Fantastic experience: We had to bring our daughter in for an emergency visit after a fall at her school. We were brand new patients, and I’m so grateful we found this practice! From the first call with Ari, to signing in with Jackie, to getting x rays with Julissa, and then working with Dr. Michael, our 3.5 year old had probably the best experience you could have at the dentist. The place is very kid friendly, and they kindly put Tangled on the television to keep my daughter happy and calm during the appointment. Dr. Michael was great at talking to both me and my daughter and explaining the x rays and potential next steps. I’m grateful we found this office.

Fantastic experience: We had a really great experience at this kids dentist. The staff were very kind and patient, especially with my child who was a little nervous at first. The dentist explained everything in a gentle and easy way, which helped my child feel comfortable. The office was clean, colorful, and very welcoming for kids. They also gave helpful tips on brushing and keeping teeth healthy. Overall, it was a positive visit, and I would definitely recommend this place to other families.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming to this dentist a little over a year now and now my daughter comes and overall they have been amazing from check in to check out. They know how to treat the kids during a procedure and just a normal cleaning. The best part of the dentist to my kids is the play area while waiting to be called back.

Fantastic experience: My kids love coming to the dentist here! There is a big pirate ship playhouse inside that keeps them busy before our apts. They also have a fun T shirts for them to wear every visit to earn a prize. The staff was helpful for both visits. I also love the text reminder they send. They even sent a text the morning of to not forget our shirts!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this place ever since I was little, and I don’t have anything to complain.

Negative experience: I’ll give this place a 2 star. We had a first time visit this week and did not care for the service we received. Went in for a cleaning, the dentist AND assistant wasn’t very friendly. Just said hi. Never asked us anything about the kids teeth. 2 kids. Never told me anything about their teeth after. I don’t even know if there was a cavity or not. The cleaning took 2-3 minutes per kid. Then the dentist went to a different family. For the appearance, the flooring look old. Outdated everything. Except for the painting on the walls. They have a sign that says give a review and you receive a gift card for coffee. Don’t let these reviews fool you.

Fantastic experience: First time here and its a very nice place! Looks small on the outside but once you walk in it has a huuuuge pirate ship playground that keeps your little busy before their appointment !! The fish tank is also super neat and well maintained. Im glad i came here :)

Fantastic experience: Thornton Kids Dentistry, is not like any other dentistry. I must say, my son's experience was one to remember. A very wonderful experience! Going to the dentist can be very scary, yet the moment my son walked in...until the moment we walked out, he had a huge smile on his face. In the waiting room, it was magical. Such a fun area for any kiddo to enjoy and patiently wait to be called. Going back to the work area, Shelby pleasantly greeted us with a friendly smile. I loved how she gave us a tour around, since everything was so new to us. My son felt so comfortable with her. Once my son was getting dental work done, I had many questions to ask. I must say, all my concerns and questions were addressed by the dentist. Heading out, no complaints...nothing but great things to say. My son got his goodie bag of dental care and mom even got a coffee cup filled with goodies too. Such a fabulous place with such caring and thoughtful stall. Overall, I am very impressed and pleased! I was recommended to come to Thornton Kids Dentistry for my son and I am leaving to say... I highly recommend Thornton Kids Dentistry to any family with kiddos. This mama bear is very happy with the outcome of care my son received. Thank you everyone, especially to Shelby and the dentist. We appreciate your hard work!

The dentists have always done an excellent job, and they've tried to save me money whenever they can. My kids love the pirate ship and wearing their shirts to get prizes. We have zero complaints about Thornton Kids Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: My kiddos always have the best experiences here, as someone who grew up terrified of the dentist was scared my kids would develop that same fear but thanks the all the great people and doctors that work here my kids have a positive relationship with the dentist and they love coming here! So much so they ask me to make appointments for them even when it’s not time just so they can see the fishes and play with the ship. Great place to bring your little ones!

The Dentist is knowledgeable and always so welcoming as well as the Dental Assistants . Front Staff is always so nice and outgoing !

Negative experience: Skeptical. Was told my child had 2-3 cavities (can't remember the amount now) & needed his 2 front teeth removed. I asked if he could just get the small spots off without laughing gas or anesthesia bc he has before twice & had no pain. They said no. Also, dentist showed me inside my child's mouth saying, "Do you see that here? That's a cavity." I didn't see anything. I know I'm not a dental expert but it appeared manipulative & like trying to make a pretty buck from unnecessary work + anesthesia costs. I'm writing this review bc I went for a 2nd opinion (didn't mention ANY of this to the other dentist) & was told my child's teeth were super clean, no cavities, & upon checking xrays didn't mention that any teeth were needing removal. We were sent on our way and told to keep up the good work. Form your own opinions but this is my honest experience and intuition.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Thornton Kids Dentistry is so patient and caring. Dr. Michael is amazing! My young 3 year old needed 2 fillings, and Dr. Michael created a plan that worked for us to get it done. Not to mention he literally sang songs to my son while working on his teeth. Thornton Kids Dentistry is exactly what a pediatric dentist office should be!
