Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure walking into the office & greeted with a smile. My hygienist was great also! She took her time and was efficient and quick! Dr. Murphy was fantastic! We took turns asking and answering questions. No one was in a hurry to get me out of there to get to the next patient. I think I’m gonna like it here!!!

Negative experience: This place isn’t what it used to be. Unreturned phone calls, office not replying to emails, and multiple calls to the office without resolution. Not surprised Dr. Jepson goes to Northpark Dental Group down the street for his cleanings instead of here.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for around 15 years and have always been treated well. Today I had to bring my kids because of lack of childcare and the staff were all very understanding and helpful keeping them entertained while I had my teeth cleaned. I am so appreciative.

Fantastic experience: I love this office and the staff. Today with my hygenist, Cassie, we tried a new approach for a cleaning that would eliminate the hypersensitivity issue I have. She used novacaine for me to tolerate a deep cleaning on two hypersensitive teeth, and it worked amazingly. I appreciated the extra step that she took to care for me, as I have PTSD from three failed implants, including the process of placing them, removing them, and enduring grafts and treatments to remediate my mouth and gum tissue from the failure. They work with my excellent prosthodontist who restored my smile and function.

Fantastic experience: Murphy is the Best! My husband and I will not go to any other Dentist. She really cares about her patients and their well being. We go outside our insurance network, so we pay more than if we stayed in network. Well worth the extra we pay. The staff are great as well. Me personally had bad experiences as a child with dentistry. Dr. Murphy's compassion for my anxiety with going to the dentist, has put my fear at ease. I Absolutely love her.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my six month checkup today, and got an education in how my care for my oral health has paid off in my having healthy gums. In addition Chi my hygienist instructed me in detail the importance of proper brushing of my teeth and gums for maintaining good oral health, as she said I have done. Instructive, supportive in discussing my oral maintenance, besides cleaning my teeth and giving me a flouride treatment afterwards. Very satisfied customer. Martin Okey

Fantastic experience: Been a patient for years. Someone who’s afraid of dental work, they are very gentle, accommodating and supportive.

Positive experience: The hygienist appeared unsure of himself and spent a lot of time reading on his display. Also, kept me laying on my back when washing out the polishing paste so I swallowed a lot of water with the paste. Very uncomfortable and I believe upset my stomach.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to this practice for about 20 years now and we love it! Dr. Murphy is so kind and gentle and she never "over-prescribes" treatment. We trust her and love talking about our travels with her! My hygienist, Cassie, is incredible. She is extremely gentle and knows my teeth are sensitive so she applies some gel before cleaning my teeth that helps a lot. But she also adjusts the entire cleaning to ensure I don't experience sensitivity or pain. I hope she never leaves the practice and I refuse to see anyone other than her!

Fantastic experience: Great staff and very friendly. They are awesome about not judging if it's been awhile since you have had your teeth looked at and are just focused about getting things in shape. Very good about keeping your budget in mind and not trying to sell you on over the top stuff but still let you know what needs to be done and your options.

I used to avoid going to the dentist but ever since finding Jepsen, Murphy and Associates I look forward to all my appointments. I recommend this place to all my friends and family who are looking for a dentist office. We recently moved out east by the airport but I refuse to change dentist offices and make the drive to come see them. I will never leave this place. If you choose JMA I promise you this will be the last dentist you will use.

Along with the exceptional technical care I receive, I am always impressed at the friendliness of all the practitioners as they exhibit smiles as bright and wonderful as those they provide for their patients!

Fantastic experience: The front and back office staff were very accommodating to squeeze me into an earlier appointment! They were very efficient, professional, friendly, kind and I would highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I found JM&A through a search specifically for TMJ treatments. Everyone I came across was kind, empathetic, listened to my issues and explained a course of treatment in great detail. They were responsive and prompt as well. I contacted them on a Monday and had my first appt and treatment on Thursday. Not only that, but I could feel the "botox" injections for my TMJ start working the next day (was told that was rare, but I'll take it!)

Negative experience: I absolutely love Dr. Kathleen Murphy. She is kind and gentle. She has injected me many times and I never felt her injecting me. But her hygienist she is rough, ( she even cut my side of my lip). She didn’t introduce her self. Also Vickie her receptionist was very dismissive. I very surprised with her because she was nice in the past. One of the reason I went to Dr. Murphy was because of my anxiety and she always made me feel comfortable, but after this experience I am looking for another dentist. I’m back to square one with fear of going to a dentist. I’m sure I can find one that will understand my situation.

Positive experience: My only complaint would be that when I'm told prior to the appointment but it's going to be a certain price, then when I get there for the appointment for some reason the price changes. I think this is insurance I'm not sure how much control this office has over that but that is very aggravating and that would be my only complaint. The dental service and the dentists and the hygienists are AMAZING!!!!

They took the extra time to fix them without me having to make another appointment. They also did not charge me for the extra time it took them for my appointment. Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient at Jepsen, Murphy & Associates, and I am thoroughly impressed, looking forward to being a patient here for many years to come. The office is conveniently located off 120th & Federal, with plenty of parking. It's on the second floor, easily accessible via a quick trip up the stairs in the open atrium, or by elevator for convenience. The waiting room offers plenty of comfortable seating and is welcoming with bright light streaming in from the many windows. The front desk staff greets you with a friendly smile, and the wait time is minimal before you're taken to the exam rooms. There are several exam rooms, all with windows providing natural light and views. The exam rooms are high-tech, and the dental assistants are quick to recap and ask questions before starting. I've had three different dental assistants so far, each of them super friendly, experienced, thorough, and knowledgeable. I've met with Dr. Murphy twice, and she is incredibly nice, personable, and gentle. She takes the time to get to know you, not just your teeth. As a dentist, she is impressive, professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Having been to many dentists over the years, Dr. Murphy ranks very highly for me.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with everything I experienced at my first visit at Jepsen, Murphy & Associates Dental. I hadn't had a checkup in awhile and was also looking to continue with the joy of getting botox to help my tmj, clenching, and grinding. I was there for 3 hours, but like I said, it'd been awhile! Every single person I encountered was so friendly and the hygienist (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was so gentle and very talented at dealing with my small mouth. Dr. Murphy is fun and knowledgable and I actually enjoyed my time at the dentist, despite hating all the pokey mouth time! The botox was injected so smoothly and I didn't have after effects like I've had before. All in all, I'm so happy I found this dental office and can get back on the road to regular checkups! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: First dental checkup for 2024 with Dr Murphy & Associates. Wonderful visit, as usual. Great care taken when cleaning and a thorough exam. Moving out of state, so this was my last visit after 20+ years of terrific care. I will miss this practice.

Her hygienists are skilled, and do all they can to make your visit as stress free as possible. My visit for a cleaning and exam today was performed by Cassie and Dr Murphy. Cassie was gentle, and she was very mindful of the issues in my mouth. The front desk staff is also very kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: If you avoid the dentist you propably are affraid of judgment from the dentist. The staff is amazing extreamly nice. They address the problem (lets face it if you avoid the dentist, and you're at the dentist. There is a problem) without making you feel bad. They just want to get as much information, to narrow down the problem and help you feel better. Dr Murphy is gental and she does have to poke around but does not jab. Highly recomend if you are scared of the dentist.
