Fantastic experience: Its supposed to be a 4.5, but this place is very well kept and gets the job done within an hour to at most 90 minutes with proper communication. I had to get a chipped tooth filled, and the doctors were quite fun to talk with throughout the whole process. Its a dentist though, so expect some pain while you are there, but its so worth it in the long run.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Laura and her team at Marion Dental have been outstanding. Laura seems to be much more knowledgeable about ways to maintain good oral health than any of the other dentists I have seen in my 71 years. Each of her suggestions for at-home dental care are accompanied by clear explanations about the value of each of the things that need to be done. The work she did on a couple of my teeth was truly remarkable. She let me see exactly what was wrong with each of the teeth in question (with their sophisticated imaging system) and discussed possible alternative treatments, pointing out the trade-offs in the process. The work itself was quick, relaxed, and very professional -- the easiest experience i have ever had in a dentist's office. And when she was finished, she let me see the final result (again on their imaging system). She was always friendly, always ready to take time with any questions, and always paid attention to the time (in consideration of my schedule). In order to see Dr. Laura, I need to drive nearly two hours (rather than doing a 2-minute drive to a local dentist), but it is worth it! I feel very lucky to have discovered her office and services.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a cleaning and a filling repair. As usual, the staff was informative and helpful. In particular, we discussed the dental appliance that I wear at night to prevent snoring and sleep apnea. I was offered and accepted a test apparatus that I used last night and will use again tonight. This will inform us that the appliance is functioning properly or not. I always feel well informed and positive after a visit to Marion Dental. I know that I am getting excellent dental care. Sadly, I cannot figure out how to get this application to allow me to post this review as the Post button remains inactive; the Cancel button is the only one active. (Update. I finally noticed the stars at the top, and when clicked on, the Post button became active. There is no instruction that this action is necessary to post. I was about to Cancel.)

She has assembled a very competent team of women who reflect her high standards and caring approach. Fantastic experience: The cap fell off a molar on the upper left side of my mouth. This happened while I was water flossing before going to bed. It popped off & fell in the sink. I retrieved it quickly. The next morning I called Marion Dental around 9 A. M. They were able to get me in at 11A. M. Dr. Laura put the cap on & I am back to normal! Thank you Marion Dental! So much easier than a crown. I feel like Marion Dental keeps up with all the new technology. Thank you Marion Dental for taking such good care of my smile. I just had another good visit to Marion Dental. Updated X-rays, a good cleaning and an exam by Dr Laura. It's such a calming experience. Everyone is happy and friendly and very professional in their fields. Of course I love to be instructed by Dr Laura as she care for my smile. Today I learned to not use the pointed part of picks cause they strip the gums and cause gaps between the teeth. She instructed me on using remineralizing toothpaste and taking a probiotic at night. Fantastic experience: Wanting to take a more holistic approach to my dental care led me to Dr. Laura at Marion Dental, and I couldn’t be happier. She and her team created a thorough plan to repair cavities, address broken teeth, remove my mercury fillings safely, and support the microbiome in my mouth. They prioritize protecting patients from mercury vapors and particles while also making sure you are as comfortable as possible. When I needed a referral for a tooth extraction and ran into an insurance conflict, the administrative staff went above and beyond to find a replacement surgeon so I wouldn’t have to delay care. I love that Dr. Laura’s focus is always on getting to the root of dental issues rather than just putting a Band-Aid on them. I will never go anywhere else for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been Dr. Laura’s assistant for over a decade now and it’s still humbling to be the patient. I had to have a couple Bioclear Overlay’s done and even though I knew I was in great hands I was still nervous about the getting numb part. Typically, it’s more invasive/painful to get numb on the lower but Dr. Laura did so great and I barely felt it at all when she had to get me numb. The procedure went smooth and was really fast and I couldn’t be happier with my new overlays! I’m so thankful I was able to get overlays instead of crowns and I was able to keep more of my natural tooth

They did an interview with me to learn how I needed to be addressed..what I expected from my treatment and my future desires for the care of my teeth. Fantastic experience: Last week I had to have work done on my lower teeth and I just want to shout out to Dr. Laura and her team, they took such good care of me. I was so comfortable and when Dr. Laura had to get my lower teeth numb she did such a great job. The shots did not hurt at all. I only felt a tiny bit of pressure. She is awesome.

Fantastic experience: I'm going to be super honest and say that when I first came to this dentist office I was taken aback by the questions I was asked like, "what are your goals for your teeth" and " how important is your oral health to you?" I honestly thought she was just trying to get me to say that my teeth were very important so that she could charge me a LOT of money (because after all I just said that my oral health was SO important.) I was surprised and happy to discover that joining their VIP program was inexpensive and the care that I get is excellent. HONESTLY everyone there is so careful and caring and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Laura and her team are exceptional, and the experience at Marion Dental is top notch. The atmosphere is stress free and they do great work. The only negative is that on the financial side they request full payment prior to running through insurance. For those of us who pay out of HSAs, this creates a nightmare on the back end when the insurance company cuts a check that we have to figure out how to get back into our HSAs in order to avoid getting in trouble with the IRS. Giving them 5 stars anyways in the hopes that they consider revising the payment policy for those who use HSAs.
