Barry Tufts always brought a smile and kept my teeth healthy … now Dr. Ben and Dr Sara are doing the same with their own spin. It is a happy, caring office. The space is bright and light. The staff are friendly and kind and my hygienist, Karen, does a great job. Good vibes. Good people and happy teeth. When my father needed help at Christmas, Dr. Ben was awesome and even followed up to check on him despite the fact that Dad’s troubles were not dental ones.

This dentist office is the most professional, talented, knowledgeable, skilled, energetic, polite and youthful I have ever experienced. They carry the latest dental equipment known to the profession. Negative experience: Hands down the most unprofessional dental office I’ve ever dealt with. The rudeness alone is unacceptable, but the billing incompetence and dishonesty are on another level. They billed me for my husband’s dental work, then tried to shut down the conversation by claiming it would be a “HIPAA violation” to discuss — even though they were actively billing the wrong person. They also told my husband they were in-network with his insurance, which was completely false. That misinformation caused a cascade of billing problems that this office was either incapable of fixing or simply unwilling to take responsibility for. To make matters worse, they recommended additional, unnecessary services that were clearly intended to increase their billing rather than benefit the patient. What makes this especially appalling is that they clearly do not care about retaining patients. My husband has been a patient here for most of his life, and that long-standing relationship meant absolutely nothing to them. There was no effort to help, no willingness to resolve the issue, and no apology — just defensiveness and attitude. This office showed zero accountability, zero empathy, and a complete lack of professionalism and basic administrative competence. If you value honesty, ethical treatment, or accurate billing, take your business elsewhere. The stress and frustration are absolutely not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ben called me while on vacation, then Dr. Sara and Courtney took outstanding care of my issue. I especially appreciated Dr. Sara’s explaining what she would be doing as we went through each step of the treatment.

Having been one of Dr. Tuft’s first patients. it was bittersweet when he retired. I was happy for him, but saddened to lose my favorite dentist. However, knowing Dr. Tufts, I knew he left us in good hands. Drs. Ben and Sara Trottier have truly stepped up and doing a fabulous job. Now I have two favorite dentist and an unbeatable support staff.

Fantastic experience: I was seen right away when I called about a painful toothache. I was able to get the help I needed, pain relief, and then to discuss a right course of treatment and future removal of two infected teeth once the infection had subsided to the doctor's satisfaction. The removal is 4 days away and I feel confident in my treatment plan. This is an excellent dental practice and I've been to many dentists in 83 years.
