Fantastic experience: We just moved to Texas from Louisiana. I haven’t had the best experience as previously with my son in the Dentist. He gets very anxious and nervous and most times he literally begs me not to go.I was very, very impressed by the entire experience not only were they able to fit me in last minute for my son, but they were also so patient kind and really took their time to make him feel comfortable coming from a mom of a kid who it’s literally like pulling teeth to get to the dentist, pun intended I cannot speak more highly of the experience or the staff. The doctor was amazing and even after leaving my teenage son said wow they were really nice. I liked them. They’ve made not only one customer but my entire family will be going there. So happy to have found this office if you were on the fence are looking for a new dental place then look no further.

Negative experience: Initially, i trusted this office and had nothing but great things to say. however, unfortunately they will tell you “there’s no charge” and end up charging your insurance tons without letting you know. i came in for bonding as it chipped numerous times and as a good dentist, he should have fixed at no charge since it was already paid for, but apparently i have to pay again to fix his work that was never done correctly in the first place it seems. DONT RECOMMEND.

The option to schedule via text has been a game changer for me. No more automated machine with ten different options! We can sometimes even be seen the same day or Saturdays.

Negative experience: My wife had a concerning experience regarding the standard of care for her periodontal disease. Despite having several 5–6mm gum pockets, the initial recommendation was for a routine cleaning. It was only after I insisted on a thorough measurement and a proper assessment that they agreed to perform the necessary deep cleaning. This approach was particularly alarming given her 8-year history of periodontics. This raises serious questions about the clinic's initial diagnostic protocol for patients with known periodontal issues.

Negative experience: I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this dental office was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. The staff came across as disorganized and not very attentive to patients. I had to wait far longer than my scheduled appointment time, and when I was finally seen, the dentist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to explain things clearly. On top of that, the front desk was unhelpful when it came to billing and insurance questions, which left me with surprise charges I wasn’t expecting. Overall, I left feeling more stressed than when I walked in. I would not recommend this office if you value clear communication, respectful service, and transparency.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed overall with this clinic. I requested an appointment to establish as a new patient on a day the office is typically closed. I wasn’t expecting a response until normal operating hours but Dr. Abd responded promptly to my request and was able to get me seen the same week. The office is very clean. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Abd is very knowledgeable and takes his time to listen to any concerns as well as educate on dental hygiene. Bonus- I thought it was very cool that they added a tv on the ceiling so you can watch while getting your teeth cleaned. Overall I am happy and look forward to my next visit.

The hygienist was SO patient with me (while I cried the entire cleaning) and made me feel so comfortable & at ease.
