Seriously, they held my hand the entire time and talked to me through the injections as well as the process of my procedure. I’m really grateful to them for the care I received today.

Fantastic experience: The office has calm and quiet vibe which makes you feel very comfortable, the ladies at the front desk was friendly and informative, Dr Gogiia and her assistants (Jill and Alex) are amazing, they are professional and funny, they know how to make you feel at ease, especially if you're nervous about being at the dentist. Eileen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable. She also explained how I am doing and how to go forward with at home care for my teeth. I look forward to my appointments and cleanings, I highly recommend Pinnacle Dental for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist office that I have been to, the environment and everyone that works there are kind & welcoming and there's barely ever a wait once you arrive for your appointment. Nikie has been my dental hygienist for awhile and she's amazing, she does an awesome & thorough job every time I am there for a cleaning! Alongside with Dr. Gogiia, they both listen to any questions or concerns that I may have and are very caring, helping to clear any anxieties. I'm very happy to be going here for my oral health, would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I usually don't submit reviews, but recently when I needed an old crown replaced, I was fortunate to be seen by Dr. Veronika Gogiia. After replacing that crown, we discussed long needed work on other areas. We discussed, using X-rays, and other diagnostic tools, some other serious issues. I appreciated her patience with me and her professionalism. We have been doing some of the repairs and I am quite impressed with the skill and meticulous efficiency she works with. I would highly recommend Dr. Gogiia to anyone needing dental care.

Fantastic experience: I have waited to put my review in because in the past, I’ve had dental work that ended up causing me pain weeks later. I went to see Dr. Rama about three weeks ago and was very pleased with the process. I am extremely scared of the dentist and haven’t gone in over 20 years. Dr. Rama made me feel at ease and I felt no pain. It was a great experience and I look forward to coming back again. I highly recommend pinnacle dental.

Fantastic experience: Im new to MA and hadn’t established a dentist until now. Last night my molar chipped pretty bad and I gave Pinnacle Dental a call this morning. They got me in on the same day as a new patient and truly made me feel like valued patient. Everyone was incredibly nice, from the receptionists to the doctor herself. I saw Dr. Hakim and not only was she kind but she explained everything to me so well, even going as far as showing me pictures during my procedure so I knew exactly what was going on. I’m so sorry I forget her name but the dental hygienist and Dr. Hakims assistant were equally as kind and informative, giving tips and tricks on better ways to floss, recommendations for toothbrushes, and even just small talk about life. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Dental and a huge thank you to everyone there.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist after moving out of state and I found Pinnacle through ZocDoc. They are such a warm, welcoming office with employees who really care about their patients, starting at the front desk with check in. The dentist, hygienist, and dental assistant were all kind and answered any questions I had. I didn’t have a cleaning booked in to my time slot, but they were able to fit me in immediately. I would highly recommend Pinnacle!

Fantastic experience: So far my experiences at Pinnacle Dental have been great! I get super anxious when I know I have to go see a dentist. The staff here is amazing. I have been there twice so far and each visit they have made me feel more and more comfortable and a little less anxious. Dr. Gogiia is very knowledgeable and informative. She lets me know ahead of time what will be happening before the appointment as well as during to help keep my anxiety down. Her team is very professional and comforting. The office is very clean. I don’t usually recommend many places, but if anyone is looking for a new dentist or just a dentist in general, I highly recommend Pinnacle Dental.

My hygienist took the time to accommodate m peculiarities like using water warm water to rinse or that I will often need to close my mouth during the cleaning process. Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving dental care from Pinnacle over five years. Although my original dentist left the practice, Dr. V was a seamless replacement who continued to provide kind, quality service. All of the staff who have assisted me have been a caring, professional community.

Positive experience: I had a cleaning done in December I guess the practice is under new ownership and the new dentist wanted to do a cavity she could do it there and then but first they checked my insurance coverage “to avoid any surprises “ I was told i would owe 50 dollars They added in xrays as well. Well my insurance was maxed and i was billed for everything. I called the office the office manager did not help and did not return my calls . I have paid the bill and will not return mostly as the dentist did not have a gentle touch heavy handed !!

Fantastic experience: Not a patient but called to get a quote for an out of pocket temporary crown cementing. I’m visiting from out of state and my insurance doesn’t cover it u less I’m in my home state. Gabriela was super helpful in giving me a quote and guiding me through my situation. Ultimately I wasn’t able to get to them (no car, pouring rain and phone on 2%), but if I still lived in the South Shore I’d consider them to be my dentist!

Negative experience: Terrible dental hygienist. Front desk was pleasent and willing to try to fix the situation but damage is done. Was stabbed in the top lip by the cleaning tool No apology, my hair ripped out from poor placement of radiation shield, some how I was to blame for both of these incidents. Dental hygienist (didn’t catch her name) was extremely unprofessional. Placed blame on me after telling her my reason for the visit was trauma to my tooth. Obviously there will be sensitivity. I have had plenty of cleanings some discomfort is normal . This was beyond that. I am new to the area and needed a new dentist office. This is not the place with staff who argue, degrade and refuse to take ownership for their mistakes.

Fantastic experience: Had an afternoon appointment on Monday and was brought in immediately. Dr. Gogiia, or Dr. V as she was called by her assistant, walked me through the entire procedure I was having and it went as well as a crown procedure can go. I look forward to going back in 2 weeks to get my permanent crown.

Fantastic experience: Nikki did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth on 4/9/25. She’s definitely one of best dental hygienists I’ve had clean my teeth. Period! I also had a nice conversation including sound dental advice from the doctor who hails from the republic of Georgia. God willing, I’ll be back.

Fantastic experience: They are a really great facility. The dentist (goes by Dr.Vero) really helps you understand what you need done and when she is doing the actual dental work she makes sure you are very comfortable and can get you in super quickly

Negative experience: Somehow lost my hygienist and Doc and waited an extra 4 months for my cleaning. Then got a lecture to do better flossing. (I floss everyday). But they did try to sell me a crown. Not my best experience but life goes on…

Negative experience: My cleaning and general overview with the dentist was fine. However, I left very disappointed for the first time ever after learning that I had an outstanding bill from December of 2023 of over $4,500.00 that I just was informed about. It looks like this should have been resubmitted to my providers and I am going to reach out to my insurance providers Friday of this week. This business customer service has caused me to consider pausing my association with Pinnacle Dental after so many long and trusted years.

Fantastic experience: My initial positive experience with Pinnacle Dental Aesthetics was my call to set up my first cleaning appointment, since I was looking for a new dentist. What a kind and caring receptionist who took her time to find me an appointment, that was actually the next day! I arrived to meet a different receptionist, who was just as nice, and then the hygienist, also very professional, gentle, and carried on great conversation! After the cleaning, I met the dentist, Dr. Zonghetti, who will discuss a dental plan with me. I was very pleased with the ambiance, cleanliness, and sensitivity of those I met.

Fantastic experience: I've always had good services at this office with all employees. My concern is that I am not seeing the same people at visits. I don't know if the hygienists are Temps or new employees and there is a lot of turnover.

Negative experience: Dental hygienist was new. She performed a procedure on my husband that had been done previously with a numbing agent but did not use one and it was very uncomfortable. This place has a high turnover in staff. Billing does not seem to know what they are doing. They send us multiple bills that we have already paid and then make us prove that we paid by requiring copies of our credit card statements. I do not recommend Pinnacle Dental.
