that spend several years or more in school, don’t do that. There’s always a tone of, “how could you?” laying just under the surface. What I received instead was solutions & explanation, Empathy & Education. What else more could you want?

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely delighted with the care provided by Dr. Phill and his staff. I had a dental issue that was initially thought to require a crown. I greatly appreciate Dr. Phill's approach, as he resolved the issue without a crown, and I left feeling much better, no longer biting my tongue or cheek. It was a simple solution. He is very kind and listens with compassion, and I appreciate that he does not seem to be motivated by financial gain. His staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had left my previous dentist due to an unwelcoming atmosphere, and this experience is exactly what I was hoping for in dental care. Thank you very much.

I have a new insurance i use which is awful and they have been so helpful! I am dropping that insurance and going back to old one because they don’t like to pay anything! This office is so easy and I don’t mind going to the dentist because we all know it’s our least favorite appt to go too! Everyone here is Fantastic!!!

Negative experience: I highly recommend staying away from Dr. Nevin Sebastian. Upon doing a full mouth deep cleaning in one session, which you're not supposed to do, he chipped the enamel off of 10 top teeth near the gum line and cracked the root of my bottom back molar, requiring the tooth to be extracted. Nevin was upset with me because I apparently wasn't flossing like I should have and did have an attitude with me during the cleaning session. Shortly after that session, I went to see an oral surgeon because I was in so much pain. I was told by the oral surgeon that my back molar was cracked, could no longer be fixed, and needed to be extracted. I was so confused because there was no previous mention of a cracked root found during that time, as I was going in every four to six months for cleanings. I was having x-rays done every time I went in for these cleanings and there was no mention of a cracked root. That explained the pain, infection, and swelling that I was experiencing. When Nevin did that last full mouth deep clean, I felt the pressure when he hit my back molar. Nevin was the only dentist I had been seeing for the last two years during the time this happened. I requested all of my x-rays. I got a few of them, but when I specifically asked about the x-rays from the appointment that I believed he cracked my molar and chipped my teeth, I was told that those X-rays could not be found. The front office can prove that I sent multiple requests over asking for all of my x-rays and was denied some due to the x-rays magically not being there. Not only did I have to have my molar extracted, I am now spending thousands of dollars to fix each tooth that he chipped. I wish I knew then what I know now.

Today Dr Bill and his staff made me so comfortable, allowed me to be afraid and helped me face my fears. This is the only dentist I've ever met who was able to not only hello me feel safe from start to finish but safe enough I have scheduled my next appointment. 10/10 best experience at the dentist of my entire life. Positive experience: Staff was friendly. Service was prompt. This was my first visit and Dr Niven sat down with me and listened to what I wanted from my visit. He responded with a plan and future options and explained what he would do for my first visit with his practice. The cleaning was painless. I recently moved to Westminster and I'm happy I was able to find this friendly and competent practice near my new home.

Fantastic experience: I have had 3 appointments here since the beginning of the month and every visit has been pleasant! The front desk staff are all very kind and quick to get you an appointment that works with your schedule. Dr. Nevin is knowledgeable, efficient, and makes every appointment comfortable! This staff has to be the nicest staff I've ever dealt with (literally every single person in this facility is kind and helpful) Last night I had a filling fall out and I was about to be seen less 12 hours later which is AMAZING. Today I had a filling by Phil. He was careful and gentle. He was kind and whitty. I left with my teeth looking great and in absolutely ZERO pain. I thoroughly enjoyed being a patient of his today! Fantastic experience: Woke up with incredible pain from an infected tooth. I found they were only a few blocks away and drove there as a new patient. These guys are awesome, and when there was a problem with my insurance card, the staff got it all figured out.

I went in for periodontal maintenance, and the care was excellent—thorough and professional. What stood out most is that this office doesn’t try to nickel and dime you at every visit, which is rare these days. The staff was kind, and the overall environment made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: To begin with, my brother referred me to his dentist whom is Dr. McGlashan. My first appointment was scheduled with ease for March 24th, 2025. I was super impressed by the kind greeting I received when I entered the lobby. I felt very relaxed while I waited. (Which wasn't very long.) I was then escorted by the dental assistant to the dental chair and she then took some x-rays of my teeth. She applied some numbing medication in preparation for my procedure. Some really good music was playing through the ceiling speakers which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Williams then came in and prior to my procedure we exchanged pleasantries and he then explained what he was goimg to be doing . The procedure was painless and well done. I was in the chair for maybe an hour (For both visits) I thanked Dr. McGlashan and his staff while scheduling my next appointment. I won't be going to any other dentist now that I have Dr. McGlashan and his staff here at Comfort Dental. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: This office was comfortable and clean. The dentist I had heard my concerns and did exactly what I asked! The appointment I had I did have to wait a little but just make sure you schedule for that. I expressed I was nervous and my dentist was kind about making me feel better, he was quick with the anesthetic and the procedure. I’m very pleased with the work he did and you wont be disappointed!!!

Negative experience: Horrible place, the dentist was so rough and I can’t believe anyone goes there. First and last visit. I had to hold in my tears just so my daughter would see how they hurt me by a simple cleaning ( which I go every 6 months) so it should have been a simple cleaning. Worst experience ever.

Fantastic experience: The staff and Dentist are great! I lost my flex partial and I am flying to South Carolina for my grandson that is graduating from marine corps bootcamp next month. Dr Bill and his staff are making sure I can receive it before I leave. I lost a couple restorations on the lingual of 9 &10. I did not have any pain with the injection. His assistant was wonderful when applying my new restoration. She was very thorough and pleasant. I love all the posters Dr. Bill has on his walls. The front staff are very pleasant and thorough. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who has dental needs.

Negative experience: The dental assistant and dr I had for my last appointment were the worst I've had in my life. The assistant gagged me multiple times with her tools as she chatted away and seemed to forget her job, zoning out at times and seemed to have muscle control issues, only painfully hard flossing my teeth and hitting my teeth with tools. And the Dr was no less attentive. I'm planning to call in and formally complain as well. Hopefully they are responsive. For my first appt the dr was great I dont know how this one was so bad... I wont ever return.

Fantastic experience: Really excellent dental experience. The staff is extremely efficient and knowledgeable; very friendly, fast (without sacrificing quality), and helpful. The office vibe is excellent - not only is there fun dental themed rock decor everywhere, but the music is amazing (like listening to B sides of all of your favorite classic rock bands). Everything combined makes for a very chill, stress-free (and first time ever being pain-free at a dentist might I add), and overall exceptionally easy dental appointment. Would recommend.

Positive experience: Got two root canals yesterday evening. It went well. No pain or discomfort in the chair. Things went smoothly. 2.5 hours or so. But I’m not happy that he left my buildup very very sharp edged, so it cuts at my tongue and feels uncomfortable and I’m waiting 2 weeks to get my crown. Rrrrrrr.

Fantastic experience: Got Reveal Clear Aligners here and Dr. Bill worked so well with me through the whole process. Halfway through the trays started misaligning so they rescanned me and got new sets for free. Him and his staff are all very nice people and great at their jobs. Definitely coming here for all my dental needs. My teeth look so much better now!

Negative experience: Sharing my experience to prevent this happening to others. I got a total of 8 cavity fillings here. My first 4 on my left side and the other 4 on my right. I got 4 filled and had excruciating pain for MONTHS afterwards. When I came in and expressed my concerns to the dental assistant and mentioned that it had been longer then 8 weeks since the filling and I should NOT be experiencing this pain anymore. She told me it was normal, I then proceeded to tell her I believe I need a root canal (which I did) in my bottom tooth, (that they filled too deep and incorrectly). She laughed and said I didn’t need a root canal but she’ll have the dentist look at it. I heard her tell the dentist and he proceeded to laugh and say ‘she’s having that pain because her cavity fillings are deep she is fine’ they didn’t take exrays and the dentist didn’t even come over to check on the tooth. I got a root canal on that tooth from a different dentistry ( best decision ever ). When I got my other 4 on my right side filled 2/4 of the teeth now need a root canal. My new dentistry told me that eventually all my fillings that they did will turn into abscess and then turn into me needing a root canal because how deep they did it to my nerve! Also as a side note all 3 times I went to this comfort dental the dentist would be talking badly on his patients and how their teeth looked. Extremely unprofessional. Dr.bill is the one that preformed all 8 of my cavities and did not x ray me when I expressed my concerns of my teeth. Really surprised he hasn’t caught a dental negligence claim yet. Just an update, I’ve had 4 root canals on the teeth they did incorrectly and currently need a 5th done. Whatever you do, do not come here for fillings or root canals through Dr.Bill.
