After having a very negative experience at another clinic, I was honestly nervous about going to the dentist again, but North Washington Dental completely changed that experience for me. The doctors and staff are incredibly kind and take the time to explain every procedure and treatment option thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Their pricing is also very reasonable and accessible. Another great benefit is that they speak Spanish, and for patients without insurance, they offer an affordable $99 annual membership plan that helps reduce dental costs significantly. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism they provide. Without a doubt, this has become my trusted dental clinic.

Positive experience: Destiny, the hygienist is caring, careful and I felt like I received a good cleaning. I had requested to see a specific dentist for my exam and was assured I would, but he wasn't in that day. Their hours are ridiculous. Only open 3 days a week because a dozen or so back office staff left all at once. Not sure what the problem is. The office rescheduled my appointment twice.

Fantastic experience: Been using this office for probably 30+ years. Original owners have all moved on, retired, etc. I always had generally good experiences with the dentists there, especially now. Riley is really good at what she does, even though she is really busy, she takes the time to interact with you, and explain what’s going on in very good detail. She’s one of the best I have ever experienced as far as numbing you goes. Rarely feel much of anything when she does it. I am totally satisfied with her performance, and the quality of the work that she does. I highly recommend her.

She does such a great job cleaning my teeth and even when I’ve had a bad six months without flossing it’s virtually painless. I also love the dentist. Fantastic experience: I am in the process of getting an implant to replace a broken molar. Dr. Herr and the NWD staff have been amazing throughout the process. The staff have been helpful with appointment scheduling and also providing accurate insurance estimates. Dr Herr is a great Dentist. Her recommended treatments and procedures have made this process as easy and comfortable as I think is possible.

I had a really bad infection that had bothered me for years and every dentist before her just briefly looked at the issue and discounted it and said it was nothing and will go away, Dr Herr listened and did a through check on the issue and found a massive infection that if left alone would have had resulted in long life negative affects and would have required hospitalization down the road leaving permanent damages. Thanks doc you are a genius and I hope your practice grows and grows and grows. We all need a dentist like you

Fantastic experience: I'm very pleased with the procedure I had done today with one of my teeth. It was significantly lower than the teeth on both sides. The dentist built it up to look even. It looks completely natural & it was a painless procedure. My treatment plan is invisalign.

Negative experience: I went to this Dentist for years, and so did my family and friends until a few weeks ago. I had to return due to my dental work developing a crack. I was treated so rudely and then informed I could not come back because I wasn’t happy with the previous work. I had Dr Dunn who for some reason was relieved in the middle of my procedure. The female dentist never completed the work to my satisfaction. And as a result I ended up having to learn to chew with a underbite rather than fix correctly. When I was expressing my frustration about the initial situation I was told I needed to leave and not to return. I didn’t raise my voice or use any swear words. I think they forgot who their customers are. My family and friends are all finding new dentists.

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment 6 months out. Went in for the appointment, come to findout they gave my slot away to another patient without letting me know (Horrible customer service). Then they have the nerve to try to charge me for not keeping my appointment, hello I was there for my appointment!! Be very cautious using this dental services, seems they don't care about the patients only the money!.. My family & I have found a new dentist, that put it's patients first (Timber Dental Care) and GREAT customer service

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of North Washington dental for a few years now. My hygienist does an amazing job on my teeth. I have worked with hygienist Jake over the last year on my teeth and have been going for deep cleanings. With his recommendations and treatment, my gums are back to a healthy condition, and I had little plaque buildup this time. I have a problem spot on my molar that he has paid attention to and makes sure to update me on the status of it, figure out treatment for it and lets me know what is best for at home care. He is great with communicating and easing my anxiety about going to the dentist and makes it a very friendly environment. I would highly recommend this facility and especially Hygienist Jake for your dental needs.

Positive experience: Hygienist and everyone is super nice. I have been coming here for a few years now. The only thing that kind of bothered me on my last visit was that they used this blue light gun thing to look in my mouth for like 10 seconds. The hygienist said to make sure the bite on my tongue wasn’t anything serious. What he didn’t tell me was that they were going to charge me $15 for that, which is crazy because he didn’t mention that at all. I didn’t know until I was checking out and the receptionist told me I owed $15 for that. I find that deceiving and will be looking for a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been in need of a new dentist for a bunch of millennial work I've been eternally putting off. Staff was immediately friendly, comforting and kind. No guilt, no lectures, just helping me save and repair my teeth. Would recommend and hopefully I'll be posting my new smile soon

Fantastic experience: Staff were available right away to check me into my appointment. Friendly and very helpful/informative about my insurance coverage (which is a new plan for me). I was taken back to my appointment/cleaning by my very warm and inviting hygienist Carla almost immediately upon check in. The technology is beyond anything I’ve experienced in past offices and every step of the way Carla explained the process and what will be happening. Carla and Dr. Herr went into great detail about my dental exam and cleaning and how to proceed forward based on their findings. The team was transparent about cost of procedures and how they’d be able to help me if I needed it! I couldn’t love this office and their staff for!!
