Fantastic experience: I never write in general rewiews but today I could say without any chance that my experience in a dental cabinet was the same as 3 stars Michelin Restaurant. From the moment how you are welcomed and received at the reception to the whole experience was “ Insane “ in a perfect way . Is hard these days to see people doing their profession in this matter but also is even harder to see people doing this with pleasure and care !!! From the medical assistant to Dr Sam Khayat was the incredible how only in maybe 20 min my procedure was done. I felt that I was in a Star Trek ship literally and if they will not wearing a common medical suit of 2026 for sure I would have believe that I am in that movie . The latest tehnology is on place , people are smiling , they ask you if you need anything , you really feel and sense a genuine i repet a genuine care of a pacient . Congratulation and as I said I would recommend this place any time with my both eyes blindfold !!! Thanks for your work and please continue to do do what you do in this matter! It count a lot for people to apreciate a real care and professional dedication in this field !! A++++++++++++++

Recently though, I was very touched by their kindness and understanding rather than annoyance with me when I had to cancel an appointment, only 1 hour in advance. Negative experience: Make sure ALL charges are submitted to insurance companies. I was told that certain charges were not covered so they did not submit them. But insurance companies will determine what fee is allowable and that is the amount you will have to pay. Had I proceeded with this office I would have paid several thousand dollars more than what Blue Cross allowed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Becerra and her staff were very accommodating. I called for an urgent appointment and was seen quickly at arrival. Dr. Becerra was very kind, reassuring and professional. She took her time explaining the possible reasons for my condition and did the appropriate referral.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dentist office around - always sparkling clean equipment and exam rooms, state of the art equipment, professional and friendly staff, very nice team of technicians, hygenists and assistants, and amazing dentists. Dr. Khayat is very skilled and proficient, he always takes time to explain each procedure, and I feel completely at ease knowing he will make sure whatever he is fixing will be done 100% correctly. He is meticulous! Also having had an extraction and an implant, I was so thankful Dr. Becerra was handling it for me. I was nervous and anxious, but she was so very gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process, it was a very good experience, knowing I was in such skilled and caring hands!! I would highly recommend South Shore Prosthodontics.

My teeth always feel and look so clean afterwards. I have had three previous Dental Hygienists at other dental offices and Maeve is the best by far.

Fantastic experience: I've found my new dental home. This place was super professional and clean. I went in for a crown and was super nervous but the staff there was soooo nice. I felt sooo comfortable with Dr.Khayat the whole time, while talking me through the whole process. I wish I had found them before! They are honestly a dream team even with Jillian the office manager helping me with payment and honestly giving me thorough knowledge and understanding of what I needed and what was to be done. Even the assistant helping the Dr. was funny lol. Thank you all for the experience! I will be back soon.
