Lumiere Dental Spa | Dentist, Veneers, Same Day Crown

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Ava, my dental hygienist yesterday. She is professional, detailed oriented and I feel my teeth are in great hands with her. Afterwards, I had my visit completed with Dr. Neda who is master of her craft and we always have a plan to keep my teeth healthy and in great shape. The front desk team is so kind, professional and accommodating. Thank you everyone for the great care you take for me and my family.

Fantastic experience: Was referred by a friend to this dental spa. In my 31 years, I have never felt my teeth so clean! I went in there with fear because I hate the dentist, but I left the spa feeling amazing. I had a very good clean & zero discomfort the entire time. The tech was so gentle but still managed to clean every single tooth one at a time. The doctor was so friendly and shows you pictures on a large screen so you can really understand what’s going on with your teeth. To top it off, the place is so beautiful, and you get a new patient tote bag with lots of nice goodies. I live pretty far away but definitely worth the ride for anyone. Thank you, Lumiere!

Fantastic experience: The best in New England thank you everyone!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this office! I first came here while I was pregnant, and the entire team was so thoughtful and accommodating. They made sure everything they did was pregnancy-safe, explained everything, and were incredibly gentle, which made me feel so comfortable. Today I came back for my cleaning with my baby, and I was honestly nervous about bringing her. I almost canceled my appointment, but when I called, they assured me it was completely fine. From the moment we walked in, every single staff member was so kind, welcoming, and helpful with both me and my daughter. As a first-time mom, I was worried it would be stressful, but they completely put me at ease. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience so easy, and I'm incredibly grateful. I highly recommend this practice!

They really try to get to know you, they are so patient, understanding, and helpful when it comes to scheduling and other logistics (like figuring out insurance coverage), and they provide stellar service. Love them!!!

Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best dentistry practice on the South Shore. Excellence across the board. I recommend all my friends and family to Lumiere. They are literally amazing. Update: Just returned from the quickest, painless, and honestly best filling experience ever. Yeah, I just said that about a filling. The Lumiere crew are the best.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! This dentist office was able to save an implant another dentist put on so horribly. The best dentist office that truly cares about people.

Fantastic experience: Leaves your teeth sparkling clean!

Fantastic experience: The best customer service! Today was my first visit and all of the staff was AMAZING! The office was very CLEAN and orderly which is a must. Excited to have found this dental spa after relocating to Quincy.

Negative experience: I want to start by saying that the doctor is truly excellent — one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. The quality of care itself was outstanding, and I felt very confident in the clinical work. The hygienist is also amazing, I genuinely loved getting my teeth cleaned because she is so sweet! I've been a patient for years, and have referred friends and family members here as well. Unfortunately, my experience with billing and front-desk communication was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid a $150 deposit in advance to book my crown appointment, which I was told would be applied to my day-of cost. On the day of my appointment, the deposit was not applied, and I was charged in full. When I tried to understand what happened, the explanations I received from the front desk were confusing, and I was told it was due to my insurance claim being open, but my crown deposit had nothing to do with insurance. After continuously asking what my day-of payment should have been, I was told, “I don’t know what to tell you,” which was said in a dismissive way that left me feeling uncomfortable. I was also promised a call back from the doctor on December 17, which never happened. After the insurance claim closed, I followed up again via text and received no response. I’m genuinely disappointed, because the dental care itself was excellent — but the lack of follow-through, unclear billing, and poor communication left me feeling confused and dismissed. I ultimately felt I had no choice but to dispute the unapplied deposit through my credit card, which I never expected to have to do.

Fantastic experience: Such an incredible experience- so warm and heartfelt caring. Thank you girls and staff so so much!!

Fantastic experience: All of my dental work that I have received from Lumiere (cleanings, caps, and tooth extraction) has been top notch. Great customer service and the ladies at the front desk are so pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough to express how happy I am that they were available for my emergency broken front tooth repair From my first phone call to walking out with my much improved smile this office was kind, professional, skilled and comforting

Fantastic experience: The team at Lumiere Dental Spa, are second and none. They are like family, treat us like family, are extremely professional with the best technologies, and make it enjoyable to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: We have had probably 10 different dentists due to relocating over the years with my husband’s job and I will tell you, hands down, that Lumiere is the best! From the moment you walk into their well designed modern office you are greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to make going to the dentist enjoyable. Dr. Hovaizi is extremely knowledgeable and proactive in her approach. She explains things to you and comes up with a plan that works for you physically and financially. So blessed to have found Lumiere Dental Spa.

Fantastic experience: I am very excited about my cleaning every 6 months. It's like going to a spa. Lovely staff, beautiful offices, state of the art equipment, knowledgeable dentists, and also very charismatic. I wouldn't trust my teeth to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Went in on my birthday and felt nervous bc it’s the dentist but the staff greeted me cheerful and understanding to my anxiety with dentists. They even had a display on the monitor wishing me a HBD! This was definitely one for the books!

Fantastic experience: My son and I have had multiple procedures at this Dentist. There quality of work is second to none and they are very caring. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience in the area! The office is beyond warm and welcoming with an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Eva gave me the best cleaning I’ve had in a while. She was super informative and gave me tips on how to keep up with my dental hygiene. Highly recommend this practice and Eva!

Fantastic experience: Today I got the first step of an tooth implant. So tooth out and bone graft in. I don't feel any pain on that area after 7 hrs. The only thing I took is ibuprofen. I was expecting some kind of pain... but seems that I am lucky. And the doctor has magic hands? Anyway no issues with the procedure. I recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Neda and her team are simply amazing! As a new patient, from the very first call for scheduling, to my first visit. Neda and her entire staff know how to make you feel special. I came in after years or visiting another dental office and the results here saved me stressed and years worth of work I would have had to do. I look forward to continuing my treatments and regular visits at Lumiere Dental as well as referring my family and friends. Thank you Neda and the entire Lumire Dental team!

Fantastic experience: If you want to LOVE going to the dentist then definitely become a patient here. The staff is so kind and compassionate. The equipment is state of the art and everyone from the dentists down to the receptionist makes you feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Lumiere! Dr. Hovaizi and her staff are always professional, friendly, and take time to answer your questions.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience at Lumiere Dental. Eva is a wonderful hygienist!! She is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job. I am a longtime patient and have always felt she sincerely cares about her patients.

Fantastic experience: I want to start by saying, I am one of those people who are generally terrified of the dentist, so much so that I hadn't gone in a few years before finding Lumiere, and let me just say, thank God I found it/Dr. Hovaizi! Dr. Hovaizi and her team are so amazing and made me feel comfortable, confident, and most importantly, I did not feel judged or pressured which goes a long way! When I say Dr. Hovaizi is the best dentist I have ever had, I mean it! She is so skilled, gentle, compassionate and fun! It doesn't hurt that she, her staff and the office are absolutely beautiful as well! Honestly, what a great group of people! I look forward to going back to Lumiere... crazy I know! I 10000% recommend Lumiere!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is professional. Happy and relaxing environment . You don’t even feel that you are going into a dentist clinic . Neda is a great doctor . She makes sure her patients are happy and satisfied .

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. H and the entire team for the outstanding experience I had at your practice. After feeling brushed off or ignored by other offices, I was genuinely moved by how welcoming and attentive your team was from the very first email. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and patient, and I was touched to learn that you had already started working on a personalized plan for me before I even stepped through the door. That kind of thoughtful preparation is rare—and truly appreciated. When I arrived, every member of the team made me feel comfortable and valued. It was clear that this is a practice that not only excels in dental expertise, but also truly cares about the people who walk through the door. Dr. H, your deep knowledge and artistry in your craft are clear—but what truly sets you apart is the heart you bring to the entire process. Your genuine care and dedication to helping me find the best solution meant more than I can fully express. It’s something I will never forget. Thank you all for treating me with such kindness, respect, and professionalism. This experience was not only refreshing—it was priceless. With sincere appreciation, Cathleen D.

Fantastic experience: Once again I had a wonderful experience. I was treated by both Dr H and Eva, they were on time and so professional. I personally don’t enjoy going to the dentist but I do enjoy going to Lumiere Dental Spa!

Fantastic experience: Love the dentists and staff! They are thorough, helpful, and educate you so you feel more knowledgeable. They have up to date equipment and are very clean. I highly highly recommend them. Great for adults and kids.

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience here! Beautiful office, AMAZING staff!! Also I received a super cute goodie bag for my first time visit

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office i have ever experienced. I drive over an hour just because my first visit was so amazing. It really is a spa like experience, the moment you walk in your whole body is at ease. They are so straightforward and caring. My teeth have never felt better. The whole staff is always incredible, welcoming, and warm. I get so excited for my appointments and never want to leave. I have been to other dentists that are always pushing for you to spend more money but this office always does everything in there power to keep costs reasonable and doesn’t force procedures. I love them❤️

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I have the greatest Dentist in the whole world, amazing how much everyone in the office care about who you are and what your immediate needs are! ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Very patient staff and caring. A calming environment was also provided

Fantastic experience: My experience at Lumier was great! Marly, Dr. H, and the entire staff are so welcoming and pleasant. They make you feel so special! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: I just spent the morning with Dr. Neda who is working to replace my bottom teeth with porcelain veneers, something I have been wanting to do for some time. Dr Neda and her team treat me like family. I could tell Dr Neda spent a good amount of time on my teeth because she cares about her patients and wants to ensure they like the end result. I was part of the process and was allowed to look at my teeth frequently to ensure it was what I wanted. I only had my bottom teeth done today and only have the temporaries in but I already love the results. PS: I was given a blanket during my time in the chair and also the ladies in front ordered me lunch. I felt safe and very taken care of. Never have I had an experience like this at a dentist. I actually fell asleep during the drilling that is how relaxed you are when you go to Lumiere. My husband is also changing his dentist and I know he is going to love the people and Dr Neda. She is a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. Everyone in the office is so personable and I cant wait to show everyone my new smile Gail

Fantastic experience: Awesome place. They operate as a team and do great work. It also helps that they somehow are always fun and a pleasure to be around.

Fantastic experience: I love this amazing office and the amazing Dr. Hovaizi. Her staff and she is so kind, helpful, and professional, definitely recommend and especially for dentist averse patients.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience, everyone was so kind and knowledgeable, never felt like a trip to the dentist was self care until today. Dr. Hovaizi is amazing!! So excited to have her re-do my crowns and maybe a lip flip at some point!

Fantastic experience: Truly the best dentist I’ve ever been to!! Love lumiere so much!!

Fantastic experience: Clean, professional, nice and very very good at what they do. If you don’t like going to the dentist, try them. you will be pleasantly surprised!

Fantastic experience: Wether it's a cleaning or a crown, your service is always friendly, comfortable and thorough. I alway leave knowing I am getting the best care possible. Thank You!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to brighten my teeth and lengthen and shape them to match my face before my wedding but I was afraid of damaging my teeth or that I wouldn’t like the results and it’d be irreversible. I had a lot of consults that gave aggressive and expensive treatment options but after I spoke with Dr. Hovaizi she was so kind and patient with me and gave me multiple options that fit exactly what I was looking for. I had seen her work before and trusted her judgment and recommendations and really felt like she wanted what was best for me and understood what I wanted. Her staff was also so sweet and kept my calm and comfortable throughout my appointment. I got composite veneers on my 6 top front teeth and I love them! Before when I smiled you couldn’t see much of my top teeth which I hated, I felt like it made me look older. But now more of my top teeth are visible, I love the shape of my teeth, and they are whiter! It was exactly what I wanted, everyone tells me I look great but they aren’t exactly sure what was done cause my teeth look so natural on me. I feel like they fit my face perfectly. I love my smile and recommend all my friends to see Dr. Hovaizi. I can’t thank Dr. H and Lumiere dental enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been to 5 dentists in my 40+ years on this earth and Dr. Hovazi is the most skilled by 10x the dentist I have been to in 2nd place. Not only is she the most skilled, she doesn’t push unnecessary services on you like most other dentists. In fact, the opposite is true. If something needs to be addressed in the future but the patient is not ready to address it, unless medically necessary, she will make every effort to keep the situation at bay until it becomes necessary. I can’t speak highly enough about her and her practice as a whole. Everyone who works there are the pinnacle of professionalism. Not to mention the place is the cleanest I have seen. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because it doesn’t even do them justice. I tell everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: I’ll never go anywhere else … clean , efficient, and professional all while make something scary feel easy ! Love these girls

Fantastic experience: There’s nothing bad you could say about Lumiere Dental Spa. Every-time I need an appointment they work with my crazy schedule. Once you get there your greeted with beautiful smile. The staff is extremely kind and happy to see you. Every second of your appointment you feel like you’re the only one there. They retake the time to make the client feel special. And once they begin on cleaning your teeth you feel like you’re in a spa. The Dr’s are thorough with their exams. They explain everything with such detail. You even get a useful take home bag with good quality toothbrush and toothpaste along with other stuff. I absolutely love the toothpaste they use. Tastes like an orange creamsicle. You know you’re in good hands here. Lumiere has you feeling with a confident smile. I can’t thank the staff and Dr’s there enough. It’s not your average dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist, and so happily I found Lumiere. I had my first cleaning today, and it was great. Some of the highlights of my visit: *Located off a main road with ample parking. *Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful, guiding through the process. *Office decor was lovely, with candles, creating a welcoming atmosphere. *The atmosphere and staff were so calming that I didn't need the TV or noise-canceling headphones that were available. *Received a tote bag full of surprises at then end of my visit.

Fantastic experience: We will only bring our almost 3 year old son to see Eva. She is amazing with children and put him (and me!!) at ease instantly. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind. This is a great place to bring your entire family.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist isn’t usually my cup of tea, but let me tell you, everyone at Lumiere is absolutely fantastic! From the friendly folks at the front desk to the skilled dental professionals, they all go above and beyond. They’ve thought of everything to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Like, have you seen the welcome screen with your name, music, Netflix, or even stress balls? It’s like they’re treating you like royalty! But the real magic happens when you step into the dental chair. The work they do is top-notch, and you won’t be disappointed. Trust me, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Lumiere Dental Spa for many years and have always had a great experience. Dr. Hovaizi is a caring and talented dentist. Everyone at Lumiere is friendly and professional. -Jane McElhinney

Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful! I called because my front teeth chipped and Alissa helped me get in right away. She was very kind and knowledgeable as well as the rest of the staff. I honestly could have stayed chatted and hung out there haha. Dr. Omar Ramahi made me feel comfortable and fixed my teeth efficiently and without any pain. He seems very passionate about his career. I ended up getting an exam while I was there and a dental plan for the future (I am usually hesitant on going.)I’m so happy my front teeth are back to normal and looking forward to getting further treatment done here. Thanks everyone!

Fantastic experience: Great team great place! Always a good experience at lumiere dental! Always look forward to going back! And my hygienist Eva is one of the kind!

Fantastic experience: Another visit to the Spa today. I say that because that's what it feels like being there. I use to dread going to the dentist, but with DR Hovaizi and the gang I feel totally comfortable. Called this morning with an issue left this afternoon with a smile

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dentist that truly cares about their patients look no further. From the time you walk in to the time you leave they make you feel so welcome and care about your best interest. I highly recommend Lumiere Spa!!!

Fantastic experience: The absolute BEST!! Will never go to another dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency. I broke a tooth this morning and it was starting to hurt. They fit me in at 2 o’clock and Dr Ramahi spent over 3 hours on me. He did a complete crown on my broken tooth and while I was numbed up, he performed a much needed extraction of a back tooth. And this was a tough tooth! I highly recommend Lumiere, Dr Ramahi and his wonderful assistant, Momma Marny! They were such a great team!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Lumiere Dental! The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Neda was outstanding—she made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and provided top-quality care. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend Lumiere Dental and Dr. Neda to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Fantastic experience: I did multiple crowns and fillings with Dr Neda and could not be happier with the result. Love her and the staff for always prioritizing their patients well being and comfort.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist i’ve ever had! Everything is pain free. 7 months after my first visit and I'm no longer in daily pain and have healthy teeth!

Negative experience: Spent $$$$$ at Lumiere in 2023 and they have now refused to repair their work even I paid. Not sure who is writing the 5 star reviews, but I doubt it's the clientele.

Fantastic experience: It’s always a great experience, staff is very wonderful and understanding. I’ve been coming here for years. It’s like my second family.

Fantastic experience: Great/ My obvious disabilities were handled superbly by all staff. My wife became a new patient today since Lumiere has been excellent for me.
