Fantastic experience: The staff are great, they accomodated me very well. Dr Beech and Dr Reid took care of me so well, removed my canine and 2 wisdome tooth... they covered Delta Dental ...I recommend the clinic.. vey fast surgery...and made me feel im good most of the time...

Fantastic experience: Was not originally referred to Dr. Beech for a tooth extraction but was HIGHLY recommended to him by my neighbor. Had my appointment and if there ever was a positive experience to have a tooth pulled this was the time. Dr. Beech and his assistant Stephanie, constantly throughout the procedure communicated what was going on, what to expect, and what he was seeing. Said pressure, maybe noise, etc... NOTHING. no discomfort, no pain... easy as pie. I did have an issue but it was QUICKLY resolved in a very positive way and experience. I highly recommend this office as I can be very difficult and picky. Just ask my wife!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Reid doing wisdom tooth extraction (all 4 teeth). Second day now and, surprisingly, almost no pain or swelling. On the day or surgical, I got the sedation so the entire thing feels just like 5 minutes. Would highly recommend anyone to do it here.

Fantastic experience: Superior staff and Dr. Beech is an excellent surgeon. I am an adult who needed my 3 remaining wisdom teeth removed. I am a fairly anxious patient and they took such good care of me. I was covered with a warm blanket and a pillow placed under my neck. I needed/requested IV sedation and the last thing I remember was hearing “ you’re going to feel a little pinch” and then I was walking out to my ride home. Dr Beech was able to do the extractions without having to cut and stitch my gums, so the healing will be much easier and more rapid. Dr. Beech also did wisdom teeth removal on both of my sons and that was also smooth and without complications. 5 stars all the way. BTW I also want to give a shout out to his associate Dr.Reid. One of my sons needed a somewhat complicated extraction of a tooth that was growing inside his gum under an already existing tooth. He received the same excellent treatment and care with Dr Reid. Stellar result and no complications. Great practice all around.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I needed to have 2 implants to replace 2 lower molars that I lost last year. I've been hearing horror stories about how painful it is to get implants and I was plenty nervous about my appointment even though I am not usually worried about dental work. But I was pleasantly surprised. The only part of the procedure that was difficult is how wide they needed to have my mouth propped open to reach that far back in my mouth. But it was temporary, and not their fault, it simply needed to be done. Dr. Beech explained everything he was doing as he was doing it so I understood the process. That was very helpful to me because I like to know what's going on. Monica was the dental assistant who helped the doctor and she too was very kind and helpful to me as well. I had very little bleeding - only changed my gauze 3 times after I left and didn't really need to. I chose to ice my jaw a few times that evening (my procedure was late in the day), although I wasn't in much pain at all. I did take 2 Tylenol just in case. My jaw was uncomfortable during the night so I iced once more and that was all. I had left myself a blank calendar because of all I'd heard about a long recovery, but I'm fine today. I haven't needed any pain medication and I feel perfectly normal. So all of this was much, much easier than I had initially thought it would be.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Reid (Beech & Reid) by my endodontist when a molar that had already had a root canal decided to crack and cause an infection. I've been to see Dr Reid three times now ... for the extraction, for the bone checkup, and then for implant placement. It has been a pleasure to work with him and his staff each time ... They have taken great care of me, and are always efficient, personal, informative, and there with a friendly, supportive smile. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr Reid, One small service improvement I would suggest is that when the office sends links to the informational videos regards the procedure and after-procedure care, they should also send a link to the printed version of the care information. Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5/5 I would. From start to finish, the entire team Beech & Reid took care of everything precisely, professionally, and with excellent bedside manner. Patient wait times were minimal, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pain after oral surgery was at worst a 2/10 (arguably a 1). Highly recommended and two thumbs up, way up!

Fantastic experience: The entire procedure took less than 30 minutes and was handled extremely well. The preparation was excellent, and the follow-up care was outstanding.

Negative experience: Made an appointment one week in advance, asked for Sunnyvale office appointment and they said it is fully booked, asked two more times to check other dates, finally scheduled me for their San Jose office for Tuesday, drove there half an hour, there was no doctor! They said appointment is in Sunnyvale! Drove another half an hour to get back to work.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have an infected tooth (#31) removed. The procedure was explained step-by-step on what wold be happening and what to expect. Everything happened just as expected..After the extraction, no stitches were required and when the local wore off I had no pain and no swelling. It could not have gone better. Hopefully, I will never have to have another tooth removed but if I did I would definitely have Dr. Beech do it.

Fantastic experience: I had referrals to different places. My first office was not a very comfortable experience. They did not provide in office anesthesia. They required me to hire a mobile anesthesiologist to provide the medication for my son. It was not a fluid situation where I had to coordinate with the other doctor and the oral surgeon. Needless to say, Dr. Beech & Reid’s office was highly professional and made me feel very comfortable with sending my son there. All the staff were extremely kind and caring. The procedure itself was seamless and only took about an hour. We are on day two and my son has almost no swelling and his pain is minimal. Thank you, Dr. Beech and staff!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Reid has been exceptional, from my very first visit. I had to extract multiple teeth and I was worried. The procedure was flawless and painless. Most importantly I had very little bleeding and a great recovery after the procedure and that speaks volumes on Dr Reid experience as well as his safety protocols. My procedure to add bone graph in preparation for implants went very well. My last visit was one more extraction and surgical procedure to add 5 implants, enough to scare anyone. I was not concerned at all, and the process went as expected and again Dr Reid precision paid off, I am recovering extremely well and that is very important to me. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone needing one or a few implants. I should also mention the entire staff support and care was excellent !!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Beech extracted tooth # 19 for me. He had to work very hard to complete the extraction. But the extraction is complete and it went well. I was very pleased. Then later, he did the implant. This procedure went well. Although I was scared at first. Dr. Beech reassured me and made the process sound simple. I would definitely recommend Dr. Beech to someone who needs an oral surgeon.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and pleasant office. Eveybody was kind and helpful. Dr. Reed was kind, thorough and gentle. The videos were a nice intro but I prefer written instructions beforehand and are not given until after the procedure. There are a few inconsistencies in aftercare between the written and video.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reid has a very confident, straightforward way of speaking that made me trust him. I’m glad he was in the room when I got my wisdom teeth out. they have little videos that the send out along the way that are nice reminders of what to do/how to prepare.

Fantastic experience: I had all my wisdom teeth taken out, and had a wonderful experience for the removal at Beech & Reid Oral & Dental Implant Surgery. The staff explained the before and after process and even called to see how I was doing after the procedure. Right from consultation to the actual surgery, the staff and doctor Reid made sure to give me all the information and make sure I’m comfortable for the procedure. I opted to take out all four teeth, so was given general anesthesia, and I didn’t remember the entire procedure, but went home the same day with minimum discomfort. Would highly recommend!

Positive experience: I was referred here by dentist for tooth extraction. While the consultation was fine and clear (hence the 3 stars), I was charged $400 for a 10 minute consultation appointment. This was after i provided all the insurance details to them months in advance. I assumed that they checked if my insurance would work, but did not care to disclose to me that none of the services in that appointment would be covered by my Insurance. While I understand it was my responsibility to check as well, i hope they told me this prior to the appointment. I would recommend checking with your insurance before booking appointment here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reid came highly recommended to me by Dr. Rong at Genuine Care Dental. I was concerned about possible nerve damage with wisdom teeth removal as I had another consultation before where the surgeon told me it was highly likely and recommended a coronectomy. Dr. Reid assured me that nerve damage would be unlikely or minimal and that he would recommend taking all four teeth out entirely. As my wisdoms had been giving me issues for some time, I decided to move forward with the surgery. Despite being super nervous the day of the surgery, as it was my first time going under IV sedation, the assistants who helped me out were sweet and welcoming. Once the IV was in (it took a few tries, my veins are not an easy stick ), I was out immediately and came back to consciousness without my wisdoms. There was the numbness around the lower lip for the first day, but that went away and there has been no sign of any lasting nerve damage. Recovery has been a breeze (well, eating was rough to begin with, but past day four, there was no more pain or aching and I resumed a regular diet.) The office contacted me a few times to check in as well. Lovely and attentive people, incredibly skilled surgeon 10/10 would get my teeth ripped out by them again

Dr. Beech is an excellent surgeon, and he and his staff are always professional, efficient and friendly. Zero pain following the procedure. Overall, it was a great experience exceeding all my expectations!

Fantastic experience: My surgery went really well and I have to thank Dr. Reid and his assistant Amber for that! I felt super comfortable with Dr. Reid and very relaxed during the procedure. The whole thing was super quick and I feel good right now, with no swelling! Thank you Dr. Reid!

Negative experience: Practice with lack of transparency. I brought in my son for a tooth extraction. The doctor recommended we do nitrous gas and a "drink" alongside local anesthesia. I asked during the consult what this "drink" was and was told it was part of the nitrous combo. After the appointment I called the office and asked about this substance and was told it was Versed. After consulting with my partner we decided we did not want this for our son and called the office saying we were not comfortable with this substance and asked if he could just do the nitrous and local anesthesia, especially since this was a wiggly baby tooth. The assistant I spoked with said that after consulting with the doctor they would try without it. The day of the extraction they call us and tell us they will do the Versed, despite saying something different the day before, so we chose to cancel. They charged $175 for the cancelation. They care about their bottom line and time efficiency than about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Took my son to remove 6 baby tooth’s. The overall experience was great (mostly as it wasn’t me on the patient side ). The front desk staff were very accommodating, kind and professional when we did come in for the procedure. They were on time, and it was done in 45 minutes. They helped my son to the car with a lot of instructions and information and followed up by phone a couple of times to check in. It was a very professional experience with people that seemed to really care about my son and the outcome of the procedure.

Right from consultation to the actual surgery, the staff and doctor Beech made sure to give us all the information and make us comfortable for the procedure. I opted to take out all four teeth, so was given general anesthesia. As a result, I didnt feel (or remember :D ) the entire procedure. They provided helpful post surgery instructions to mitigate the pain. I had some lingering pain after the surgery. Dr Beech met with me the same day and made sure to check if I was recovering fine. They explained everything about the procedure, recovery, and billing during the consultation and made sure I left less nervous than I arrived. I got my prescription to the pharmacy the same day and even sent a video with instructions for aftercare. The extraction went super smoothly and was quicker than I expected. I’m healing up great so far so I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I cant imagine how anything could be better. I’ve already been telling people to go see Dr. Reid and I wouldn't think twice about coming back myself for any future procedures~

Fantastic experience: Dr. Beech recently carried out my wisdom teeth surgery (4 tooth extracted with local anesthesia). During the whole process he had been very patient and explained every step he was going to perform. He kept calming me down when applying the anesthesia and during the extraction process. Within around 20 minutes, all 4 tooth were being pulled off with no pain and no drills were applied! The post surgery instructions are clearly written on paper, and the clinic staff provides great caring services for addressing my concerns both before and after the surgery. I was able to resume normal diet on the 5th day. I was amazed by his expertise and i would recommend him for anyone who has oral surgery needs.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom teeth extraction done with Dr. Reid and the whole process from the consultation to the procedure was smooth and efficient. I had all my questions answered at the consultation so that I knew what to expect going into the procedure and after the procedure. The actual procedure was done with local anesthesia and I was out the door in 10 minutes! The time it took me to numb my mouth was probably longer than the actual extraction. My recovery was relatively fast and painless. I didn’t have any swelling and only had to take OTC ibuprofen for the first two days. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my whole experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Reid and his amazing staff.

I was put to sleep for the procedure where I was out like a light and woke up as if nothing happened. In post op, they did reach out to me twice before my post op appointment to see how I was doing and make sure I’m healing properly. I really appreciated the follow up and concern. Fantastic experience: Both of my kids went to Dr. Beech for extraction of their wisdom teeth. My son was actually referred to someone else, and when I saw the referral, I quickly called Dr. Beech’s office and scheduled his procedure. It’s easy to do the procedure and send their patient on their way, but that’s not how this office operates. They are truly there for their patients, and are concerned about their well being and healing process. They called to follow up a couple of times as well as answered all of my post op questions. I think I called the office at least twice with questions and they were very helpful. I am thankful that both of my kids were fortunate to have this procedure done by such a caring doctor and staff. Thank you very much for a smooth and speedy recovery - both kids recovered quickly and with very little swelling and discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Beech and his wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. The entire staff was friendly, kind and well-informed. The procedure took about 45 minutes total to remove my wisdom teeth. They were very understanding of my needle phobia & disability needs. I'm recovering well and not in nearly as much pain as expected. If I ever need any sort of oral surgery again I know where to go!

He is easy to communicate with and gives detailed descriptions of the problem and the plan. The staff from the front office to dental assistants are friendly and helpful giving support for the procedure about to happen. Fantastic experience: Excellent service for wisdom teeth extraction surgery! I have an overbite, TMD and crowding of teeth for which I am now undergoing braces by an orthodontist - and needed teeth extraction. My orthodontist suggested me Dr. Beech and Reid for the surgery. So, in the first visit I got my 3D imaging scanned by Dr. John Reid and was given a green flag to get all four of my wisdom teeth extracted - I think one of the 4 was impacted. He gave an honest opinion of my other supernumerary tooth (tooth inside gum) and I decided not to get it removed. In next visit, I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Reid and friendly nurses under general anesthesia in under 30 minutes. They had given me prescription which I had collected from CVS a day prior to surgery. They also gave me a syringe to clean the surgery site after advised time. I had zero pain since I was taking advised pain medication (Ibuprofen) as well as antibiotics. I ate only soft foods for a week. Unfortunately, I got an infection in the site of one impacted tooth - right lower because I did not irrigate it well, so I got a quick appointment and they cleaned that site the same day that I called them free of charge, again, extremely painless. After that I had no issues and recovered well. I highly recommend Dr. Beech and Reid for wisdom teeth extraction. They have excellent top notch services and friendly staff too.

Fantastic experience: I had such a good experience with Dr. Reid. He extracted my two upper wisdom teeth in under 20 minutes. I was nervous but his staff were kind and reassuring. He started numbing me at 10:22 am and I was in the car by 10:45 am. I didn't have any pain after the first day and it has healed really well. His staff followed up with me and ensured I wasn't having an issues. I highly recommend Dr. Reid's services.
