Fantastic experience: The most amazing office you can possibly visit .Jennifer at the front desk is always their to greet you with a smile and get u squared away at the desk .Aujane and Dr. Winter will get you in the chair and back to smiling by the time you leave the office . Very informative and awesome at explaining what you will be having done and exploring all options within your budget and time window. Had a broken front tooth in middle of night and they literally had it fixed same day . Amazing service with a smile. One stop shop .

I had spent years switching from one dentist to another, getting different opinions on several dental issues that have plagued me most of my adult hood. They were able to breakdown the issues and correct them before they caused any more damage. I am a regular member and look forward to my visits with this office as they keep meticulous records of everything so there is little confusion about what needs to be done. Negative experience: -Horrible with billing! They failed to do their due diligence with regards to insurance and I was stuck with a $400+ bill. They don’t care about mistakes and patient is left footing the bill. -They also left my teenage daughter sitting in the dentist chair numb for an hour waiting for treatment. My daughter called me and I her to get up and leave! -Dental hygienist made rude demeaning comments to me during my dental cleaning. -Trying to upsale Invisalign…making it awkward.

Dr. Eric Winter and Dr. Heather Stamm-Winter and their entire staff are top-notch professionals. With each appointment the doctors, office/administration, and dental assistants/hygienists' teams are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and provide fantastic customer service. In August 2024, the orthodontic device Invisalign was recommended by the doctors to straighten a couple of my bottom teeth. First tray (clear braces) was worn in September 2024 and my teeth were aligned this month (September 2025). Now wearing a retainer. It worked for me because I followed their directions throughout the entire process plus continued with my teeth cleaning appointments. What a pleasant surprise receiving all the gifts this week when I graduated to retainers - So much appreciated!!! I cannot thank your dental office enough for all your assistance throughout the years!!! Please contact Bradburn Village Dentistry for your family dental needs. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Bradburn Village Dentistry for many years, and they have been great! Ashley in particular is so cheery, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I’ve seen Ashely for myofunctional therapy and also as a hygienist. I was skeptical about the myofuctional therapy, but it works and it lasts! We discovered my tongue was pushing my teeth out of place over the years, and now, with Ashley’s help, my tongue sits in the right spot and my teeth will stay put. And Dr. Winter is also wonderful and gentle. I always have a positive experience here!

As someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Fantastic experience: Slowly moving the family to a new dentist office after 20 years at our previous dentist office. I wasn't unhappy with the previous office except having some scheduling issues so I thought I would look around. What a great decision! I didn't realize what I was missing. Front desk/manager was very positive and helpful. Listened to my son's concerns and made recommendations to improve their dental and gum health. This seems basic but it wasn't just a routine of processing the 6 month cleaning. Great experience. Looking forward to my up coming appointment.

Fantastic experience: Bradburn Village Dentistry has unquestionably changed the way I feel about trips to the dentist…and I’m 46 years old, so that should tell you something. Everyone there is highly capable, has access to the latest technology, and has a joyful enthusiasm for their work. The building is full of great energy. It really creates a different atmosphere. Even when Ashley is elbow deep in my face with lasers and sandblasters like she is building a secret lab…I’m always comfortable and smiling…at least in my mind. They even identified some misalignment with my teeth that was causing some real problems. Several other dentists either missed or ignored that over the years, but we now have a path forward to correct those issues. I was working on the road for the better part of 2-3 years and wasn’t settled enough to have dentists or doctors, which meant my self care was less than ideal. Bradburn cleaned me up nice in just two visits…so this cheese grin is looking as good as ever. I don’t normally write reviews, but I honestly cannot recommend them enough. You should stop by and meet the people that make it happen. I have a feeling you will stick around. I know I will.

Fantastic experience: You can’t get better than Bradburn Village Dentistry!! From being from a family of dentists out of state, I have high expectations as to who does my dental care. Dr Winter and Dr Oliveira do not disappoint! From the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists themselves, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.
