Fantastic experience: Great family dentist! We’ve been seeing Dr Matt for a few years. Today was the first visit for our four year old twins! The hygienists and doctor were all so wonderful working with them, explaining everything they were doing, and putting them at ease. They scheduled all three of our kids back-to-back, making it easy on mom!

Not only did they accept an appointment, they saw me right away, and fixed the problem later the same day, for a very reasonable fee. From start to finish it was easy going and a comfortable environment, I loved that they had a tv in the room so I could be distracted. Fantastic experience: I have not taken care of my teeth. I had a broken tooth what was in very poor shape that was causing me some discomfort. After a consultation with Dr Matt I was given honest options for the bad tooth a decision was made to remove the molar. I am not a fan of the dentist.That is the reason for my teeth being in poor shape. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure that I felt no pain with the tooth removal. I don't think you could ask for a more professional courteous staff than what I received.

Being new to the state and needing a tooth extracted pretty fast should have been a challenge but they got me in right away and took care of me. They held my hand when I got scared and even called to check up on me after going home. Everyone was amazing and I look forward to seeing them soon for my yearly check up and 6 month cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Cottage Grove today and I am very impressed! They have a 360 X-Ray machine, cordless tools, and tvs in each patient room. Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and was embarrassed that I had let a cracked tooth get to the point of infection. I showed up for my appointment a mess. My positive experience started with the front desk; they are welcoming, comforting, professional and efficient from the first point of contact all the way to explaining insurance and cost breakdowns following the visit. They took time to explain billing and made sure that I thoroughly understood the process and my financial responsibility. I was then welcomed by an assistant that took extra time to make me feel comfortable, was extremely patient and was skilled at taking cues on what I needed in that moment. I never once felt rushed or a burden. Dr. Matt took it from there being very supportive, explaining everything step by step, going above and beyond with their time and leaving me with a confident plan. I have since gone back for a cleaning with Kareem who was so professional, calming and gentle. You can tell that he loves his job! He reassured me I had nothing to be embarrassed about and distracted me with conversation thru the entire appointment. I have had several other appointments in which Dr Matt and his team have been very gentle and have gotten me to a maintenance routine. I am so grateful to the entire office. I feel like their super power is reading each individual patient to provide the type of service and appointment that they specifically need; for me that was a lot of explaining the process and comfort, but it is very clear that they can meet any patient where they are and deliver superior service based on the patient’s individual needs and preferences. My teeth have never felt better! Thanks Cottage Grove!

Fantastic experience: I have a tough situation they were not able to help me with but they sent over a referral to an oral surgeon, even made the call for me. I cant remember the assistants name but she was so sweet and gave me a little 3d printed dragon on my way out Matt was incredible and empathetic, great bed side manners. I wish I had a more normal situation so I could continue to go here haha, I definitely recommend!!
