Fantastic experience: 11/11 called and was able to acoomondate with a same week appoinment for teeth cleaning. This deserved a 5 star rating. Chelsea has been provide an excclent teeth cleaning service, and has identify a sensitive teeth for Dr Lin to replace the Crown. 11/15/24 Went to the office 10/6/23 for a teeth cleaning, it was anther 5 stars service experience. Dr. Lin also share some experiences on some other fields like Long Covid (RA), and knowledge on the medicines. It is a very good feeling that the doctor has your back. David 10/7/23 Dr and staff are very helpful for a implants done at other clinic, it was discovered the implants are loosen during the teeth cleaning, the original clinic were not able to give me the charges estimated and they are under staffed. So contacted Dr Lin and they provided clear billing info. They have been very transparent in billing. After the fasten of the loose implants, the charge is less since I don't need to replace the screws for the implants. I would recommend Dr Lin to anyone for their implants teeth service. Hands down an excellent dentist, taking the trade to the level of art! No sensation 24 hrs after a dental implant, it's like nothing happened...! Way to go Dr. Lin!

Fantastic experience: my 2nd time seeing dr Lin, short visit, i called office bc day before probably ate something hurt my teeth causing toothache badly, he gave me prescriptions, feeling better now.

Positive experience: Good service but billing is not clean. I did a filling, they charged me $300 for out of pocket after insurance payment more than $400. Usually patient shall only be responsible for allowed amount from bill, but they ask for full amount whatever they submit!!! It means no discounts any, I have never seen any bill like this! Usually patient is only responsible for allowed amount for medical and dental bill! Surprise. If you want to use your insurance, better going to in network dental office. This one is out of network. Better to know before you come! I will have second thought if I still come here. Cleaning teeth is covered but not any other. I can image a huge bill if my teeth has any problem even if it is a small issue. Been to dentist before many times I wasn’t been charged any for filling in Bay Area. I am very shocked that nobody mentioned this in reviews!
