Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth whose roots were touching the alveolar nerve, so based on the literature, there was a real risk of numbness after surgery. Because of that, I consulted three oral surgeons before making my decision. Fantastic experience: Went in with some unease about painful procedures for an impacted molar extraction. Dr.Massoomi had worked on my daughter's molar extraction a few years back; and her experience was very positive. While only a week after the procedure, am still amazed at the process. Dr.Massoomi and his team managed the whole process in a highly professional, congenial and most importantly completely painless process. Their pre- and post-operative instructions were very clear and were very flexible about accommodating my time and special requests. Fantastic experience: Our experience at surgical arts was wonderful! The staff is friendly, facility is very clean and most importantly the staff was very responsive and supportive of our son with special needs! They went above and beyond to make him comfortable, with little touches such as playing Beethoven ( his favorite composer) during the surgery, dimming the lights during preparation and had a heated blanket for extra comfort. Fantastic experience: My dental implant process at 69 years old has been easy and very effective. Dr. Massoomi had to figure out how to replace my four bottom front teeth! and was able to do that effectively using two implants and a bridge. The whole process was amazing and, although not something you want to do in general… they made the whole process easy. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well. This place has state of the art robotic equipment and everything went so smoothly. They communicated perfectly with my dentist, who I must also give kudos to, Dr. Robert Dyer of Los Gatos. He did a fabulous job with the bridge. All in all I’m very happy with the results… And it looks great!

Fantastic experience: It took me a few days to write this review because I am still in shock of how amazing Dr. Massomi and his staff are. I was recommended to see Dr. Massomi by my general dentist and I CANNOT be more thankful. He is SO kind, gentle, understanding, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I drove 2 hours from my house to his office and honestly I would drive 2000 more. I had my tooth pulled and I was at work the next day! The ice compression headband really helped with the pain and swelling, although the pain was MINIMAL. The surgical site is also neatly stitched! I am truly at loss for words. Staff Every staff member is professional and patient, truly caring about their patients. I must give a special thanks to one nurse. After my surgery, I was feeling nauseous and had difficulty recovering. She assisted me in a wheelchair until my Uber arrived, helped me settle into the car, and even informed the driver, "She may feel nauseous, but she won’t throw up since she hasn’t had any food." There was no pain involved, and he gently walked me through my dental condition, the treatment plan, and how he would execute the surgery. Fantastic experience: I was suspicious that Dr. Massoomi has a 5.0 average with >200 reviews (like, are they offering a discount or something when you write a 5 star review?). But after having my wisdom surgery done here, can confirm he’s actually just great. Really appreciated the responsiveness and follow-up visits after the surgery, as well as very thorough post-care instructions.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience from admission through discharge. Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. As someone who was very afraid on admission Dr Massoomi made me feel at ease from the beginning. He advised me the only pain I would feel was him starting my I.V. I didn’t even feel that. As I was being discharged I asked him why he didn’t do the procedure. My husband laughed and said it was already over. I don’t remember a thing. Incision has healed nicely. Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get wisdom teeth extraction (especially emergency removal) would highly recommend Dr. Massoomi. He scheduled me for a same day emergency removal and removed all four of my wisdom teeth without any pain at all. Recovery was super fast and easy.

Fantastic experience: I looked for a surgeon for at least 3 months, and did 3 other consultations. I didn’t find a place, staff and expert where I was feeling comfortable at. Then, I found Dr Nima Massoomi and his staff. So, if you are looking to get your wisdom teeth removed and you are scared by the procedure, you have found your place! Because I waited too long, I was in pain, so I arrived to his office on a Friday noon. He was able to do the consultation and also, perform the procedure..that same day! Dr Nima was very knowledgeable, patient and calm; and his office is sparkling clean! I am having a very good healing, it has been a little bit more than week already, I had little to no pain, and the swelling started to reduce at day 2. I followed all the instructions very carefully, and allow myself to introduce food slowly. I am very glad this procedure is in the past, and I am focusing on recovering now. Fantastic experience: I take care of my teeth but discovered I need a tooth implant! I was freaking out. I searched for an Oral Surgeon and was impressed that Dr Massoomi had a ton of 5 stars. So I interviewed several Oral Surgeon's offices on the phone. His cost was competitive so why not. I elected for the Yomi robotic option. Based on my research I felt it was worth the small premium. Great experience. They explained the process very well. Procedure was painless and the recovery also was also much lower pain than I thought. Only needed Ibuprofen. I thought it was going to be this big deal but it was much easier than I imagined. Anyway, everything about the whole experience was perfect! I highly recommend them. Dr Masoomi has great bed side manners. Keeps it light, friendly and informative. Also very ethical and very fair and honest. A stand up person.

Fantastic experience: My wisdom teeth were really not in good shape and I tend to be quite nervous about dental procedures in general. I worked with Silicon Valley Surgical Arts and Dr. Massoomi for the extraction and had the smoothest process possible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Massoomi is so skilled but also so kind, which becomes super important in procedures like this. He took careful care to really figure out the root of the issue and fix it so there is no further damage in the future. He also called me when I had a concern mid-recovery. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: Surgery day went smoothly. Very impressed with my son’s recovery time & with the instructions and meds prescribed after all 4 wisdom teeth were extracted. He was prescribed a short course of a steroidal anti-inflammatory along with Ibuprofen, and as instructed, I had him take the ibuprofen around the clock for 48-72 hrs post-surgery, *even when pain was minimal/gone. This regimen was highly effective at keeping pain and inflammation at a very minimum. He did not need the narcotic pain reliever *at all* to control pain. As a nurse, I understand the post -surgical pain process. This surgeon has it figured out. Gone are the days of multiple days of swelling and pain after wisdom teeth extraction - so long as you take medications as prescribed and instructed! Thank you for a minimally troublesome experience for my son (and me)!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Massoomi was recommended to me by my dentist for my wisdom teeth surgery. I had been putting this off for a while and now wish I would have done it sooner. I believe others have summed up the experience well, but I would like to reiterate. The surgical team was incredibly thoughtful and comforting (the heated blanket was a great touch!). I felt like I blinked and it was done. I am also very pleased with my recovery so far, as it hasn't been nearly as bad as I was anticipating. I have followed the instructions diligently (ice compression, medication, rest, liquids/soft foods, etc.) and suffice to say, I have had minimal swelling to my face and minimal overall irritation. No one believes I had my wisdom teeth pulled a week ago. Dr. Massoomi and team have set the bar very high in terms of patient care and quality of treatment. I'm very pleased with my experience. Only felt dizzy on first two days, I followed the instructions to take antibiotics for a week and 3 times IBUPROFEN. I had recovered well. On the day of surgery I was a bit nervous, but I didn't need to. The surgery prep went fast and before I knew I was awake and it was all done. They prescribed the pain meds and the antibiotic, but the pain post-op was so minimal, I only took pain medications for the first 2 days. Finished the antibiiotic as prescribed and the operated area looks great. I would recommed Dr. Massoomi for an oral surgery.

I barely had any pain during recovery, which was very surprising to me. It's been a few months since the extraction, and everything healed just fine. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Massoomi during my wisdom teeth extraction. He explained me the process in advance and made sure I was comfortable with it. On the day of surgery the staff was really very sweet and helped me calm down before going under anesthesia. They talked with me to make sure I’m comfortable before the surgery. After surgery I was given a comprehensive instruction list and all medications were also explained in detail in the list. After listening to people’s horrific experiences with post wisdom tooth extraction pain even after taking painkillers, I was scared about mine too. But I hardly had any pain at the surgical sites after taking the painkillers. Doctor had done amazing job with all the 3 of my teeth. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless wisdom tooth extraction and I would definitely recommend Dr. Massoomi for all kinds of dental treatments. You’ll be in trusted hands for sure.

Fantastic experience: If you are in need of an oral surgery look no more, Dr. Massoomi and his team is the answer! I recently broke my front tooth and needed an implant! Won't sugarcoat there, I was scared and concerned on multiple levels, it was my first big surgery moment. I was lucky to be sent to Dr. Massoomi by my dentist. I scheduled an on line and in person meetings where Dr. Massoomi explained every single detail of my tooth situation and how he is able to fix it. Talking in person with such knowledgeable doctor made me comfortable with going forward with the procedure. I was very nervous the day of the surgery and his wonderful nurses were so calm and confident and very soft spoken, i was again reassured that i was in good hands and will be taken care of. As exected, surgery went well, it took about a month to fill normal again but it was all fourth it! Now the tooth that was the weakest is the stronges, all thanks to Dr. Massoomi and his team! Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom's removed by Dr. Nima. His stuff is great, they shared all financial details in advance of my operation and explained everything clearly. The operation took an hour and I felt nothing. I had some pain after the operation but luckily it was manageable with the help of medication. Fantastic experience: After looking at reviews online extensively I decided Dr. Massoomi was the best choice for me. Besides his awesome credentials he also has raving reviews online, and he did not disappoint. Had my lower right wisdom teeth removed by Dr Massoomi. It was close to the nerve (about 2-3mm) so I was quite nervous about it and looked up a lot of info online. Dr. Massoomi was great in helping calm my nerves and even answered my questions via email/ phone. Day of the surgery everything went smoothly, nerve was not touched at all. They do IVF anaesthesia which kind of tripped me out but I didn't feel a thing in the surgery. I was very nervous so that was great - I'd hate to be awake and hear them doing xyz to my teeth. They also pack the wound with bone growth material so there's almost no chance of dry socket. I had no issues in my recovery, I was off pain medication in under 5 days.
