Fantastic experience: My experience has been very pleasant. Had a crown put in. Although I prefer a one stop shop. The temporary worked fine. The staff is exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Been long overdue for a dental visit but I was really relieved to find this business. They walked me through a whole plan to get my dental hygiene back on track and were so nice and kind.

Negative experience: As many others have noted, this practice has drastically changed over the last few years. There has been a different doctor/hygienist every appointment, essentially every 3-6 months different staff. As my trust in the practice has declined I continued to doubt their integrity and intentions. The last appointment they told me I had Stage 1 gum disease and 2 cavities that needed to be filled and recommended approximately 700$ in work to be done. I received a second opinion and they refuted almost all of espires claims and provided a better care plan at a much more reasonable cost. Trust is paramount in healthcare and I did not trust Espire and was validated by another dentist. I would not recommend this practice as it is now a corporate chain that prioritizes income over patients.

Negative experience: Scheduled a cleaning only to be held there for almost 2 hours and still no cleaning. They just try to sell you on everything and end up getting nothing done. Worst experience I've received at a dentist office and they did nothing. I just wanted a cleaning. Now I'm going to have to take the time off work again and schedule at another place just to get my teeth cleaned. If you want shady car salesman kind of service though, this is the place for you.

The dental assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit, and the dentist took great care in fixing my crown with professionalism and precision. She made sure I felt no pain during the procedure and clearly explained how to care for my crown moving forward. The office has a very professional, family-oriented environment. I would highly recommend Espire Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: I'm 1/4 Irish, but today I feel 100% lucky!! I am a new patient of Meghan Holub, who discovered I have two fractured teeth (from my outstanding grinding capabilities). Had these gone undiagnosed, I would be facing exorbitant expense. Her expert crown work saved the day! My hygienist, Vanessa, excels at cleaning, and even provided me with numerous tips and samples to keep my teeth in shape! Great location, facility, and friendly office personnel (especially Brigitte). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Espire Dental in Thornton!

Fantastic experience: Had to get seen today on a issue I was having and was about to do it with ease. The process was easy and not intrusive. The staff was great and helped me feel comfortable. I would recommend this office to all in need of great service. I'm glad I listened to the wife and took her recommendation. I'm normally hate going to the dentist but these guys are different.

Negative experience: I enjoyed this office when it was Fox Creek but in the last few years, it seems like a revolving door. I last went to this office 2 years ago where they said I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled. In my 35 years of life, I haven’t had 4 total cavities and my habits haven’t changed. I never scheduled a follow up appointment for the cavities. Life happened and I went to a new dentist for the first time since that visit and I magically have 0 cavities.. I’ve continued to brush and floss at the same rate and have not changed anything - in fact, I’ve had a baby in that timeframe and that will deteriorate your teeth so if anything, you’d think I’d have more cavities. I would never recommend this practice as it seems like a big money grab with multiple providers coming and going.

Fantastic experience: It’s hard to find a dentist that remains local and in business let alone one who genuinely cares. I seen Kelsey Zinser 02/05/26 and she was phenomenal when faced with difficulties. (Those being my own) I am very pleased and very happy how attentive she is and her patience is second to none. This is the first time in my life a team showed compassion, care and comfort during a procedure and look forward to any future care I may put in their hands.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Vanessa as my hygienist for at least two years now and I can’t imagine appointments without her. As a woman in my forties I’ve seen a lot of dentists and had many hygienists over the years and Vanessa takes the time to pay attention to my file, remember who I am and the treatments I’ve had. She is kind and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the Thornton Espire location for a few years. It was a rocky start but my current care team of Vanessa and Dr. Zinser is great. My cleanings are smooth and they were able to get me in right away when one of my old crowns popped off.

Fantastic experience: As a twenty eight year old woman who has hated every dentist since students did my Frances and a terrible fear of the pain I experienced. I can say with absolute confidence that this facility is the only place I have not only returned to but have made as my regular dentist. Vanessa is a life saver! She is so gentle and careful. Skilled in her craft of dental cleaning. And her joyful and nonjudgmental demeanor has given me a new found determination to keep my teeth clean.

Negative experience: While the dental care was good, unfortunately the billing department is not. At the recent visit, the office billing admin told me that I wasn't covered for a crown and the cost would be $1600, and crowns are only covered every 5 years. The bill at the front desk was $1500, so I paid with cc. After a couple weeks I got a statement from my insurance that they had paid this dentist the 'allowed' in-network amount which was about $1150 ( i am in-network ). The dentist did not call me or email me or send a statement. In effect, I was double-billed. I called my insurance and they told the dentist to refund my credit card amount ( $1445 ). So not only did the dentist double-bill me, but they charged me the out-of-network rate, which was higher. If anyone has an extra $1445 of disposable income that they don't need, by all means, send it over here lol.

Vanessa was incredible throughout my visit, she handled my checkup and teeth cleaning with great care, and offered me clear, helpful advice on my dental health. Not only was she professional and attentive, but the whole team went above and beyond by fitting me in last minute before my insurance changed, something I know not every office would do. Their dedication is exactly why I’ll keep returning. I can’t recommend Vanessa and the team enough, they truly are the best.

Negative experience: I recently visited a different dentist for a second opinion after feeling like I was taken advantage of by Espire Dental Thornton, and I’m glad I did.my visit at Espire started with 20 minutes in the waiting area. After being moved to an exam room and having X-rays taken, I sat for over an hour, unattended to, waiting to see a dentist. My periodontal exam numbers were grossly exaggerated, likely with the intent of charging me for a more expensive cleaning. When I questioned it, I was told there wasn’t time left in the day to complete my appointment. I went to a family dentist in Louisville instead and had a completely difference experience. My numbers were totally different. I wasn’t intimidated into extra services. I was seen promptly and everything was explained carefully. Espire isn’t where you take your family. They’re out to run you through the chair and take as much from your wallet as possible. I would NOT recommend visiting this office.

I only had a few minutes to visit with Felicia, but it's clear to see her main priority is her staff, her patients and the knowledge and skills of what it truly takes to operate a pleasant and successful dental office... Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this dental office. I called ahead of my appointment and clearly explained that I only wanted a standard cleaning, as I could not afford the extensive treatment plan they had previously suggested, which would cost thousands of dollars. Despite this, when I went to check out, I was told I owed over $400 for a “deep cleaning” that I never consented to. To make matters worse, the receptionist wasn’t even at the front desk — I waited several minutes for her to appear. When I questioned the charge, she suddenly “recalculated” and came up with a number that was about $100 less than what she just told me. I again explained that I wasn’t paying for something I never agreed to, but she continued pressuring me for payment in front of another patient, which was embarrassing and inappropriate. This office is in-network with my insurance, yet I still left feeling completely bamboozled. On top of that, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth barely offered any comfort options besides briefly mentioning desensitizing gel vs numbing, and never asked how I was doing once during this miserable experience. For context, I’ve had excellent dental work in the past, including high-quality veneers done by some of the best — so I know what professional, ethical care looks like. Sadly, this kind of experience is exactly why so many people don’t trust the dental industry. It feels like it’s filled with upsells, manipulation, and bait-and-switch tactics — and this office only reinforced that perception. I won’t be returning, and I suggest others look elsewhere for honest and respectful care.

Negative experience: Do no harm means nothing to them. I needed a tooth extraction and waited an hour before they numbed me up. I was in excruciating pain and they were standing around. I was still in severe pain when the numbness wore off I called to see if I could get something for the pain at 2pm and I didn't get a call till the next day and was not able to sleep. So... Not really impressed and just makes me more uncomfortable with seeing dentists.

Fantastic experience: This team is very current on healthcare. They are familiar with many products that protect us holistically and recommend the healthy, safe alternatives regularly. It's very confidence building to not have the same suggestions from the 70s.

Fantastic experience: Dr Marshall is amazing!! She’s so friendly and so good at her job! She was able to fix something a different dentist at another practice had done and has improved my teeth and gums so much. The office is so clean and modern, and they even have tvs to watch Netflix. The whole experience is great and I highly recommend.

Negative experience: This is the first dental office I have worked with that is not able to get insurance quoted correctly. Four different times I approved a quote after insurance was submitted and each time I received a bill due to insurance bill not correct. Billing is a mess at this office. My family and I will not be returning due to this. :( I reached out multiple times with no resolution. One time it took two weeks just to receive a response. Trust has been lost sadly.

Excellent experience each visit and I consistently am impressed at the expertise and communication - I always feel my treatment is transparent and informed where the hygienist and dentist are open with answering questions and providing meaningful guidance and treatment.

An accident left me without my two front teeth and Dr. Moore not only accepted the challenge, but he did so with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. Throughout the process I felt that he genuinely cared about me as a person, not just a patient. His bedside manner is impeccable and his knowledge and expertise are stellar. He went above and beyond, collaborating with another doctor to restore my gum line so my implants would look as they did before my accident. Thanks to Dr. Moore’s dedication and skill, I have my smile back—a result that exceeded my expectations in every way. I am beyond grateful for everything he has done for me. He is a true patient advocate. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also deeply compassionate, Dr. Moore is the one. I cannot recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a new patient cleaning. The person who schedule me set the appointment for a different day that I had written down, so my 1st impression was like "Oh no, here we go 1st red flag, right?" No, not at all. The receptionist was so friendly and was so accommodating that she immediately apologized and asked me to wait she was going to talk to her team. I was happy to reschedule but she took care of me, they were able to see me the same day. Dentist Marshall explain everything well, check up was great. I saw a team that cares, they shows good chemistry among them and they looked happy with smiles on their faces. That made me feel good and that I am in a good place. Thank you for taking care of me!!!

Negative experience: If I can give 0 stars I would. After Espire Dental took over Fox Creek Dental, the new management is awful. They are very pushy and they do not honor the quoted price. I would've had to spend over $10,000.00 by the end of the year to get the quoted price.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental group for a couple of years now and they have hands down been my favorite! They have helped me recover my teeth and proved excellent teeth care advice. I use to hate going to the dentist from insecurities in my teeth and the string of dentists that would only make you feel only shame with no encouragement to do better with my teeth. Espire really inspired me to just be better with my dental care. Today I had a cleaning and my mouth doesn’t feel sore from it. It feels nothing, but clean! Thank you Sylvia for the excellent cleaning and Dr Marshall for the check up/friendly introduction. For the first time, I actually look forward to my next dental appointment! Keep up the great work all of you!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a Cleaning this morning and to express some concerns. Vanessa did a great job with cleaning and addressed my concerns right away. Ended up needing some extra work done. Dr. Marshall and Alexis did an incredible job fixing my crown and a filling that had fallen out! Highly recommend Espire dental. Quality work without any rush.

Negative experience: I had a nightmare experience with Espire/Fox Creek and they only lasted a few months as my dental office after I moved here from out of state. These are a list of my experiences: -They gave me a very aggressive treatment plan/told me I needed to get a lot more work done than any dentist I had before or the dentist I have now. For example, they recommended braces even though my teeth have not changed and my 4 previous dentists and dentist after did not recommend them. -They had me get a new different nightguard even though I already had one that was working well, and they totally botched the nightguard such that it was unwearable. -They had me get crowns on multiple teeth but did not properly communicate the process or post-operation care requirements in advance, so I did not know what I was signing up for until during/after the procedure. I question the legality of how this was handled. They also messed up and had to do a lot of work on my crowns to fix my bite after the fact. After all that, my current dentist says she doubts I needed the crowns. I had no tooth pain in the teeth I got crowns for, and after they recommended even more crowns, I got a second opinion and was told I do not need them. I am still doing just fine without the additional recommended crowns a year later. -They assured me insurance would cover my crown procedure, then I received a $500 bill in the mail some months later. They told me to ignore it, and I didn't owe them anything. Another 9 months later (over a year after care), I got a $1600 bill for the same thing. I called and they assured me I owed nothing. Then I proceeded to get daily statement emails for a month and even a bill in the mail with a due date. I finally got them to put in writing today that I owe them nothing after over a year of assurances followed by higher bills. Ultimately, from my perspective they were a trainwreck in billing and communication, and and they do not properly differentiate between optional and necessary care, which results in unnecessary procedures and costs. They also messed up on all the dental work they provided for me. Since I went they have changed names and it appears they have a new billing manager, so maybe some things are improving now? The only positives are that everyone here was very friendly, and they ultimately did work out my billing/didn't overcharge me after a lot of back and forth. At the end of it all, I still felt I should leave this poor review to warn others.

Negative experience: Horrible dentist office. The girl doing the x-ray had no clue how to operate the machine and had to get help from another employee. I had a loose tooth that was hurting. While examining my teeth the female doctor, I forget her name, stopped midway and said I would need implants. She didn’t even finish the exam. I asked for the hurting tooth to be removed and either one added to my partial or a new partial made. She argued that full implants would be a better option. Yes, I agreed but not at this time. The extraction was fine. The tooth basically fell out. I was charged almost $400 for the extraction and another $500+ for the partial. I later found out these costs were a lot higher than average. This place is a complete ripoff and the high pressure sales techniques are deplorable.

Fantastic experience: The most relaxing dental experience you will ever have. Dr Zinser- simply amazing dentist. Dental hygienist- Vanessa, just as amazing. Vanessa communicated clearly, gave very good suggestions on continued home-care, and has some of the gentlest hands ever. (even when it came to stubborn plaque. Literally almost fell asleep twice I was so relaxed!!) Definitely recommend this location.

Positive experience: Great dental office! Staff is always kind, friendly, and helpful! That being said, I have had one negative experience here. While discussing treatments for teeth clenching, the dentist suggested jaw Botox, saying that I might benefit from it, especially since I have a "prominent jaw." As someone who has struggled quite a bit with my body image, it was unpleasant to hear a health professional imply that my appearance would benefit from a cosmetic procedure. I would have preferred to have Botox suggested purely as a treatment for the teeth clenching, without comments about my appearance.

Negative experience: As a dentistry it is like any other, nothing special. If you have insurance it might be a great place. But for those that dont raising the cost of their dental plan by 250% is ridiculous. It was $200 which included 1 cleaning and 1 cleaning with x-rays. Now the same plan is $420 + $80 sign up fee. For those without insurance look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Very glad with Espire and their services. I put off getting established at a new dentist after my previous group stopped participating in my insurance network. Like many I don't love visiting the dentist, and adding to that was a recent experience where filling work left me with lingering sensitivity with a tooth, not optimal and frustrating. I only have one visit as experience with Espire, yet the first visit was attentive, efficient with my time, and potential work needed was clearly explained (from the work itself to insurance coverage and co-insurance). Additionally, the lingering sensitivity from that previous work was explained -- finally. To make sense of it was relieving. Also significant for me is this - my teeth are sensitive to cold fluid. I can drink cold drinks, but spraying cold water on my teeth is not comfortable, hard to tolerate. Dr. Marshall pivoted to a different way of doing the cleaning and prep for polish which made for a much better experience. Nice to find a group that I feel I'll be able to continue with long term!

Fantastic experience: Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Office is always beautifully clean. The products they use are great. I had key lime flavored polish for my cleaning this time and it was great! TV in the ceiling if you need a distraction and everyone is always happy to answer questions. Great hours available too.

Fantastic experience: Well call me impressed. I have been to many dentist offices in the area and would consider my standards extremely high. Without a doubt I am very happy with my decision to switch from another company to this one. Vanessa Hall was my hygienist and was able to go where no other hygienist has went before, my gum line, to collect all the plaque left behind from my previous dentist. She was gentle, conversed the appropriate amount of time, provided detailed descriptions on all the happenings going on in my mouth, and ensured I left with a scheduled appointment and a clean smile on my face. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dental hygienists I’ve had in my young life. Mammie last year and Vanessa this year were the unique combination of personable, engaging, professional, and relatable. Vanessa specifically is so kind and accommodating and goes above and beyond with the tips she gives and even helping with scheduling. Dr Marshall was so bubbly and great too! Only qualm I have is the online scheduling platform for Espire is a little difficult. I had an easier time calling in and the front desk staff is super helpful.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Dr. Caleb Moore for an orthodontic consultation because I was not feeling confident in my smile. He was receptive and addressed all of my concerns throughly regarding both the cosmetics and functionality of my smile. He then discussed a detailed plan to fix my concerns and has been diligent about checking in on the progress of my treatment to make sure I am happy without my new smile and that it is on track with the plan we discussed. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to fix their smile with Invisalign or Clear Correct consider Dr. Moore for their treatment.

Fantastic experience: Blown away by the professionalism, undeniable skill, attention to detail, and outstanding bedside manner both my husband and I experienced with Dr. Moore at Espire in Thornton. We were both transferred cases to Dr. Moore at the beginning of the year and we have both been blown away by his work and the patient experience. He left a particular impression on me when we first met. He had clearly taken the time to read through both our cases, knew all the issues we we struggled with and the work we still needed done. He put together detailed treatment plan options and was fully prepared to walk through all of my concerns. I was so impressed by this proactive effort and it truly demonstrated the quality care Dr. Moore provides to his patients. The staff here is fantastic too! Office manager Fermin has been incredibly patient and helpful in working through all our insurance changes and questions. Other front desk staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the technicians have been amazing! They are so friendly and kind, making a stressful dental experience so much more relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Moore was so kind and eased a lot of my worries! As a new patient, I felt welcomed and heard. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly and was very personable. Yoselli, my hygienist, was so great at explaining my x-rays and scans and reassured me about some concerns I had. Both of them made going to the dentist less scary!
