Fantastic experience: I have a lot of dental anxiety, and I have been passed around from dentist to dentist, and Dr. Carrie took the time to listen to me and make me feel comfortable. We arranged a treatment plan that I was comfortable with, and Everything was explained to me in detail where I could understand in the past, I’ve had a lot of anxiety with dentist to the point where I do not want to go back, and I am looking forward to going to see carrie and starting my treatment. Fantastic experience: Dentist Carrie, Asst Stephanie, and mostly the "Front Desk Staff" Hannah & Lisa were all AMAZING!!! I broke a molar cusp, went in for a crown, and was treated very respectfully and kindly. The temp crown came off just before the holidays, and the "On Call Staff" blew me off. However, after opening back up, I was brought in quickly, the temp crown was reconstructed and glued back in place (with permanent glue). When the porcelain crown came in they installed it, after a lot of grinding off the permanent glue that was used. A fair amount of local anesthesia was used. The front desk staff, Hannah and Lisa (responsible for scheduling, billing and reception), are compassionate, knowledgeable, pretty, and very pleasant with all patient interactions. While not perfect, this is the best dentist I've experienced in 65 years.

Fantastic experience: I really love this Dentist office. Everyone is so nice. I’ve been with them for about 2 years now. I switched over when my insurance changed and my other Dentist was suddenly out of network. This Dentist takes a lot of different insurance- all in network. The hygienists are gentle but effective. Highly recommend. They are in a strip mall so not the prettiest area but once inside the office it’s very nice and welcoming.

I highly recommend this clinic, everyone is so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. As someone who gets really stressed about going to the dentist, going here really has been helping to calm my nerves. ✨

Fantastic experience: Everyone is great from office to hygienist (Rhonda) dental tech (Veronica) and Dr Cary. I love the longevity of the the staff that tells you it's a great office. I have seeing this team for 15 years

Negative experience: Everything about them was updated, modern, and they were decently nice. The hygenest was great. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I haven't changed my brushing or flossing schedule in years and had no issues with my teeth, but they claimed I had four cavities. It seemed suspicious, I would suddenly have so many, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they showed me a sleek AI generated 3D model of where I had cavities forming. And so I had them filled. But since then I've been back for a cleaning and contouring and another time strictly for a contouring, and it's still tender to bite on the side where they did the fillings. My teeth have also been slightly sensitive since then (at this point, going on 6 months) and it's just been annoying. They've looked at my teeth several times since I've gotten my cavities filled and it's it's not any better. I should have just traveled a few hours away and gone to my previous dentist.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment and it was absolutely GREAT! I had a teeth cleaning, and the hygienist was professional and personable. I was comfortable and relaxed, and my teeth look beautiful. I look forward to my next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The team is awesome. Efficient and knowledgable. The team evaluates, listens and formulates a plan for your dental work. I like them.

Negative experience: I didn't get a proper breakdown of my treatment plan or what they found in the initial visit, and walked away after my second appointment with more work done than expected. The fillings weren't polished, feel overfilled, and I was told to go home with a bite that still felt off. The hygienist did the fillings. When I went back to correct my bite and try and understand the work done and work still planned I was shown an AI program helping them diagnose cavities. Its a high volume office that sacrifices quality care for number of patients through the door.

Fantastic experience: Very professional not pushy to sell procedures service packages. Compare to other offices I dealt with. To the point and comfortable atmosphere. Doesn't feel like car dealership where the assistant have to push sales.... that's my experience

Fantastic experience: Update November, 2025: After my second appointment and getting my new crown, I can happily say they were AWESOME! Was I scared at my first visit? Yes, but only at the start. The tech made sure I was calm before anything began and even offered me a blanket. That was a first! I said no because I was trying to look like I had my big-girl pants on (but I was sweatin' lol). Once the work started, both the doc and tech were great, and it was over faster than I expected. I walked out feeling the complete opposite from when I walked in. Zero fear. During the waiting period for my permanent crown, I actually looked forward to going back. Everyone was just as cool as day one, and my new crown went on without a hitch. What I appreciate most was how they helped me overcome fears I picked up as an adult from other clinics. I had an awesome dentist growing up, and Appletree reminded me what that felt like. July, 2025: I had a crown break over a weekend, and they were able to get me in within a few days to assess. It has to be removed and replaced, and will take a couple of visits. Everyone was very nice and helpful, which that was comforting. I'm scheduled about a month out, and I hope all goes well. I've had some pretty traumatic experiences at other dental offices, and I didn't get that vibe from Appletree. The real test will begin once I'm in the chair. Lol. Regardless, I had a great first visit!

Fantastic experience: Isabella did a great job cleaning my teeth today. They are very clean and I had minimal pain! This office also carries a cavity healing medicine that is very affordable. I've heard of it before and I'm glad this office carries it.

Positive experience: Sitting here 15 minutes early and I did get helped and brought back for my appointment 10 minutes after my appointment time. Seriously? Aren't you running a business. You should be help to similar stamdards

She was able to put me at ease. I feel confident that I chose the best dentist. I don’t think I could have had a better experience.

They are all well trained and I appreciate them trying to head off any future problems like the start of a cavity or other dental issues. Fantastic experience: Went in for deep cleaning of my teeth, was offered anesthesia but refused it. In the end I didn't need it but it was nice to have the option. Appointment was completed early as well.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place if you need dentures. They did a very bad job on my dentures. They don't fit correctly, I can not talk or eat with them in my mouth. Their idea of fixing them is to add a bond liner to them that makes it worse. After spending over $3000.00 dollars and having useless dentures, I had to go to someone else to get dentures that now fit perfectly. Would NOT recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: I came here because the reviews were good, but I won't be going back. After a short exam they told me I needed a deep clean and fillings for 6 cavities. I walked away with an estimate for hundreds of dollars of work (even with insurance) and they didn't clean my teeth. I thought that diagnosis was extreme so I got a second opinion. The next dentist said I didn't need any of what Appletree said I did, and the hygienist described Appletree's suggested treatment plan as "disturbing."

I came from another orthodontics office and they were super friendly and helpful since day 1. If you are looking for a place to take care of your teeth I would say this is your place.

Negative experience: Well I have been a patient customer for about five years or more and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at this location Upon entering I was definitely given the impression that this location is no longer being maintained most of the lighting was turned off in the location giving the impression that the company was attempting to save money on their rent by the turning off of lights not a good sign or they were trying to hide the fact there was no one in the building but the receptionist not what I expected to see I was not informed upon entering the site that the person I had made my appointment with was no longer with the company nor was the dentist on-site this is not acceptable I should have been given an option to reschedule and was not I I arrived the usual 10 minutes early to my appointment and was not seen until 10 minutes after my appointment was set for. I was given a very perfunctory cleaning the entire appointment did not even last 20 minutes the new hygienists tech whatever their title was was more interested in scolding me about my maintenance issues than doing their job all in all an extremely uncomfortable unhappy experience This disaster of an appointment has caused me to reconsider this location as my dental provider I will be looking for a new one as it seems management does not care how these people treat their patients

Positive experience: Very easy to get to their lovely office. The staff is warm and very friendly. They have a well run office. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and I was in the exam room on time. They offer many financing options if you need an extensive amount of work .
