Fantastic experience: Dr Jennifer Wu and her staff are excellent! She has been my dentist for over 10 years now, and my appointments are always enjoyable... (yes really, enjoyable!) Her and her assistants are very technically knowledgeable, beyond kind and go out of their way to assure you are as comfortable as possible during your entire visit. The office dental hygienist is absolutely wonderful, and though gentle, always does a very thorough job! Finally, the office staff are all quite friendly, coordinated, eager to work with you and completely competent. I really cannot recommend Dr Wu and her complete office of outstanding, professional employee's enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jennifer Wu was referred to me after a wisdom tooth emergency extraction in 2020. Ever since then, she has been my primary dentist, taking care of my dental health. Not only has she and her staff been attentive and professional in each visit, Dr Wu recently helped me uncover a potential sleep apnea tendency and enabled apnea awareness within my family. My father has since been diagnosed and treated for severe sleep apnea, due to this insight sourced from Dr Wu. I am glad to have a dentist and family health advocate like Dr Wu. Negative experience: If I could change any decision of 2023 it would hands down be the decision to see dr. Wu. Super nice lady, but she dislocated my jaw and botched a filling that ultimately had to be turned into a crown.

This past Friday, I went in for another routine teeth cleaning with my hygienist, Julianne. As soon as I sat down, she warmly asked me how the progress on my new restaurant opening was going. I was honestly amazed - our last conversation was almost a year ago, yet she remembered such a major detail of my life! That is truly the quality of Dr. Wu’s staff; they don't just care for your teeth, they genuinely care about you. On top of being incredibly personable and family-friendly, Julianne has the most gentle skill. Her touch is so light and precise that I actually got to enjoy a nice, relaxing nap right there during my cleaning. If you are looking for a dental office with exceptional skill where you can always trust the staff, I cannot recommend Dr. Wu and her team enough. They have earned my trust for over two decades, and they'll definitely earn yours!

Fantastic experience: I've been doing to Dr. Wu for years. She embraces technology which means she can show you your x-rays right after they're taken with AI supplemented analysis or take really close pictures of your teeth for monitoring (there were other things I can't remember). The dental hygienists always leave my teeth feeling super clean and check if you want fluoride, which of course I do. The desk staff is super helpful as well. My family keeps trying to get me to go to their dentist and I refuse to switch because Dr. Wu is amazing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Needed a new dentist after family dentist retired. Not familiar with the insurance coverage I had some questions and called Dr. Wu’s office (positive Yelp review) to see if she was network. Spoke with Dia who was extremely pleasant and patient. Explained my dental history and need for coverage or not. From that short conversation it was clear I wanted to try this office. Prior to first appointment necessary paperwork with handled with ease and by email. Everything so easy. Office visit came and met Dia and she was just as pleasant in person. Went on to my cleaning and had an excellent hygienist in Jenna. So friendly and explaining step by step everything she was doing. Next I met Dr. Wu’s assistant, Michelle. Another extremely pleasant and patient staff member. Always explaining or checking if I needed anything. Finally Dr. Wu. Her staff is without question a reflection of her leadership and personality. Dr. Wu is so patient, friendly and thorough. Explained everything and made suggested dental care as opposed to trying to get non urgent matters taken care of. Meaning her care for patient care versus unnecessary expenses. Without question this practice is an awesome location and receives my highest praise. Dental care is essential so might as well go to a professional and friendly office!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Dr. Jennifer Wu's practice. Staff is very friendly and professional. No waiting for my appointment. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. No issues with the ultrasonic scraper and manual scraping of tartar. My tartar is usually fairly stubborn. I can tell when I floss that my teeth are cleaner, i.e. smooth surfaces.
